The potentials of rare earth-based nanocomposite alloys have never been realized due to strict microstructural *** to the easy demagnetization it is challenging to increase the soft magnetic phase *** avoid the easy demagnetization,Pr-Fe-B/Alnico magnets were fabricated and reported in this *** content of the Alnico phase is increased from 0 to 2. wt%,while the content of Pr element is reduced to below the sub-stoichiometry of the 2.14:1 main *** maximum magnetic energy product,which is the figure-of-merit for permanent magnets,is increased from 12. kJ/m^(3) for the standard alloy to 146 kJ/m^(3) for the alloy with 15 wt% Alnico which shows a significant improvement considering the fact that the Curie point of the magnet is also increased by~66 *** special microstructure contains distinctly and heterogeneously distributed 2.14:1 and Alnico *** dimensions of neither the 2.14:1 nor the Alnico phases meet the dimensional requirements of the nanocomposite magnets,but still the smooth demagnetization curves are noted for the *** behavior of effective anisotropy,the performance of the magnets in applied magnetic field and the magnetic interactions among the various constituent grains were quantitatively studied by reversible susceptibility,irreversible susceptibility and re coil loop *** study may provide some guiding principles for the development of nanocomposite magnetic alloys with excellent magnetic properties by using much less RE elements.

Detecting fake reviewers in heterogeneous networks of buyers and sellers:a collaborative training-based spammer group algorithm

It is not uncommon for malicious sellers to collude with fake reviewers(also called spammers)to write fake reviews for multiple products to either demote competitors or promote their products'reputations,forming a gray industry *** detect spammer groups in a heterogeneous network with rich semantic information from both buyers and sellers,researchers have conducted extensive research using Frequent Item Mining-based and graph-based ***,these methods cannot detect spammer groups with cross-product attacks and do not jointly consider structural and attribute features,and structure-attribute correlation,resulting in poorer detection ***-fore,we propose a collaborative training-based spammer group detection algorithm by constructing a heterogene-ous induced sub-network based on the target product set to detect cross-product attack spammer *** jointly consider all available features,we use the collaborative training method to learn the feature representations of *** addition,we use the DBSCAN clustering method to generate candidate groups,exclude innocent ones,and rank them to obtain spammer *** experimental results on real-world datasets indicate that the overall detection performance of the proposed method is better than that of the baseline methods.

EVALUATION　OF　REVERSE　PASSIVE　HEMAGGLUTINATION　（RPHA）　FECAL　OCCULT　BLOOD　TEST　IN　SCREENING　OF　COLORECTAL　NEOPLASIA

A high risk population consisting of 3034 people with history of rectal polyps or ulcers were screened for colorectal neoplasia with Reverse Passive Hemagglutination Fecal Occult Blood Test (RPHA FOB) and 60 cm fiberoptic colonoscopy. Among 2.53 subjects (84.1%)who completed both tests, 11 cases of colorectal malignancies and 465 cases of polyps were *** colonoscopic finding and histopathological examination as the 'gold standard' of diagnosis, results showed that FOB positivity of polyps was related to their size, macroscopic appearance and surface features but no correlation between bleeding of polyps and their location, numbers, pathological types were found. In this study the sensitivity of RPHA in screening of colorectal malignancy was 63.6% (7/11), while that for polyps was only 2..1% (98/465) . For screening of colorectal neoplasia (cancer+polyps) the overall sensitivity and specificity of RPHA FOB were 2..1% and 82.4%, the positive and negative predictive values were 2..3% and 82.2. respectively. Amoug 465 polyps there were 195 adenomas, further analysis showed that villous and tubulovillous adenomas had higher intestinal bleeding rate (FOB positive)than tubular type (45.5%,30.0% and 17.8% respectively, X2.5.8, p=0.05). The results indicate that although the sensitivity of RPHA FOB in screening for colorectal polyps was generally low, but about 40% (8/2.) of villous and tubulovillous adenoma which present higher tendency of malignant transformation can be detected by RPHA FOB as a screening Procedure. So the authors suggest that screening of colorectal neoplasia be not only a procedure of secondary prevention but also a measure of primary prevention for colorectal *** March 2., 1994

Patients with high tumor mutational burden(TMB)levels do not consistently respond to immune checkpoint inhibitors(ICIs),possibly because a high TMB level does not necessarily result in adequate infiltration of CD8^(+)T *** bulk ribonucleic acid sequencing(RNA-seq)data from 9311 tumor samples across 30 cancer types,we developed a novel tool called the modulator of TMB-associated immune infiltration(MOTIF),which comprises genes that can determine the extent of CD8^(+)T cell infiltration prompted by a certain TMB *** confirmed that MOTIF can accurately reflect the integrity and defects of the cancer-immunity *** analyzing 84 human single-cell RNA-seq datasets from 32.types of solid tumors,we revealed that MOTIF can provide insights into the diverse roles of various cell types in the modulation of CD8^(+)T cell *** pretreatment RNA-seq data from 13 ICI-treated cohorts,we validated the use of MOTIF in predicting CD8^(+)T cell infiltration and ICI *** the components of MOTIF,we identified EMC3 as a negative regulator of CD8^(+)T cell infiltration,which was validated via in vivo ***,MOTIF provided guidance for the potential combinations of programmed death 1 blockade with certain immunostimulatory drugs to facilitate CD8^(+)T cell infiltration and improve ICI efficacy.

Urban rail transit disruption management: Research progress and future directions

Urban rail transit (URT) disruptions present considerable challenges due to several factors: i) a high probability of occurrence, arising from facility failures, disasters, and vandalism;ii) substantial negative effects, notably the delay of numerous passengers;iii) an escalating frequency, attributable to the gradual aging of facilities;and iv) severe penalties, including substantial fines for abnormal operation. This article systematically reviews URT disruption management literature from the past decade, categorizing it into pre-disruption and post-disruption measures. The pre-disruption research focuses on reducing the effects of disruptions through network analysis, passenger behavior analysis, resource allocation for protection and backup, and enhancing system resilience. Conversely, post-disruption research concentrates on restoring normal operations through train rescheduling and bus bridging services. The review reveals that while post-disruption strategies are thoroughly explored, pre-disruption research is predominantly analytical, with a scarcity of practical pre-emptive solutions. Moreover, future research should focus more on increasing the interchangeability of transport modes, reinforcing redundancy relationships between URT lines, and innovating post-disruption strategies.

Osteosarcoma(OS)is one of the most common malignant tumors in children and young *** chemotherapy and other therapies are limited by low therapeutic efficiency,severe side effects and single therapeutic function,it is of high value to develop innovative therapies for precise and efficient treatment of ***,natural photo-synthetic microalgae(***,CV)were utilized as carriers for the chemotherapeutic agent doxorubicin(DOX)to create a multifunctional therapeutic platform(CV@DOX)for the photo-modulation of the tumor microenvi-ronment(TME)and synergistic chemo-photodynamic therapy of ***@DOX exhibited rapid drug release behavior in the acidic TME,improving the efficiency of chemotherapy against tumors and reducing side effects on other normal *** 650 nm laser irradiation,CV@DOX demonstrated the ability to effectively generate oxygen to alleviate tumor hypoxia and utilize the photosensitizing properties of chlorophyll in CV to produce an increased amount of reactive oxygen species(ROS),thereby enhancing photodynamic therapy(PDT).CV@DOX-mediated synergistic chemo-photodynamic therapy demonstrated efficacy in halting tumor progression in an orthotopic osteosarcoma mouse model by promoting tumor cell apoptosis,inhibiting tumor proliferation and ***,chlorophyll-assisted fluorescence imaging enabled monitoring of the distribution of CV@DOX in osteosarcoma after ***,CV@DOX did not cause significant hematological and tissue toxicity,and prevented DOX-induced cardiotoxicity,showing good in vivo ***,this work presents a novel TME-responsive and TME-modulating platform for imaging-guided multimodal osteosar-coma treatment.

Despite sufficient studies performed in non-primate animal models,there exists scanty information obtained from pilot trials in non-human primate animal models,severely hindering nanomaterials moving from basic research into clinical *** herein present a pioneering demonstration of nanomaterials based optical imaging-guided surgical operation by using macaques as a typical kind of non-human primate-animal ***,taking advantages of strong and stable fluorescence of the small-sized(diameter:~5 nm)silicon-based nanoparticles(SiNPs),lymphatic drainage patterns can be vividly visualized in a real-time manner,and lymph nodes(LN)are able to be sensitively detected and precisely excised from small animal models(e.g.,rats and rabbits)to non-human primate animal models(e.g.,cynomolgus macaque(Macaca fascicularis)and rhesus macaque(Macaca mulatta)).Compared to clinically used invisible near-infrared(NIR)lymphatic tracers(i.e.,indocyanine green(ICG);etc.),we fully indicate that the SiNPs feature unique advantages for naked-eye visible fluorescence-guided surgical operation in long-term *** toxicological analysis in macaque models further provides confirming evidence of favorable biocompatibility of the SiNPs *** expect that our findings would facilitate the translation of nanomaterials from the laboratory to the clinic,especially in the field of cancer treatment.

An improved algorithm for computing multiphase flows is presented in which the multimaterial Moment-of-Fluid(MOF)algorithm for multiphase flows,initially described by Li et al.(2.15),is enhanced addressing existing MOF difficulties in computing solutions to problems in which surface tension forces are crucial for understanding salient flow *** Continuous MOF(CMOF)method is motivated in this *** CMOF reconstruction method inherently removes the"checkerboard instability"that persists when using the MOF method on surface tension driven multiphase(multimaterial)*** CMOF reconstruction algorithm is accelerated by coupling the CMOF method to the level set method and coupling the CMOF method to a decision tree machine learning(ML)*** flow examples are shown in the two-dimensional(2.),three-dimensional(3D)axisymmetric"RZ",and 3D coordinate *** include two material and three material multiphase flows:bubble formation,the impingement of a liquid jet on a gas bubble in a cryogenic fuel tank,freezing,and liquid lens dynamics.
