The Chinese government has always attached great importance to disease control and prevention ***,the general office of China’s State Council issued the“Guidelines for High-Quality Development of Disease Prevention and Control”(hereinafter referred to as the“Guidelines”)(1).The Guidelines focus on promoting high-quality development of disease control and prevention and the strategic goal of“Healthy China,”providing specific implementation pathways for the development of national disease control and prevention in the new era,including overall planning,restructuring of governance,enhancing core capabilities,strengthening talent development,and improving organizational support.

Background Deep brain stimulation(DBS)has been preliminarily applied to treat patients with disorders of consciousness(DoCs).The study aimed to determine whether DBS was effective for treating patients with DoC and identify factors related to patients’*** Data from 365 patients with DoCs who were consecutively admitted from 15 July 2011 to 31 December 2021 were retrospectively *** regression and subgroup analysis were performed to adjust for potential *** primary outcome was improvement in consciousness at 1 *** An overall improvement in consciousness at 1 year was achieved in 32.4%(12/37)of the DBS group compared with 4.3%(14/328)of the conservative *** full adjustment,DBS significantly improved consciousness at 1 year(adjusted OR 11.90,95%CI 3.65-38.46,p<0.001).There was a significant treatment×follow up interaction(H=14.99,p<0.001).DBS had significantly better effects in patients with minimally conscious state(MCS)compared with patients with vegetative state/unresponsive wakefulness syndrome(p for interaction<0.001).A nomogram based on age,state of consciousness,pathogeny and duration of DoCs indicated excellent predictive performance(c-index=0.882).Conclusions DBS was associated with better outcomes in patients with DoC,and the effect was likely to be significantly greater in patients with *** should be cautiously evaluated by nomogram preoperatively,and randomised controlled trials are still needed.

Integration of oncogenic DNA viruses into the human genome is a key step in most virusinduced ***,we constructed a virus integration site(VIS)Atlas database,an extensive collection of integration breakpoints for three most prevalent oncoviruses,human papillomavirus,hepatitis B virus,and Epstein-Barr virus based on the next-generation sequencing(NGS)data,literature,and experimental *** are 63,179 breakpoints and 47,411 junctional sequences with full annotations deposited in the VIS Atlas database,comprising 47 virus genotypes and 17 disease *** VIS Atlas database provides(1)a genome browser for NGS breakpoint quality check,visualization of VISs,and the local genomic context;(2)a novel platform to discover integration patterns;and(3)a statistics interface for a comprehensive investigation of genotypespecific integration *** collected in the VIS Atlas aid to provide insights into virus pathogenic mechanisms and the development of novel antitumor drugs.

This paper presents the changes of crust thickness and Poissons ratios distribution in the Binchuan region,where the first air-gun transmitting station and its a small dense array were *** September 2011 to January 2014,more than 239 teleseismic events of M≥6.0 were recorded in 16 stations in the Binchuan *** P-wave receiver functions were analyzed *** high spatial resolution result shows that the average crust thickness of Binchuan region is 45.3km,it follows the rule of"deeper in the north and east part,shallower in the south and west part."The deepest region is in Xiaoyindian Station;the crust thickness is 47.9km;the shallowest region is in Paiying Station,it has the thickness of *** shows that the deeper Moho surface nearby the Chenghai fault and shallower nearby the Honghe fault;the isoline distribution of thickness changes greatly nearby the Chenghai fault and slowly nearby the Honghe *** the distribution of Poissons ratios,it is unevenly in the study area with a great difference from the north part to the south part,which shows a characteristic of"lower in the north,higher in the south".The Poissons ratio nearby the Honghe fault is medium too high(0.26≤σ≤0.29);lower nearby the Chenghai fault(σ≤0.26).This paper concludes the possible reason of different characteristic between Poissons ratio and crust thickness is thicker in the upper crust in the Binchuan region.
