Identification and Analysis of the WRKY Transcription Factor Gene Family in Verbena bonariensis

The WRKY transcription factor gene family is one of the unique gene families in *** plays an important role in response to abiotic stresses such as cold and drought,hormone signal transduction,regulation of biosynthesis,leaf senescence seed germination,***,little information is available about WRKY transcription factors in Verbena *** this study,70 VbWRKY genes were identified from the whole *** phylogenetic analysis of the WRKY gene family in *** and Arabidopsis shows that the WRKY genes in *** can be divided into three groups:I,II,and III,which contain 1.,47,and 1. members,*** II can be further divided into five subclasses:IIa(5),IIb(1.),IIc(1.),IId(6),and IIe(8).Conservative motif analysis showed that 64 proteins encoded by the VbWRKY gene had conserved motifs 1.2 and 3,and the same subclass motif elements were approximately the *** collinearity analysis showed that there were 44 homologous gene pairs among the VbWRKYs,and these homologous gene pairs may have the same *** sequence analysis showed that the VbWRKY gene has multiple cis-acting elements,including not only cis-acting elements related to low-temperature and light responses,but also cis-acting elements related to hormone regulation,Among them,most VbWRKY genes contain response elements about low-temperature,and 30 VbWRKY genes contain low-temperature response elements(LTR),and 61.VbWRKY genes contain abscisic acid response elements(ABRE),indicating that VbWRKY plays a crucial role in plant growth and abiotic *** to the expression of VbWRKY in the cold stress and different tissues transcriptome,70 VbWRKY genes played their respective roles in various tissues and stages to regulate plant growth,Also,some of them participated in the process of cold stress tolerance,52 VbWRKYs showed significant differences in expression under cold stress,and 37 VbWRKY genes were up-regulated under cold stress.9 VbWRKY genes w

A model of continuous-time insider trading in which a risk-neutral in-sider possesses two imperfect correlated signals of a risky asset is *** conditional expectation theory and filtering theory,we first establish three lemmas:normal corre-lation,equivalent pricing and equivalent profit,which can guarantee to turn our model into a model with insider knowing full *** we investigate the impact of the two correlated signals on the market equilibrium consisting of optimal insider trading strategy and semi-strong pricing *** shows that in the equilibrium,(1.the market depth is constant over time;(2)if the two noisy signals are not linerly correlated,then all private information of the insider is incorporated into prices in the end while the whole information on the asset value can not incorporated into prices in the end;(3)if the two noisy signals are linear correlated such that the insider can infer the whole information of the asset value,then our model turns into a model with insider knowing full information;(4)if the two noisy signals are the same then the total ex ant profit of the insider is increasing with the noise decreasing,while down to O as the noise going up to infinity;(5)if the two noisy signals are not linear correlated then with one noisy signal fixed,the total ex ante profit of the insider is single-peaked with a unique minimum with respect to the other noisy signal value,and furthermore as the noisy value going to O it gets its maximum,the profit in the case that the real value is observed.

An approach utilizing N-heterocyclic carbene for nitrile formation and desymmetrization reaction is developed. The process involves kinetic resolution, with the axially chiral aryl monoaldehydes obtained in moderate yields with excellent optical purities. These axially chiral aryl monoaldehydes can be conveniently transformed into functionalized molecules, showing great potential as catalysts in organic chemistry.

Disruption of a microvitellogenin gene impairs eggshell formation in Mythimna separata

Microvitellogenin(mVg) belongs to the lepidopteran-specific lipoprotein＿1. super family and is thought to be involved in insect reproduction. However, the function of mVg in reproduction has not been established. In this study, we identified and characterized MsmVg in Mythimna separata, a destructive insect pest of grain crops. MsmVg is comprised of a 1.31. bp open reading frame(ORF) encoding 437 amino acids. Structural analysis showed that MsmVg contains three conserved domains in the lipoprotein＿1. super family, including the all-α-N-terminal domain(NTD), a Pseudomonas putida homologous domain(PPD), and an all-β-C-terminal domain(CTD). MsmVg was highly expressed in mature female adults and enriched in the ovaries of 3-day-old female adults. Disruption of MsmVg by RNA interference did not change the expression of MsmVg, vitellogenin(MsVg) or the vitellogenin receptor(MsVgR) in fat bodies, but it inhibited their transcription in ovaries. Phenotype analysis showed that knockdown of MsmVg did not affect yolk deposition in ovaries, but impaired eggshell formation and led to a reduction in the reproductive capacity. Furthermore, knockdown of MsmVg significantly inhibited the expression of genes associated with eggshell formation(MsChP1.3 and MsFcP3C). Taken together, these data suggest that MsmVg plays an important role in female reproduction by affecting eggshell formation in M. separata, which provides a potential target for managing this insect pest.

Correlation between TGFβ1.Gene Polymorphism and Asthma in Baise, Guangxi Children

Objective: This research was to study the correlation between the rs1.00469, rs1.00470, rs2241.1., rs2241.1.and rs4803455 of TGFβ1.gene and asthma in Baise, Guangxi children. This research also studied the relationship between serum concentration of TGFβ1.and childhood asthma. Method: From June 2022 to December 2023, 1.1.children had physical examination in affiliated Hospital of Youjiang Medical university for {1. were selected as control group and 1.8 children suffered from asthma in affiliated Hospital of Youjiang Medical university for {1. during the same period were selected as asthma group. Result: There was no correlation between rs1.00469, rs1.00470, rs2241.1., rs2241.1., rs4803455 and asthma in Baise, Guangxi children. Linkage disequilibrium analysis showed that there were strong linkage disequilibrium among rs1.00469, rs1.00470, rs2241.1., rs2241.1. and rs4803455. Their haplotypes had no significant correlation with childhood asthma. The serum concentration of TGFβ1.in asthma group was lower than that in control group (p β1.had no significant relationship with the genotypes of rs1.00469, rs1.00470, rs2241.1., rs2241.1. and rs4803455.

Long-term variation of Arctic Sudden Stratospheric Warmings(SSW) and potential causes

Utilizing the European Centre for Medium-Range Weather Forecast(ECMWF) Reanalysis v5(ERA5), for the first time, we have confirmed close links among Sudden Stratospheric Warmings(SSWs) in the Northern Hemisphere(NH), the polar vortices, and stratospheric Planetary Waves(PWs) by analyzing and comparing their trends. Interestingly, within overall increasing trends, the duration and strength of SSWs exhibit increasing and decreasing trends before and after the winter of 2002, respectively. To reveal possible physical mechanisms driving these trends, we analyzed the long-term trends of the winter(from December to February) polar vortices and of stratospheric PWs with zonal wave number 1. Notably, our results show that in all three time periods(the entire period of 41.inters, 1.80 to 2020, and the two subperiods — 1.80-2002 and 2002-2020) enhancing SSWs were always accompanied by weakening winter polar vortices and strengthening polar PWs like Stationary Planetary Waves(SPWs) and 1.-day waves, and vice versa. This is the first proof, based on ERA5 long-term trend data, that weakening polar vortices and enhancing stratospheric PWs(especially SPWs) could cause an increase in SSWs.

Sodium-based storage devices based on conversion-type metal sulfide anodes have attracted great atten-tion due to their multivalent ion redox reaction ***,they also suffer from sodium polysul-fides(NaPSs)shuttling problems during the sluggish Na^(+) redox process,leading to"voltage failure"and rapid capacity ***,a metal cobalt-doping vanadium disulfide(Co-VS_(2))is proposed to simulta-neously accelerate the electrochemical reaction of VS_(2) and enhance the bidirectional redox of soluble *** is found that the strong adsorption of NaPSs by V-Co alloy nanoparticles formed in situ during the conversion reaction of Co-VS_(2) can effectively inhibit the dissolution and shuttle of NaPSs,and ther-modynamically reduce the formation energy barrier of the reaction path to effectively drive the complete conversion reaction,while the metal transition of Co elements enhances reconversion kinetics to achieve high ***,Co-VS_(2) also produce abundant sulfur vacancies and unsaturated sulfur edge defects,significantly improve ionic/electron diffusion ***,the Co-VS_(2) anode exhibits ultrahigh rate capability(562 mA h g^(-1. at 5 A g^(-1.),high initial coulombic efficiency(~90%)and 1.,000 ultralong cycle life with capacity retention of 90%in sodium-ion batteries(SIBs),as well as impressive energy/power density(1.8 Wh kg^(-1./31.250 W kg^(-1.)and over 1..000 stable cycles in sodium-ion hybrid capacitors(SIHCs).Moreover,the pouch cell-type SIHC displays a high-energy density of 1.2 Wh kg^(-1. and exceed 600 stable *** work deepens the understanding of the electrochemical reaction mechanism of conversion-type metal sulfide anodes and provides a valuable solution to the shuttlingofNaPSs inSIBsandSIHCs.
