Analyse the genetic and antigenic variant of rabies virus in Guangxi with epidemiological method, monoclonal antibodies reaction pattern and molecular biological technique. Rabies incidence has increase in recent three years in Guangxi, especially in mountainous areas. Investigation into the human rabies found that there are about 20% vaccinated defeat *** the basis of their reactivity to monoclonal antibodies against the viral nucleocapsid protein（mAbN）,4 street strains isolated from different areas where enzootic rabies is shown had different reaction patterns compared with Chinese vaccine strain（3aG）.The nucleotide and amino acid sequence of street strain（GX891） G and N gene were compared with 3aG, the overall nucleotide homology of GX891 with 3aG was 84.5% and amino acid homology of GX891 with 3aG was 89.5% in G *** overall nucleotide homology of GX891 with 3aG was 86% in N gene and they were not in the same *** are several amino acid replacement in AA 243268 of G protein that can affect the antigenicity of rabies *** findings suggest that there are different street strains of rabies virus in Guangxi.

Based on nonlinearity contact theory and the geological structure of the Xieqiao Coal Mine in the newly developed Huainan coal field,rock movements,mining fissures and deformation of overlying strata were simulated by using the interface unit of FLAC3D to evaluate the pressure-relief gas drainage in the exploitation of super-remote protected *** simulation indicates that the height of the water flowing fractured zone is 54 m in the overlying strata above the protective *** maximum relative swelling deformation of the C13 coal seam is 0.232%,while the mining height is 3.0 m and the distance from the B8 roof to the C13 floor is 129 m,which provides good agreement with a similar experiment and in situ *** feasibility of exploitation of a super-remote protective coal seam and the performance of the pressure-relief gas drainage in a super-remote protected layer are evaluated by comparisons with practice *** demonstrates that the relieved gas in the super-remote protected layers could be better drained and it is feasible to exploit the B8 coal seam before the C13 super-remote protected coal *** method is applicable for the study of rock movements,mining fissures and deformation of the overburden,using the interface unit to analyze the contact problems in coal mines.

One Health is an interdisciplinary approach that promotes the resolution of complex health issues through collaboration across multiple disciplines. In addition to accountability, the One Health governance structure fosters shared understanding, trust, and an appreciation for diverse perspectives and requirements. This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the current integration of the One Health approach within China's existing health governance framework. It also proposes strategies for further improvement, with emphasis on the level of implementation and contributions to the advancement of One Health governance through an examination of current health policies.

Objective:Germline mutations in mismatch repair(MMR)genes cause Lynch syndrome(LS).LS is an inherited disease,and an important consequence of MMR deficiency is microsatellite instability(MSI)*** phenotype influences the efficacy of5 fluorouracil(5-FU)***,cost effective,and easy to perform laboratory tests are required to include MSI detection in routine laboratory *** of CAT25 as monomorphic short tandem repeat sequence enables CAT25 to be an efficient screening tool among hereditary nonpolyposis colorectal cancer(HNPCC)patients compared with other methods used ***:Based on Amsterdam II criteria,31 patients in 31 families were shortlisted from a total number of 1,659 colorectal cancer *** status was examined in these patients using CAT25 and a commercially available Promega MSI five-markerbased detection system as well as immunohistochemical(IHC)staining of four important MMR *** were scored as high microsatellite instable(MSI-H),low(MSI-L),or stable(MSS).MSI status determined by CAT25 single mononucleotide marker was compared with that of five mononucleotide markers,Promega commercial kit,and IHC ***:MMR protein deficiency was observed on 7/31 probands using IHC methodology and 6/31 categorized as MSI-H using commercial kit or CAT25 single *** sensitivity and specificity of the CAT25 single marker were the same as those detected by five-marker Promega commercial kit in our ***:Based on our results,the performance of the CAT25 single mononucleotide marker for MSI status determination in our HNPCC patients is the same as that of the five-marker-based commercial kit.

OBJECTIVES Moderate to vigorous physical activity is recommended to prevent hypertension according to the current ***,the degree to which the total physical activity(TPA)and its changes benefit normotensives and hypertensives is *** aimed to examine the effects of TPA and its changes on the incidence,progression,and remission of hypertension in the large-scale prospective *** A total of 73,077 participants(55,101 normotensives and 17,976 hypertensives)were eligible for TPA *** a mean follow-up of 7.16 years(394,038 person-years),12,211 hypertension cases were *** was estimated as metabolic equivalents and categorized into *** proportional hazards regression and multivariable logistic regression were used to estimate associations of TPA and changes in TPA with incident hypertension and progression/remission of *** Compared with the lowest quartile of TPA,normotensives at the third and the highest quartile had a decreased risk of incident hypertension,with hazard ratios(HRs)of 0.86[95%confidence interval(CI):0.81−0.91]and 0.81(95%CI:0.77−0.86),*** at the highest quartile of TPA demonstrated a decreased risk of progression of hypertension[odds ratio(OR)=0.87,95%CI:0.79−0.95],and an increased probability of hypertension remission(OR=1.17,95%CI:1.05−1.29).Moreover,getting active from a sedentary lifestyle during the follow-up period could reduce 25%(HR=0.75,95%CI:0.58−0.96)risk of incident hypertension,whereas those becoming sedentary did not achieve benefit from initially being *** Our findings indicated that increasing and maintaining TPA levels could benefit normotensives,whereas higher TPA levels were needed to effectively control progression and improve remission of *** activity played undoubtedly an essential role in both primary and secondary prevention of hypertension.

Background:Rabies is a neglected disease despite being responsible for more human deaths than any other zoonosis.A lack of adequate human and dog surveillance,resulting in low prioritization,is often blamed for this *** methods are often employed to describe the rabies burden when surveillance data are not available,however these figures are rarely based on country-specific ***:In 2013 a knowledge,attitudes,and practices survey was conducted in Uganda to understand dog population,rabies vaccination,and human rabies risk factors and improve in-country and regional rabies burden *** and multi-level logistic regression techniques were conducted to estimate the total dog population and vaccination ***:Twenty-four villages were selected,of which 798 households completed the survey,representing 4375 *** owning households represented 12.9%of the population,for which 175 dogs were owned(25 people per dog).A history of vaccination was reported in 55.6%of owned *** and human population density highly correlated with dog ownership,and when accounted for in multi-level regression models,the human to dog ratio fell to 47:1 and the estimated national canine-rabies vaccination coverage fell to 36.1%.This study estimates there are 729486 owned dogs in Uganda(95%CI:719919-739053).Ten percent of survey respondents provided care to dogs they did not own,however unowned dog populations were not enumerated in this estimate.89.8%of Uganda’s human population was estimated to reside in a community that can support enzootic canine rabies ***:This study is the first to comprehensively evaluate the effect of poverty on dog ownership in *** results indicate that describing a dog population may not be as simple as applying a human:dog ratio,and factors such as poverty are likely to heavily influence dog ownership and vaccination *** modelled estimates should be confirmed through further f

It has been theoretically proven that at a high threshold an approximate expression for a quantile of GEV （Generalized Extreme Values） distribution can be derived from GPD （Generalized Pareto Distribution）. Afterwards, a quantile of extreme rainfall events in a certain return period is found using L-moment estimation and extreme rainfall events simulated by GPD and GEV, with all aspects of their results compared. Numerical simulations show that POT （Peaks Over Threshold）-based GPD is advantageous in its simple operation and subjected to practically no effect of the sample size of the primitive series, producing steady high-precision fittings in the whole field of values （including the high-end heavy tailed）. In comparison, BM （Block Maximum）-based GEV is limited, to some extent, to the probability and quantile simulation, thereby showing that GPD is an extension of GEV, the former being of greater utility and higher significance to climate research compared to the latter.

Reconstruction of irregular oral-maxillofacial bone defects with an inflammatory microenvironment remains a challenge,as chronic local inflammation can largely impair bone ***,we used magnesium silicate nanospheres(MSNs)to load microRNA-146a-5p(miR-146a)to fabricate a nanobiomaterial,MSN+miR-146a,which showed synergistic promoting effects on the osteogenic differentiation of human dental pulp stem cells(hDPSCs).In addition,miR-146a exhibited an anti-inflammatory effect on mouse bone marrow-derived macrophages(BMMs)under lipopolysaccharide(LPS)stimulation by inhibiting the NF-κB pathway via targeting tumor necrosis factor receptor-associated factor 6(TRAF6),and MSNs could simultaneously promote M2 polarization of ***-146a was also found to inhibit osteoclast ***,the dual osteogenic-promoting and immunoregulatory effects of MSN+miR-146a were further validated in a stimulated infected mouse mandibular bone defect model via delivery by a photocuring ***,the MSN+miR-146a complex revealed good potential in treating inflammatory irregular oralmaxillofacial bone defects.
