中国遵循先实物量再价值量、先存量再流量、先分类再综合的基本思路,于21世纪初开始对自然资源资产开展核算工作。十八大以来,党中央、国务院高度重视生态文明建设,2013年提出"探索编制自然资源资产负债表",2015年印发《编制自然资源资产负债表试点方案》并于次年在多个地区开展试点。深圳市大鹏新区于2015年开始对自然资源资产的价值量开展创新性核算工作,制定了组织保障、监督保障、数据采集、核算管理、核算规划等核算制度,探索了近岸海域、珍稀濒危物种、古树名木等特色自然资源核算内容和核算方法,明确了数据采集明细清单和相应的采集方式,并开始把自然资源资产核算成果应用在领导干部离任生态审计、生态环境综合指数制定等方面。应从明确功能定位、加强制度保障、优化核算内容、规范核算方法、保证数据质量、推动应用实践六个方面着手,进一步推进自然资源资产核算及自然资源资产负债表编制工作。

With the increasing immunological studies on camels due to the advantage of their single-chain antibodies for humanizations,it is demanding to develop an easy-to-handle evaluation method of their humoral immune response before proceeding with immunization of foreign antigens that may be toxic to *** this study,we quantitatively determined the expression levels of T-helper 2(Th2) cytokines in peripheral blood lymphocytes obtained from Bactrian camels by real-time *** recorded kinetic profiles resulting from the immunization of ovalbumin(OVA) indicated that after immunization,Th2 cytokines including interleukin(IL) families such as IL-4,IL-10,and IL-13 in the camels were up-regulated by a factor of 1.78,3.15,and 1.22,respectively,which was validated by traditional enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) *** ELISA which requires specific enzyme-labeled antibodies,this established method based on the minimal amount of blood samples holds an advantage in the preliminary evaluation of camel humoral immune response with desirable precision,which is meaningful for biomedical explorations of camel-derived antibodies.

Forest losses or gains have long been recognized as critical processes modulating the carbon flux between the biosphere and the atmosphere. Timely, accurate and spatially explicit information on forest disturbance and recovery history is required for assessing the effectiveness of existing forest management. The major objectives of our research focused on testing the mapping efficacy of the vegetation change tracker （VCT） model over a forested area in china. We used a new version of VCT algorithm built upon the Landsat time series stacks （LTSS）. The LTSS consisted of yearly image acquisitions to map forest disturbance history from 1987 to 2011 over the Ning-Zhen Mountains, Jiangsu Province of east china. The LTSS consisted of TM and ETM＋ scenes with different projec- tions due to distinct data sources （Beijing remote sensing ground station and the USGS EROS center）. The valida- tion results of the disturbance year maps showed that most spatial agreement measures ranged from 70 to 86 %, comparable with the VCT accuracies reported for many places in USA. Very low accuracies were identified in 1995 （38.3 %） and 1992 （56.2 %） in the current analysis. These resulted from the insensitivity of the VCT algorithm to detect low intensity disturbances and also from the mis- registration errors of the image pairs. Major forest distur- bance types existing in our study area were identified as agricultural expansion （39.8 %）, urbanization （24.9 %）, forest management practice （19.3 %）, and mining （12.8 %）. In general, there was a gradual decreasing trend in forest cover throughout this region, caused principally by china＇s economic, demographic, environmental and political policies and decisions, as well as some weather events. While VCT has largely been used to assess long term changes and trends in the USA, it has great potential for assessing landscape level change elsewhere throughout the world.

Xuanwei area, in southwestern china,harbors the highest female lung cancer rate in the country(Supplementary Table 1) [1]. Epidemiological studies have shown that lung cancer incidence in Xuanwei area is associated with the use of different types of local coal for household cooking and heating [2]. The genomic landscape of Xuanwei female adenocarcinoma(XWFA), the most distinctive feature of lung cancer in Xuanwei, has yet to be elucidated systematically. Here,we provide the fundamental resource of genomic datasets for further exploration of XWFA molecular mechanisms and development of targetable therapy.

The development of low-cost and high-active cocatalysts is one of the most significant links for photocatalytic water ***,a novel strategy of electron delocalization modulation for transition metal sulfides has been developed by anion hybridization.P-modified CoS_(2)(CoS_(2)|P)nanocrystals were firstly fabricated via a gas-solid reaction and coupled with CdS nanorods to construct a composite catalyst for solar H2 evolution reaction(HER).The CdS/CoS_(2)|P catalyst shows an HER rate of 57.8 pmol h-1,which is 18 times that of the bare CdS,8 times that of the CdS/CoS2,and twice that of Pt/*** reduced energy barrier and suppressed reverse reaction for HER on the catalyst have been predicted and explained by density functional theory(DFT)*** underlying design strategy of novel cocatalysts by electron delocalization modulation may shed light on the rational development of other advanced catalysts for energy conversion.

Deepening function reform of running the society of state-owned farm is an important strategic plan made by the Party Central committee and the state council,and is also ' hard bone' bitten by fully implementing the strategy of rural revitalization and promoting the modernization of agriculture and countryside. In this paper,the problems of Taihu Port Farm in Jingzhou City after function reform of running the society are systematically and comprehensively analyzed via field research,and corresponding countermeasures are proposed. The research could provide beneficial reference and experience reference for deepening function reform of running the society of current state-owned farm.

A compartmental model is established for schistosomiasis infection in Qianzhou and Zimuzhou, two islets in the center of Yangtzi River near Nanjing, P. R. china. The model consists of five differential equations about the susceptible and infected subpopulations of mammalian Rattus norvegicus and Oncomelania snails . We calculate the basic reproductive number R 0 and discuss the global stability of the disease free equilibrium and the unique endemic equilibrium when it exists. The dynamics of the model can be characterized in terms of the basic reproductive number. The parameters in the model are estimated based on the data from the field study of the Nanjing Institute of Parasitic Diseases. Our analysis shows that in a natural isolated area where schistosomiasis is endemic, killing snails is more effective than killing Rattus norvegicus for the control of schistosomiasis.

The rational design of earth-abundant catalysts with excellent water splitting activities is important to obtain clean fuels for sustainable energy devices. In this study, mixed transition metal oxide nanoparticles encapsulated in nitrogendoped carbon （denoted as AB2O4@NC） were developed using a one-pot protocol, wherein a metal-organic complex was adopted as the precursor. As a proof of concept, MnCo2O4@NC was used as an electrocatalyst for water oxidation, and demonstrated an outstanding electrocatalytic activity with low overpotential to achieve a current density of 10 mA·cm^-1 0/10 = 287 mV）, small Tafel slope （55 mV·dec^-1）, and high stability （96% retention after 20 h）. The excellent electrochemical performance benefited from the synergistic effects of the MnCo2O4 nanoparticles and nitrogen-doped carbon, as well as the assembled mesoporous nanowire structure. Finally, a highly stable all-solid-state supercapacitor based on MnCo2O4@NC was demonstrated （1.5% decay after 10,000 cycles）.
