The U.S. subprime crisis happened in 2007,and within the next two years,the financial crisis expanded to the global financial crisis rapidly,and also caused the rare Great Depression of the global *** was influenced by the crisis deeply,and both GDP growth rate and employment rate suffered from decline in unusual *** order to deal with the serious adverse effects caused by such subprime crisis,Chinese government introduced the rescue plan which was up to 4 trillion Yuan in the late *** contain the further spread of the economic crisis and the greater harm to the national economy,the United States and other state governments "rescue the market" in succession.

Proverbs are the reflection of people’s life and the fruit of wisdom of human beings of a special nation,so are the animal proverbs which are the most vivid collection of *** paper aims to make a comparative analysis of the animal proverbs in English and Chinese through introducing the form and foundations of animal words first,followed by the similarities and differences in the images and connotative meanings of animal proverbs in these two ***,the main factors that influenced the similarities and differences of animal proverbs are discussed.

There are different requirements and explanations on social responsibilities of the journalists in Chinese and western press *** for the responsibilities to the society,there are something in common for both of the Chinese and western *** are situated in particular social *** are differences on the view of social responsibilities between the Chinese and western journalist considering the factors such as the national political system,the economic system,the basis of the journalist industry,ideologies and the cultural tradition and so *** differences are shown as the followings:the property of the news cause that the news reports are in,the journalism system,the social characters of the journalists,the theoretical basis of the view of social responsibilities and the specific way to realize the social responsibilities,*** paper makes comparisons on the similarities and differences of the view of social responsibilities of the Chinese and western *** has further made clear the social responsibilities of the journalists.
