The current research of nuclear co.trol rod drive mechanism(CRDM)movable latch only makes a simple measurement of wear *** wear volume and difference in various claw surfaces are ignored and the degradation mechanism of each claw surface is not *** this paper,a detailed degradation analysis was carried out on each claw surface of movable latch co.bined with wear result and worn *** indicate that the boundary of carbide is preferred for co.rosion because carbide presents a nobler Volta potential co.pared to the metal matrix or boundary *** to the oscillation of drive shaft between the claw surfaces of movable latch,the dominant wear mechanism on the upper surface of claw(USC)and lower surface of claw(LSC)is plastic deformation caused by impact *** impact wear will cause the fragmentation of carbides because of the high hardness and low ductility of *** promotes the broken carbides to fall off from the metal *** generated fine carbides(abrasive particles)cause extra abrasive wear on USC when the movable brings the drive shaft upward or *** a result,USC has a higher wear volume than *** research proposes a method to evaluate the wear on the whole movable latches using a 3D full-size scanner.

The phenomenon of transformer failure caused by oil‐sulphur co.rosion of oil₋paper insulation system has always been co.cerned by *** 39 is the most used metal passivator for inhibiting sulphur ***,Irgamet 39 causes abnormal dissolved gas in oil during the process of exerting anti‐co.rosion ***,the gas production mechanism of Irgamet 39 and its long‐term co.rosion resistance were *** with other metal passivators,the Irgamet 39 produces more dissolved gases in oil,especially H_(2),co.and co.(2).The main sources of free radicals in the gas production process are from the branched chains of the Irgamet 39 structure(−CH_(2)N(C_(8)H_(17))_(2)and−CH_(3)).Furthermore,the ageing products of insulating paper and oil promote the cleavage of the chain in the Irgamet 39 molecule,which then causes Irgamet 39 to generate more dissolved *** 39 exhibits excellent long‐term co.rosion inhibition properties,while it also leads to abnormal gases in the oil,which can affect the interpretation of the dissolved gas analysis data and thus interfere with the *** work provides useful information for the practical application of Irgamet 39 and helps electrical workers make reasonable predictions for transformer problems.

The sinter with low reduction degradation index(RDI)for co.EX reduction was prepared by separated granulation sintering *** results illustrate that the productivity and tumble index are attained to be 1.64 t m^(-2)h^(-1)and 59.25%,respectively,in pot tests under the optimal *** the reducing co.dition simulating co.EX shaft furnace,RDI_(+6.3 mm),RDI_(+3.15 mm),and reducibility index of the sinter reach 63.05%,81.52%,and 83.65%,*** with traditional sintering process,the productivity rose by 14.69%,and RDI_(+6.3) mm and RDI_(+3.15) mm were increased by 157.54%and 32.70%,*** addition,as the proportion of sinter reached 60%,RDI_(+6.3 mm)and RDI_(+3.15 mm)of co.prehensive burden were achieved to be 73.39%and 84.28%,respectively,which co.ld co.pletely meet the requirement of co.EX shaft furnace for *** mechanism was demonstrated that the more silico.errites of calcium and aluminum and silicate phase occurred as well as magnetite,and the amount of Fe_(2)O_(3)decreased substantially in the sinter by separated granulation sintering ***,the low-temperature reducing stress is restrained,with the increase in sinter strength.

Central nerve signal evoked by thoughts can be directly used to co.trol a robot or prosthetic devices without the involvement of the peripheral nerve and *** is a new strategy of human-co.puter interaction.A method of electroencephalogram(EEG) phase synchronization co.bined with band energy was proposed to co.struct a feature vector for pattern reco.nition of brain-co.puter interaction based on EEG induced by motor imagery in this paper,rhythm and beta rhythm were first extracted from EEG by band pass filter and then the frequency band energy was calculated by the sliding time window;the instantaneous phase values were obtained using Hilbert transform and then the phase synchronization feature was calculated by the phase locking value(PLV) and the best time interval for extracting the phase synchronization feature was searched by the distribution of the PLV value in the time ***,discrimination of motor imagery patterns was performed by the support vector machine(SVM).The results showed that the phase synchronization feature more effective in4s-7s and the co.rect classification rate was 91.4%.co.pared with the results achieved by a single EEG feature related to motor imagery,the co.rect classification rate was improved by 3.5 and4.3 percentage points by co.bining phase synchronization with band *** indicate that the proposed method is effective and it is expected that the study provides a way to improve the performance of the online real-time brain-co.puter interaction co.trol system based on EEG related to motor imagery.

The variable pump displacement and variable motor speed electro-hydrostatic actuator(EHA),one of the three types of EHAs,has advantages such as short response time,flexible speed regulation,and high ***,the nonlinearity of its double-input single-output system poses a great challenge for system *** study proposes a novel EHA with adaptive pump displacement and variable motor speed(EHA-APVM).A closed-loop position is realized using a ***,the displacement varies with the system pressure;thus,the EHA-APVM is a single-input and single-output ***,the working principles of the EHA-APVM and the pump used in the system are ***,a nonlinear mathematical model of the proposed EHA-APVM co.trol system is established,and a feedback back-stepping(FBBS)co.trol algorithm is introduced to transform the co.plex nonlinear system into a linear system on the basis of the back-stepping co.trol ***,simulation results prove that the EHA-APVM has a quick response and high robustness to variations of the load and the pump *** this work,the size and weight of the motor are significantly reduced because the maximum power requirement is reduced,which is very beneficial for using the actuator in airborne equipment.

Developing green insulation materials has beco.e an important direction for future *** a new environmental insulation liquid,natural ester can effectively delay cellulose insulation polymer *** the mechanism of natural ester delaying the cellulose ageing co.ld promote its application in power *** this study,based on the accelerated thermal ageing of pressboard immersed in natural ester and 25#mineral oil at 120°C for 221 days,the thermal ageing rate and the levelling off degree of polymerisation(LODP)for two kinds of oil-impregnated pressboards were *** molecular level mechanism of natural ester delaying cellulose degradation and keeping higher LODP value was proposed using molecular dynamics *** the early stage of thermal ageing,cellulose with a higher degree of polymerisation(DP)can form many hydrogen bonds with hydronium ions,and their binding energy is stronger,which can accelerate the acid hydrolysis of cellulose,causing the DP of pressboard immersed in natural ester and mineral oil to decrease *** the breaking of the cellulose molecular chain,the number of hydrogen bonds and binding energy between cellulose and hydronium ions beco.es smaller and the thermal ageing rate decreases *** the end stage of ageing,it is difficult for the hydronium ions to enter the crystalline cellulose,acid hydrolysis of crystalline cellulose is hard to co.duct,leading to the occurrence of the LODP *** degradation rate of cellulose in natural ester is only 50%of that in mineral *** cellulose LODP value in natural ester is over 200 larger than that in mineral *** with the mineral oil-cellulose system,natural ester can form hydrogen bonds with hydronium ions and lead to fewer hydronium ions in cellulose,fewer hydrogen bonds and smaller binding energy between cellulose and hydronium ions,which can reduce the acid hydrolysis reaction of *** study provides a theoretical explanation for

Inspection techniques for aero-engine blades are a hot topic in industry. Since these blades have a sculptured surface and a small datum, measurement results may deviate from an actual position. There are few proper approaches co.pensating for non-uniform distribution errors that are within specified tolerance ranges. This study aimed to develop a meshing structure measuring approach for the distortion of blades via non-co.tact optical 3D scanning. A rough measurement and a registration procedure are initially adopted to rectify the co.rdinate system of a blade, which avoids the initial co.rdinate system errors caused by the small datum. A measurement path with meshing structure is then unfolded on the blade surface. For non-uniform distribution errors, the meshing structure measurement is more visual and clear than the traditional co.stant height curves method. All measuring points take only 7 min to co.plete, and the distribution of error is directly and accurately presented by the meshing structure. This study provides a basis for future research on distortion co.trol and error co.pensation.

In this paper, an N-doped titanium oxide （TiO2） photocatalyst is deposited by a plasma-enhanced atomic layer deposition （PEALD） system through the in-situ doping method. X-ray photoelectron spectrosco.y （XPS） analysis indicates that substitutional nitrogen atoms （-395.9 eV） with 1 atom% are effectively doped into TiO2 films. UV-VIS spectrometry shows that the in-situ nitrogen doping method indeed enhances the visible-activity of TiO2 films in the 425-550 nm range, and the results of the performance tests of the N-doped TiO2 films also imply that the photocatalysis activity is improved by in-situ doping. The in-situ doping mechanism of the N-doped TiO2 film is suggested acco.ding to the XPS results and the typical atomic layer deposition process.
