Hollow ternary metal oxides have shown enormous potential in lithium-ion batteries(LIBs),which is ascribed to their complex chemical composition,abundant active defect sites,and the synergy effect be-tween *** this work,we synthesized Mo-doped NiCo_(2)O_(4) porous spheres with yolk-shell structure by using a simple self-templating ***,other than the yolk-shell structure we had ob-tained,the inner core of the yolk-shell was also porous,which could fully enhance the electrolyte infil-tration and promote the transmission of lithium ions(Li+)and electrons(e−).The diameter of the porous core in the yolk-shell sphere was about 530 nm,and the outer shell’s thickness was up to 110 *** addition,the unique pores in the core appeared in the diameter of about 85 *** this structure,the volume expansion of the anode could be well inhibited during charge/*** exhibited prominent electrochemical performance with high reversible capacity(1338 mA h g^(−1) at 100 mA g^(−1)),satisfactory cycle life(1360 mA h g^(−1) after 200 cycles at 100 mA g^(−1)),and exceptional rate capability(820 mA h g^(−1) at 2000 mA g^(−1))as anode material in LIBs.

GaN layers with different polarities have been prepared by radio-frequency molecular beam epitaxy （RF-MBE） and characterized by Raman scattering. Polarity control are realized by controlling A1/N flux ratio during high temperature A1N buffer growth. The Raman results illustrate that the N-polarity GaN films have frequency shifts at A1 （LO） mode because of their high carrier density; the forbidden A1 （TO） mode occurs for mixed-polarity GaN films due to the destroyed translation symmetry by inversion domain boundaries （IDBS）; Raman spectra for Ga-polarity GaN films show that they have neither frequency shifts mode nor forbidden mode. These results indicate that Ga-polarity GaN films have a better quality, and they are in good agreement with the results obtained from the room temperature Hall mobility. The best values of Ga-polarity GaN films are 1042 cm^2/Vs with a carrier density of 1.0× 1017 cm^-3.

The biocorrosion of magnesium in the external physiological environment is still difficult to accurately evaluate the degradation behavior in vivo,particularly,in the microenvironment of the patients with hyperglycemia or ***,we explored the synergistic effects of glucose and protein on the biodegradation of pure magnesium,so as to have a deeper understanding the mechanism of the degradation in *** surface morphology and corrosion product composition of pure magnesium were investigated using SEM,EDS,FTIR,XRD and *** effect of glucose and albumin on the degradation rate of pure magnesium was investigated via electrochemical and immersion *** adsorption of glucose and albumin on the sample surface was observed using fluorescence *** results showed that the presence of 2 g/L glucose changed the micromorphology of corrosion products on the magnesium surface by reacting with metal cations,thus inhibiting the corrosion of pure *** formed a barrier layer to protect the magnesium at early stage of *** chelation reaction between protein and magnesium surface might accelerate the degradation at later *** may be a critical glucose(albumin)*** of pure magnesium was inhibited at low concentrations and promoted at high *** synergistic effect of glucose and protein restrained the adsorption of aggressive chloride ions to a certain extent,and thus inhibited the degradation of pure magnesium ***,XPS results indicated that glucose promoted the adsorption of protein on the sample surface.

Magnesium hydride has been seen as a potential material for solid state hydrogen storage,but the kinetics and thermodynamics obstacles have hindered its development and ***-dimensional flower-like TiO2@C and TiO2 were synthesized as the catalyst for MgH2 system and great catalytic activities are acquired in the hydrogen sorption *** also show that the flower-like TiO2@C is superior to flower-like TiO2 in improving the hydrogen storage properties of *** hydrogen desorption onset and peak temperatures of flower-like TiO2 doped MgH2 is reduced to 199.2℃and 245.4℃,while the primitive MgH2 starts to release hydrogen at 294.6℃and the rapid dehydrogenation temperature is even as high as 362.6℃.The onset and peak temperatures of flower-like TiO2@C doped MgH2 are further reduced to 180.3℃and 233.0℃.The flower-like TiO2@C doped MgH2 composite can release6.0 wt%hydrogen at 250℃within 7 min,and 4.86 wt%hydrogen at 225℃within 60 min,while flowerlike TiO2 doped MgH2 can release 6.0 wt%hydrogen at 250℃within 8 min,and 3.89 wt%hydrogen at225℃within 60 *** absorption kinetics is also improved ***,compared with primitive MgH2 and the flower-like TiO2 doped MgH2,the activation energy of flower-like TiO2@C doped MgH2 is significantly decreased to 67.10 kJ/*** the improvement of hydrogen sorption properties can be ascribed to the flower-like structure and the two-phase coexistence of TiO2 and amorphous *** phase composition and unique structure are proved to be the critical factor to improve the hydrogen sorption properties of MgH2,which can be considered as the new prospect for improving the kinetics of light-metal hydrogen storage materials.

The title compound N-4-methyl-1,2,3-thiadiazole-5-carbonyl-N＇-3,5-dichloro-4- （1,1,2,2- tetrafluoroethoxyl）phenyl urea （C13H8Cl2F4N4O3S, Mr = 447.19） has been synthesized from 4-methyl- 1,2,3-thiadiazole-5-carbonyl chloride as the starting material, and its structure was characterized by proton Nuclear Magnetic Resonance （1H NMR）, Infra Red Spectroscopy （IR）, high-resolution mass spectroscopy （HRMS）, and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal of the title compound belongs to triclinic, space group Pi with a = 6.0780（8）, b = 11.3760（14）, c = 12.1440（18） A, α = 96.887（7）, β = 91.027（12）, γ= 104.252（13）°, Z = 2, V= 806.98（19）A3, Dc = 1.840 g/cm3, μ= 0.601 mm-1, F（000） = 448, R = 0.0450 and wR = 0.0869. X-ray analysis indicates that the 1,2,3-thiadiazole ring is not coplanar with the phenyl ring, and the dihedral angle is 33.57°. Two intermolecular hydrogen bonds N（2）-H…O（1 ）, S（1 ）…H-C（11）, and three weak intermolecular interactions, C（11）…O（1）, N（1）…O（2） and S…O（1）, are observed. The bioassay results indicate that the title compound has good insecticidal activity against Culex pipiens pallens and good induction activity for tobacco against tobacco mosaic virus which is equal to that of TDL.

Composite ceramic phosphor(CCP)is a candidate light-conversion material to obtain the high-quality laser lighting *** based on the transmissive configuration model could not simultaneously meet the requirements of angular color uniformity and high thermal *** this study,a novel composite structure ceramic was designed,including Al_(2)O_(3)-YAG:Ce/YAG layered ceramic with a size of 1 mm×1 mm for lighting,and Al_(2)O_(3) ceramic(φ=16.0 mm)was used as the wrapping material due to its outstanding thermal *** prepared ceramics exhibited excellent thermal performance and no yellow ring *** this design,we achieved the match of the intensity distribution of the blue and yellow lights,resulting in a high angular color uniformity of 0.9 with a view angle of±80°.All ceramics showed no luminous saturation phenomenon,even the laser power density was increased up to 47.51 W/mm^(2).A high-brightness white-light source with a luminous flux of 618 lm,a luminous efficiency of 126 lm/W,a CCT of 6615 K,and a CRI of 69.9 was obtained in the transmissive *** particular,the surface temperature of the ceramic was as low as 74.1℃ under a high laser radiation(47.51 W/mm^(2)).These results indicate that Al_(2)O_(3)/Al_(2)O_(3)-YAG:Ce/YAG composite structure ceramic is a promising luminescent material in the high-power laser lighting applications.

Surface Ag granular packs(SAgPs) have been fabricated from dual-phase Ag_(35.5)Zn_(64.5) precursor alloy consisting of both e and c phases by using a facile one-step triangle wave potential cycling in 0.5 mol·L^(-1) *** the continuous potential cyclic sweeping, the c phases preferentially dissolve during the anodic scan and dominant reduction reactions of Ag cations lead to redeposition and accumulation of Ag atoms together to form SAg Ps during cathodic scan. The e phases stay inactive to form a continuous skeleton in the inner regions. SAg Ps with an average particle size of 94-129 nm can be obtained at scan rates of 25, 50 and 100 mV·s^(-1) for 100 triangle wave potential cycles. SAgPs formed at a scan rate of 50 mV·s^(-1) exhibit superior oxygen reduction reaction performances with the onset potential of 0.93 V, half-wave potential of 0.72 V and an electron transfer number of *** above-mentioned SAgPs have superior stabilities as ORR catalysts.

Electro-optic(EO)crystals are important material for all-solid-state laser technology,which can be used to fabricate various laser modulators,such as EO switches,laser deflectors,and optical *** improvements in new high-efficiency EO crystal materials have held great significance to the development of laser *** tantalate niobate(KTN)is a popular multifunctional crystal because of its remarkable and excellent quadratic EO *** EO modulation technology offers numerous advantages,such as high efficiency,good stability,a quick response time,and inertia-free *** this paper,we summarize the research progress of KTN series crystals systemically,including the theoretical exploration on quadratic EO effect,solid-melt crystal growth technique,comprehensive physical characterization,new physical effect and mechanisms exploration,new EO devices development and *** EO modulation technique based on the Kerr effect of KTN series crystal offers obvious advantages in reducing the drive voltage and device size,which could better meet the developmental needs of future lasers with a wide wavelength,miniaturization,and *** may provide theoretical guidance and an experimental basis for the design and development of new EO crystal devices and promote the development of laser technology.
