Experimental Study on Wire Melting Control Ability of Twin-Body Plasma Arc

The twin-body plasma arc has the decoupling control ability of heat transfer and mass transfer,which is beneficial to shape and property control in wire arc additive *** this paper,with the wire feeding speed as a characteristic quantity,the wire melting control ability of twin-body plasma arc was studied by adjusting the current separation ratio(under the condition of a constant total current),the wire current/main current and the position of the wire in the arc axial *** results showed that under the premise that the total current remains unchanged(100 A),as the current separation ratio increased,the middle and minimum melting amounts increased approximately synchronously under the effect of anode effect power,the first melting mass range remained constant;the maximum melting amount increased twice as fast as the middle melting amount under the effect of the wire feeding speed,and the second melting mass range was *** the wire current increased,the anode effect power and the plasma arc power were both factors causing the increase in the wire melting amount;however,when the main current increased,the plasma arc power was the only factor causing the increase in the wire melting *** average wire melting increment caused by the anode effect power was approximately 2.7 times that caused by the plasma arc *** minimum melting amount was not affected by the wire-torch distance under any current separation ratio *** the current separation ratio increased and reached a threshold,the middle melting amount remained constant with increasing wire-torch *** the current separation ratio continued to increase and reached the next threshold,the maximum melting amount remained constant with the increasing wire-torch *** effect of the wire-torch distance on the wire melting amount reduced with the increase in the current separation *** this study,the decoupling mechanism and ability of this innovative

This also provides a new platform for insight into SERS enhancement mechanism.

In this paper,the authors study a class of general mean-field BDSDEs whose coefficients satisfy some stochastic ***,the authors prove the existence and uniqueness theorem of solution under stochastic Lipschitz condition and obtain the related comparison ***,the authors further relax the conditions and deduce the existence theorem of solutions under stochastic linear growth and continuous conditions,and the authors also prove the associated comparison ***,an asset pricing problem is discussed,which demonstrates the application of the general meanfield BDSDEs in finance.

Innovative construction of macroporous–mesoporous structured spherical alumina and its hydrothermal stability

The pore structure of spherical alumina supports is closely related to the dispersion of catalytically active components and the diffusion of *** excellent pore structure under strict reaction conditions is of utmost *** this work,sphericalγ-Al_(2.O_(3)support with a bimodal pore structure,composed of macropores and mesopores,was successfully synthesized using dodecane as the pore-forming agent through the oil–ammonia column-shaping *** morphology and internal pore structure of the alumina were found to be influenced by the amount of surfactant added and ultrasound treatment ***,when concentration of surfactant was 4‰and ultrasound voltage of 2. V was applied,the resultingγ-Al_(2.O_(3)-4‰-2. displayed a highly concentrated distribution of macropores with an average pore size of 100 nm,resulting in an impressive porosity of 69.2.%.In contrast,the untreated sample ofγ-Al_(2.O_(3)-0-0 only exhibited a mesoporous distribution with a porosity of 54.03%.Moreover,after being subjected to a hydrothermal treatment in a high temperature(600°C)and high humidity(water vapor)environment for 12. h,theγ-Al_(2.O_(3)-4‰-2. sample maintained a high BET specific surface area of 170.9 m^(2.g^(−1)and mercury intrusion porosimetry specific surface area of 2.3.3 m^(2.g^(−1).

Ferroelectric Ceramic Materials Enable High-Performance Organic-Inorganic Composite Electrolytes in Solid-State Lithium Metal Batteries

Compared to commercial lithium-ion batteries, all-solid-state batteries can greatly increase the energy density, safety, and cycle life of batteries. The development of solid-state electrolyte with high lithium-ion conductivity and wide electrochemical window is the key for all-solid-state batteries. In this work, we report on the achievement of high ionic conductivity in the PAN/LiClO_(4)/BaTiO_(3) composite solid electrolyte (CSE) prepared by solution casting method. Our experimental results show that the PAN-based composite polymer electrolyte with 5 wt% BaTiO_(3) possesses a high room-temperature lithium-ion conductivity (9.85 × 10^(−4) S⋅cm^(−1)), high lithium-ion transfer number (0.63), wide electrochemical window (4.9 V vs Li+/Li). The Li|Li symmetric battery assembled with 5 wt% BaTiO_(3) can be stably circulated for 800 h at 0.1 mA⋅cm^(−2., and the LiFePO_(4)|CSE|Li battery maintains a capacity retention of 86.2. after 50 cycles at a rate of 0.3 C. The influence of BaTiO_(3) ceramic powder on the properties of PAN-based polymer electrolytes is analyzed. Our results provide a new avenue for future research in the all-solid-state lithium battery technology.

Catalytic Reaction Kinetics of Propylene Dimerization to 4-Methyl-1-Pentene Using Cu-K/K_(2.CO_(3) Solid Base Catalyst

An ionic liquid-assisted strategy for enhanced anticorrosion of low-energy PEO coatings on magnesium–lithium alloy

Hyperbranched polymer hollow-fiber-composite membranes for pervaporation separation of aromatic/aliphatic hydrocarbon mixtures

The separation of aromatic/aliphatic hydrocarbon mixtures is crucial in the petrochemical *** is regarded as a promising approach for the separation of aromatic compounds from alkanes. Developing membrane materials with efficient separation performance is still the main task since the membrane should provide chemical stability, high permeation flux, and selectivity. In this study, the hyperbranched polymer(HBP) was deposited on the outer surface of a polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF)hollow-fiber ultrafiltration membrane by a facile dip-coating method. The dip-coating rate, HBP concentration, and thermal cross-linking temperature were regulated to optimize the membrane *** obtained HBP/PVDF hollow-fiber-composite membrane had a good separation performance for aromatic/aliphatic hydrocarbon mixtures. For the 50%/50%(mass) toluene/n-heptane mixture, the permeation flux of optimized composite membranes could reach 1766 g·m^(-2.·h^(-1), with a separation factor of 4.1 at 60℃. Therefore, the HBP/PVDF hollow-fiber-composite membrane has great application prospects in the pervaporation separation of aromatic/aliphatic hydrocarbon mixtures.

Effect of Fe Addition on Dehydrogenation Performance of Methylcyclohexance over Pt/Al_(2.O_(3)

Catalysts with varying Fe contents were prepared using a sequential impregnation method to investigate the effects of Fe addition on the physicochemical properties of Pt/Al_(2.O_(3) and their performance in methylcyclohexane(MCH)*** results demonstrated that the addition of Fe to Pt/Al_(2.O_(3) enhanced the electron density of Pt and improved catalytic activity,while exhibiting negligible influence on the catalytic selectivity for *** the Fe content was 0.057%,the catalyst exhibited the highest MCH consumption rate,which was approximately two times higher than that of the catalyst without ***,the incorporation of Fe inhibited the formation of coke and reduced the quantity of coke deposits on the catalyst,thereby improving its catalytic ***,Fe shows promise as a prospective secondary element for Pt/Al_(2.O_(3) to enhance the MCH dehydrogenation performance.
