A redundant-subspace-weighting(RSW)-based approach is proposed to enhance the frequency stability on a time scale of a clock *** this method,multiple overlapping subspaces are constructed in the clock ensemble,and the weight of each clock in this ensemble is defined by using the spatial covariance *** superimposition average of covariances in different subspaces reduces the correlations between clocks in the same laboratory to some *** optimizing the parameters of this weighting procedure,the frequency stabilities of virtual clock ensembles are significantly improved in most cases.

The tribological properties of self-lubricating composites are influenced by many variables and complex ***-driven methods,including machine learning(ML)algorithms,can yield a better comprehensive understanding of complex problems under the influence of multiple parameters,typically for how tribological performances and material properties *** of friction coefficients and wear rates of copper/aluminum-graphite(Cu/Al-graphite)self-lubricating composites with their inherent material properties(composition,lubricant content,particle size,processing process,and interfacial bonding strength)and the variables related to the testing method(normal load,sliding speed,and sliding distance)were analyzed using traditional approaches,followed by modeling and prediction of tribological properties through five different ML algorithms,namely support vector machine(SVM),K-Nearest neighbor(KNN),random forest(RF),eXtreme gradient boosting(XGBoost),and least-squares boosting(LSBoost),based on the tribology experimental *** demonstrated that ML models could satisfactorily predict friction coefficient and wear rate from the material properties and testing method variables ***,the LSBoost model based on the integrated learning algorithm presented the best prediction performance for friction coefficients and wear rates,with R^(2) of 0.9219 and 0.9243,*** importance analysis also revealed that the content of graphite and the hardness of the matrix have the greatest influence on the friction coefficients,and the normal load,the content of graphite,and the hardness of the matrix influence the wear rates the most.

The globalization of hardware designs and supply chains,as well as the integration of third-party intellectual property(IP)cores,has led to an increased focus from malicious attackers on computing ***,existing defense or detection approaches often require additional circuitry to perform security verification,and are thus constrained by time and resource *** the scale of actual engineering tasks and tight project schedules,it is usually difficult to implement designs for all modules in field programmable gate array(FPGA)*** studies have pointed out that the failure of key modules tends to cause greater damage to the ***,under limited conditions,priority protection designs need to be made on key modules to improve protection *** have conducted research on FPGA designs including single FPGA systems and multi-FPGA systems,to identify key modules in FPGA *** the single FPGA designs,considering the topological structure,network characteristics,and directionality of FPGA designs,we propose a node importance evaluationmethod based on the technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution(TOPSIS)***,for the multi-FPGA designs,considering the influence of nodes in intra-layer and inter-layers,they are constructed into the interdependent network,and we propose a method based on connection strength to identify the important ***,we conduct empirical research using actual FPGA designs as *** results indicate that compared to other traditional indexes,node importance indexes proposed for different designs can better characterize the importance of nodes.

The Upper Ordovician Lianglitag Formation carbonate rocks are important oil and gas reservoirs in the Tarim Basin,Northwest China,with obviously distinct reservoir properties among different *** a case area of the above carbonate reservoirs correlation,Tahe and Tazhong oilfields are chosen for the study through an integrated analysis of biostratigraphic isochronous framework,cores,thin sections,logs,and strontium *** research shows that the two areas were respectively attributed to different carbonate platforms during the Lianglitag Formation depositional *** the Lianglitag Formation,five fourth-order sequences may be divided in Tazhong,whereas only four fourth-order sequences are preserved in Tahe that correspond to the lower ones observed in *** Lianglitag Formation carbonate platform in Tahe was characterized by ramp and/or weak rimmed types,with low depositional rates(37 μm/a),higher whole-rock clastic contents,and higher 87 Sr/86 Sr isotope ratios of carbonate matrix,showing relatively deep-water environment and evident terrigenous input for carbonate ***,a strongly rimmed carbonate platform was developed in Tazhong,with high depositional rates of 250 m/a and less whole-rock clastic contents,indicating a high-energy depositional *** of the sedimentary environment differences mentioned above,less high-energy facies but relatively intense syndepositional(early diagenetic) sea-water cementation of carbonates were developed in Tahe,and ubiquitous high-energy reef and shoal facies,with a frequent exposure to subaerial,and weak syndepositional sea-water cementation of carbonates in ***,fewer primary pores occurred in the Lianglitag Formation carbonate rocks of Tahe,whereas more primary pores were preserved in the same lithostratigraphic unit of the Tazhong(No.1 fault zone).Available high-energy reef-shoal facies and early diagenesis,with more primary pores preserved,provided a key material b

The endoplasmic reticulum(ER)membrane protein complex(EMC)is responsible for monitoring the biogenesis and synthetic quality of membrane proteins with tail-anchored or multiple transmembrane *** EMC subunit EMC6 is one of the core members of EMC and forms an enclosed hydrophilic vestibule in cooperation with *** studies demonstrating that deletion of EMC3 led to rhodopsin mislocalization in rod photoreceptors of mice,the precise mechanism leading to the failure of rhodopsin trafficking remains ***,we generated the first rod photoreceptor-specific knockout of Emc6(RKO)and cone photoreceptor-specific knockout of Emc6(CKO)mouse *** of Emc6 in rod photoreceptors led to progressive shortening of outer segments(OS),impaired visual function,mislocalization and reduced expression of rhodopsin,and increased gliosis in rod *** addition,CKO mice displayed the progressive death of cone photoreceptors and abnormal localization of cone opsin ***,proteomics analysis of the RKO mouse retina illustrated that several cilium-related proteins,particularly anoctamin-2(ANO2)and transmembrane protein 67(TMEM67),were significantly down-regulated prior to OS *** rod photoreceptor cilia and mislocalized membrane disc proteins were evident in RKO *** data revealed that in addition to monitoring the synthesis of rhodopsin-dominated membrane disc proteins,EMC6 also impacted rod photoreceptors'ciliogenesis by regulating the synthesis of membrane proteins associated with cilia,contributing to the mislocalization of membrane disc proteins.

Over the past forty years of reform and opening-up,China has experienced vigorous development of intellectual property *** this period,it has successively enacted and promulgated a range of basic laws,among which are the Trademark Law of the PRC,the Patent Law of the PRC,the Copyright Law of the PRC and the AntiUnfair Competition Law of the PRC; and many other related laws and regulations,such as the Regulations of the PRC on the Protection of New Varieties of Plants,Regulations on Protection of Integrated Circuit Layout Design and Provisions on the Protection of Geographical Indication *** this way,China has gradually established a relatively sound and complete intellectual property law *** the beginning of reform and opening-up,China's practice of intellectual property legislation has adhered to its institutional positioning of being subject to its civil law,safeguarding effective market competition and ensuring the implementation of national *** has followed the development rules of relying on scientific & technological progress,targeting economic and social development and adjusting public policies for guiding *** to this,China has formed multiple coordinating mechanisms to settle conflicts of interests between the protection of intellectual property rights(IPR) and the protection of basic human rights,public health,genetic resources,traditional knowledge,*** the future development of China's intellectual property law,a trend of codification will emerge,which will primarily "include intellectual property law in the civil code" or "enact an intellectual property code." The modernization of China's intellectual property Law will be manifested in the changes of the defining standard of intellectual property Rights(IPR)subjects,the utilization patterns of IPR objects and the protection models of intellectual *** internationalization will center on creating a new order for international IPR protection.
