The ohmic contact interface between diamond and metal is essential for the application of diamond *** modification can significantly affect the contact performance and eliminate the interface polarization ***,the radiation stability of a diamond detector is also sensitive to surface *** this work,the influence of surface modification technology on a diamond ohmic contact under high-energy radiation was *** radiation,the specific contact resistivities(ρc)between Ti/Pt/Au-hydrogen-terminated diamond(H-diamond)and Ti/Pt/Au-oxygenterminated diamond(O-diamond)were 2.0×1.^(-4)W·cm^(2) and 4.3×1.^(-3)Wcm^(2),*** 1. MeV electron radiation,the ρc of Ti/Pt/Au H-diamond and Ti/Pt/Au O-diamond were 5.3×1.^(-3)W·cm^(2)and 9.1.1.^(-3)W·cm^(2),*** rates of change of ρc of H-diamond and O-diamond after radiation were 2550%and 1.2%,*** electron radiation promotes bond reconstruction of the diamond surface,resulting in an increase in ρc.

To solve the problem that the traditional cloud model can't directly process the textual review information in the recommendation algorithm,this paper combines the merits of the cloud model in transforming qualitative and quantitative knowledge with the multi-granularity advantages of probabilistic linguistic term sets in representing uncertain information,and proposes a recommendation algorithm based on cloud model in probabilistic language ***,this paper quantifies the attributes in the review text based on the probabilistic linguistic term ***,the maximum deviation method is used to determine the weight of each attribute in the evaluation information of the product to be recommended,and the comprehensive evaluation number and attribute weight are converted into the digital characteristic value of the cloud model by using the backward cloud ***,the products are recommended and sorted based on the digital characteristic value of the cloud *** algorithm is applied to the recommendation of 1. hotels,and the results show that the method is effective and practical,enriching the application of cloud models in the recommendation field.

The practical applications of lithium-sulfur(Li-S)batteries are hampered by the sluggish redox kinetics and polysulfides shuttle in the cyclic process,which leads to a series of problems including the loss of active materials and poor cycling *** this paper,the pore structures of carbon nanosheets based electrocatalysts were precisely controlled by regulating the content of water-soluble KCl *** relationship between pore structures and Li-S electrochemical behavior was studied,which demonstrates a key influence of pore structure in polysulfides phase *** the liquid-sloid redox reaction of polysulfides,the micropores and small mesopores(d20 nm)and macropores played a decisive *** a typical exhibition,the nickel-embedded carbon nanosheets(Ni-CNS)with a high content of large mesopores and macropores can aid Li-S batteries in exhibiting stable cycling performance(760.1.mAh g^(-1.at 1.C after 300 cycles)and superior rate capac-ity(847.8 mAh g^(-1.at 2 C).Furthermore,even with high sulfur loading(8 mg cm^(−2))and low electrolyte(E/S is around 6μL mg^(-1.),the high area capacity of 7.7 mAh cm^(−2)at 0.05 C could be *** work can provide a guideline for the design of the pore structure of carbon-based electrocatalysts toward high-efficiency sulfur species redox reactions,and afford a general,controllable,and simple approach to constructing high performance Li-S batteries.

Cobalt selenide(CoSe_(2))has garnered considerable attention as a prospective anode candidate for advanced lithium-ion storage,prompting comprehensive ***,CoSe_(2)-based anodes usually suffer from significant volume variation upon lithiation leading to unsatisfactory cycling ***,a versatile synthesis route is proposed for the in-situ fabrication of CoSe2nanoparticles embedded in N-dope carbon skeleton(CoSe_(2)@NC)through annealing treatment and selenization of a metal–organic framework-derived(MOF)*** N-doped carbon derived from the MOF serves not only as an excellent conductive substrate but also as a confined reactor,effectively inhibiting the structural instability and alleviating the inevitable volume change of CoSe_(2).Owing to their unique nanostructure,the as-prepared CoSe_(2)@NC exhibits a high capacity of 745.9mAh·g^(-1.at 0.1.A·g^(-1.,while maintaining excellent rate capability and an impressive ***,the assembled lithium-ion capacitor(LIC)based on CoSe_(2)@NC demonstrates an energy density of 1.0Wh·kg^(-1.,a power density of 24.6 kW·kg^(-1.,and remarkable capacity retention of 90.8%after 8000 *** results highlight the great potential of CoSe_(2)@NC for practical applications.

One-dimensional(1.)metals are highly conductive and tend to form networks that facilitate electron hopping and ***,they have tremendous potential as microwave-absorbing(MA)***,1. metals are mainly precious metals such as gold,silver,nickel,and their preparation methods often have low yield and are not environmentally friendly,which has limited the exploration in this ***,the unique nanolaminate structure and chemical bond characteristics of Ti_(2)SnC MAX phase is successfully taken advantages for large-scale preparation of Sn whiskers,and then,core-sheath Sn/SnO_(x)heterojunctions are obtained by simply annealing at different *** heterojunction annealed at 500℃possesses favorable MA performance with an effective absorption bandwidth of 5.3 GHz(only 1.7 mm)and a minimum reflection loss value of51.97 dB;its maximum radar cross section(RCS)reduction value is 29.59 dB·m^(2),confirming its excellent electromagnetic wave attenuation ***-axis electron holography is used to visually characterize the distribution of charge density at the cylindrical heterogenous interface,confirming the enhanced interfacial polarization *** the diversity of MAX phases and the advantages of the fabrication method(e.g.,green,inexpensive,and easily scalable),this work provides significant guidance for the design of 1. metal-based absorbers.

Perovskite materials(ABO_(3))possess a wealth of elements selectable and exhibit a diverse range of octahedral *** emergence of high-entropy perovskite ceramics provides a fresh perspective for advancing the field of wave-absorbing *** this study,we concentrate on the wet chemical synthesis of a high-entropy perovskite oxide,Sr(Cr_(0.2)Mn_(0.2)Fe_(0.2)C_(0.2)Ni_(0.2))O_(3),and investigate its crystal structure,microstructure,chemical composition,magnetic properties,and microwave absorbing *** results indicate that when sintered at a temperature of 1.350℃,the sample achieves a minimum reflection loss of-54.0 dB at a frequency of 9.68 GHz,accompanied by a maximum effective absorption bandwidth(EAB)of 7.44 GHz at the thickness of 1.8 *** high-entropy design of the B-site induces distortions of oxygen vacancy and octahedral structure of the perovskite *** leads to the fine tuning of its dielectric and magnetic properties,thereby endowing perovskite with excellent electromagnetic wave absorption ***,perovskite emerges as a promising new electromagnetic wave absorption material with significant potential.
