A blockchain and IoT-based lightweight framework for enabling information transparency in supply chain finance

supply chain finance(SCF)refers to the financial service in which banks rely on core enterprises to manage the capital flow and logistics of upstream and downstream *** adopts a self-testing and closed-loop credit model to control funds and *** key factor in a successful SCF service is the deployment of SCF businessoriented information systems that allow businesses to form partnerships efficiently and expedite cash flows throughout the supply *** Technology(BCT),featuring decentralization,tamper-proofing,traceability,which is usually paired with the Internet of Things(IoT)in real-world contexts,has been widely adopted in the field of finance and is perfectly positioned to facilitate innovative collaborations among participants in supply chain *** this paper,we propose a BCT and IoT-based information management framework(named BC4Regu),which works as the regulatory to improve the information transparency in the business process of *** BC4Regu,the operation cost of the whole supply chain can be significantly reduced through the coordination and integration of capital flow,information flow,logistics and trade flow in the supply *** contributions in this paper include:(1)proposing a novel information management framework which leverages Blockchain and IoT to solve the problem of information asymmetry in the trade of SCF;(2)proposing the technical design of BC4Regu,including the Blockchain infrastructure,distributed ledger-based integrated data flow service,and reshaped SCF process;and(3)applying BC4Regu to a group of scenarios and conducting theoretical analysis by introducing the principal-agent model to validate the BC4Regu.

Digital supply chain finance is an innovative product created through the integration of the blockchain technology and traditional supply chain *** paper constructs the theoretical framework of mortgage financing from banks by enterprises in the supply chain network,and systematically analyzes the economic rationale governing the digital supply chain finance,along with its pros and cons compared with traditional supply chain *** findings show,when there are enough enterprises on the supply chain and sufficient qualified information about these enterprises,the consensus mechanism of the supply chain can reveal closeto-truth enterprise information and prevent information manipulation,malicious fraud,and other moral hazards so that banks can provide accessible and affordable financing services for enterprises on the chain with risks effectively ***,if there are not enough enterprises on the chain and the credibility of their information cannot be guaranteed,banks will prefer traditional offline methods such as due diligence for risk *** paper theoretically reveals that,along with the broad application of the blockchain technology in the supply chain and the resulting digitalization of enterprises,digital supply chain finance based on blockchain technology will become a more efficient and inclusive means of financial support.

Price Masking Strategy of Cross-Border E-Commerce Platform Financing

E-commerce platform financing is a new service pattern of supply chain ***,this pattern may bring some new issues when considering the problem of cash flow shortage and financing difficulties of small and medium-sized *** enterprises use this service,they worry about the leakage of preferential wholesale price when applying the full loan amount and providing the true transaction *** on the model consisting of a supplier,a retailer and a cross-border e-commerce platform,the authors design a price masking strategy to prevent the retailer’s preferential wholesale price information from *** authors analyze the profit of the retailer and the platform before and after adopting the price masking *** authors find that the price masking strategy always benefits the ***,the optimal profit of the retailer and the platform are both affected by the loan interest ***,there exists a range of loan interest rates that can benefit both the retailer and the platform if the price masking strategy is *** research emphasizes that platform can expand the total business volume by allowing retailers to use price masking *** other words,there will be more and more retailers attracted by the strategy,which benefits the long-term growth of cross-border e-commerce platform financing.

在社会发展的过程中，中小企业融资困难以及成本高昂的问题日益凸显，为使得实体经济获取必要的金融支持，我国政府近些年也在着力推动供应链金融的进一步发展。供应链金融的形成在一定程度上拓宽了中小企业的融资渠道，但随着其规模的不断扩大，供应链金融本身信息不对称等问题与其造成的风险越发突出，阻碍了其进一步的发展。因此，为了更好地服务于供应链上相关企业并解决处理融资业务的相关问题，本文将通过区块链技术的应用对供应链金融所带来的法律问题作以下研究：一是分析区块链以及供应链金融的概念；二是通过对各国区块链的比较研究，探讨在规则冲突下法律监管与区块链下供应链金融中交易的适配性问题；三是研究分析区块链技术对供应链金融发展的作用；四是结合目前存在的链上应用问题以及所衍生出的各类风险，提出相应的法律路径规制与现实解决方案，以期弥补市场监管的不足，推动供应链金融不断发展与完善，帮助提高企业的效力与发展。

中小企业是国民经济和社会发展的重要基础，推动中小企业融入全球市场，不仅关系到国民经济平稳健康发展，还是中国充分利用全球要素资源，奠定新一轮全球经济分工地位的关键。本文基于异质性企业出口决策模型，利用2010-2019年A股中小板制造业上市公司数据，实证检验了供应链金融对中小企业“走出去”的影响及其作用机制。研究发现：供应链金融有助于中小企业“走出去”，这一影响对于区块链技术发展水平较高地区企业、银行业竞争程度较低地区企业以及非国有企业更为显著。在排除异质性处理效应等一系列内生性问题后，本文核心结论依然成立。机制分析结果表明，融资效应和网络关系效应是供应链金融影响中小企业“走出去”的两个重要渠道。拓展性分析表明，供应链金融有助于抑制企业“脱实向虚”，促进实体经济发展；供应链金融在促进中小企业国际化发展的同时有利于增加就业，推动“稳外贸”与“稳就业”协同发展。本研究为推动数字经济背景下供应链金融创新发展和中国高质量外循环提供了政策参考。
