Human-machine interactions(HMIs)have advanced rapidly in recent decades in the fields of healthcare,work,and ***,people with disabilities and other mobility problems do not have corresponding high-tech aids for them to enjoy the convenience of *** this paper,we propose a sensor with a wave-shaped(corrugated)electrode embedded in a friction layer,which exhibits high sensitivity to skin fold excitation and enormous potential in *** to the wave-shaped electrode design,it has no built-in cavities,and its small size allows it to flexibly cope with folds at different *** specifying the carbon nanotube hybrid silicone film as the electrode layer material and silicone film as the friction layer,good electrical output performance,tensile properties,and biocompatibility can be ***,the sensor is tested on various joints and skin folds of the human body,the output signals of which can be distinguished between normal physiological behavior and test *** on this sensor,we designed a medical alarm system,a robotic arm assistive system,and a cell phone application control system for the disabled to help them in the fields of healthcare,work,and *** conclusion,our research presents a feasible technology to enhance HMIs and makes a valuable contribution to the development of high-tech aids for the disabled.

Enrichment characteristics of normal-pressure marine shale gas in the complex tectonic zone: a case study of the Lower Cambrian Niutitang Formation in northern guizhou

The Lower Cambrian Niutitang Formation is a crucial stratum for the exploration of normal-pressure marine shale gas in southern China， with great development potential. To research the normal-pressure shale gas accumulation of the Niutitang Formation in the complex tectonic zone， the shale cores in northern guizhou were subjected to X-ray diffraction (XRD) and field emission scanning electron microscopy (FE-SEM) observation， and tests were conducted to determine total organic content (TOC)， bitumen reflectance， and nitrogen isotopes. The results indicate that the equivalent vitrinite reflectance of cores varies from 2.30% to 3.73%， and the TOC content of cores varies from 3.8% to 7.8%. The total gas content of three wells in northern guizhou is 0.5 m3/t， 0.3 m3/t， and 1.4 m3/t， respectively. The TOC content of the shale in the syncline structure is higher than that of the shale in the anticline structure. Nitrogen in shale gas originates primarily from the thermal ammoniation of organic matter， the atmosphere， and the deep crust. Shale gas preservation is favourable in regions with a large range of lifting， and small lifting differences. The syncline is broad and gentle with few faults have better gas accumulation conditions. The Niutitang Formation in the residual syncline of the study area has better gas content than that of other structures. Exploration of shale gas accumulation sweet spots in northern guizhou should focus on the broad-gentle synclines with minimal changes in stratigraphic lifting， few faults， and no hydrothermal activity at the edges of paleo-uplifts.

In a tritrophic context of plant-insect-entomopathogen,plants play important roles in modulating the interaction of insects and their pathogenic ***,the influence of plants on the transmission of insect viruses has been mainly studied on baculoviruses and some RNA viruses,whereas the impact of plants on other insect viruses is largely ***,we identified a new densovirus infecting the green peach aphid Myzus persicae and tested whether and how host plants influence the transmission of the aphid *** complete single-stranded DNA genome of the virus,*** densovirus 2.is 572. nt and contains inverted terminal *** and phylogenetic analysis indicated that the virus was distinct from other a few identified aphid *** virus abundance was detected highly in the intestinal tract of aphids,compared with the lower level of it in other tissues including head,embryo,and *** and pepper plants had no obvious effect on the vertical transmission and saliva-mediated horizontal transmission of the ***,the honeydew-mediated horizontal transmission among aphids highly depended on host plants(65%on cabbages versus 17%on peppers).Although the virus concentration in the honeydew produced by aphids between 2.plants was similar,the honeydew production of the infected aphids reared on peppers was dramatically *** together,our results provide evidence that plants influence the horizontal transmission of a new densovirus in an aphid population by modulating honeydew secretion of aphids,suggesting plants may manipulate the spread of an aphid-pathogenic densovirus in nature.

plant immunity is a multilayered process that includes recognition of patterns or effectors from pathogens to elicit defense *** include the induction of a cocktail of defense metabolites that typically restrict pathogen ***,we investigate the interaction between barley roots and the fungal pathogens Bipolaris sorokiniana(Bs)and Fusarium graminearum(Fg)at the metabolite *** identify hordedanes,a previously undescribed set of labdane-related diterpenoids with antimicrobial properties,as critical players in these *** of barley roots by Bs and Fg elicits hordedane synthesis from a 60o-kb gene *** reconstruction of the biosynthesis pathway in yeast and Nicotiana benthamiana produced several hordedanes,including one of the most functionally decorated products 19-β-hydroxy-hordetrienoic acid(19-OH-HTA).Barley mutants in the diterpene synthase genes of this cluster are unable to produce hordedanes but,unexpectedly,show reduced Bs *** contrast,colonization by Fusarium graminearum,another fungal pathogen of barley and wheat,is 4-fold higher in the mutants completely lacking ***,19-OH-HTA enhances both germination and growth of Bs,whereas it inhibits other pathogenic fungi,including *** of microscopy and transcriptomics data suggest that hordedanes delay the necrotrophic phase of *** together,these results show that adapted pathogens such as Bs can subvert plant metabolic defenses to facilitate root colonization.

Chronic administration of triclosan leads to liver fibrosis through hepcidin-ferroportin axis-mediated iron overload

Disruption of a microvitellogenin gene impairs eggshell formation in Mythimna separata

Microvitellogenin(mVg) belongs to the lepidopteran-specific lipoprotein＿11 super family and is thought to be involved in insect reproduction. However, the function of mVg in reproduction has not been established. In this study, we identified and characterized MsmVg in Mythimna separata, a destructive insect pest of grain crops. MsmVg is comprised of a 1,310 bp open reading frame(ORF) encoding 437 amino acids. Structural analysis showed that MsmVg contains three conserved domains in the lipoprotein＿11 super family, including the all-α-N-terminal domain(NTD), a Pseudomonas putida homologous domain(PPD), and an all-β-C-terminal domain(CTD). MsmVg was highly expressed in mature female adults and enriched in the ovaries of 3-day-old female adults. Disruption of MsmVg by RNA interference did not change the expression of MsmVg, vitellogenin(MsVg) or the vitellogenin receptor(MsVgR) in fat bodies, but it inhibited their transcription in ovaries. Phenotype analysis showed that knockdown of MsmVg did not affect yolk deposition in ovaries, but impaired eggshell formation and led to a reduction in the reproductive capacity. Furthermore, knockdown of MsmVg significantly inhibited the expression of genes associated with eggshell formation(MsChP1-3 and MsFcP3C). Taken together, these data suggest that MsmVg plays an important role in female reproduction by affecting eggshell formation in M. separata, which provides a potential target for managing this insect pest.

Identification and Analysis of the WRKY Transcription Factor Gene Family in Verbena bonariensis
