Communication among organizations could play an important role in increasing road *** get in-depth knowledge of its role,this study measured managers’and employees’perceptions of the communication’s role on six safety management and performance criteria for road safety practices by conducting a survey using a questionnaire among 165 employees and 135 *** analysis using AMOS-19 software shows that some of the safety management road safety practices have high correlation with the safety performance,namely,from the six antecedents,only the safety training and safety promotion,closely correlate with the safety motivation,and only safety commitment,safety communication and feedback have close relations with the safety knowledge and safety behavior compliance,and only safety feedback has effective relations with the safety *** feedback is identified as the most important safety management issue to road safety practices and it would predict the level of safety knowledge,safety motivation,safety compliance and safety *** results of this study would help the concerned agencies/orgaizations in improving their ability to assess the road safety indicators and to the future development of the safety performance management for road safety practices in these agencies.

According to the current working status of underground safety management and production scheduling, the importance and existed problem of underground mine radio communication were summarized, and the basic principle and classification of leaky feeder cable were introduced and the characteristics of cable were analyzed specifically in depth, and the application model of radio communication system for underground mine safety management was put forward. Meanwhile, the research explanation of the system component, function and evaluation was provided. The discussion result indicates that communication system of underground mine safety management which is integrated two-way relay amplifier and other equipment has many communication functions, and underground mine mobile communication can be achieved well.

Insensitivity to Unethical Behavior in Dictator Game When Indirectly Intermediated-Implications of Indirect Blindness for safety management

＜正＞Those coal waste piled up in the open-air cause various safety hidden troubles such as pollution and geology disaster. Because of the inappropriate management, accidents often happen, and cause enormous economic losses as well as staffs casualty. The safety management of coal waste pile has many problems. Based on the systemic, dynamic, precautionary and continually improved characteristic of OSHMS, it discussed the safety management in the following perspectives:establish the complete safety management framework, restrict colligation management regulation, construct safety guarantee system, strengthen safety administration and examination, increase the technology research on the comprehensive utilization of coal waste, enlarge the investment of the remedial action of the disaster caused by coal waste pile, etc.

The aim of this study was to demonstrate that indirect mediation in behaviors leads to insensitivity to unethical behavior through a dictator game and to give some implications for safety management. The indirect involvement in the unethical behavior such as the violation of regulation is believed to lessen the responsibility and the criticism from others for the unethical behavior as compared to the direct involvement in it. The instruction condition for the evaluator of behavior in a dictator game was taken up as an experimental variable. Instruction condition 1 was to pay attention to the behavior of only a dictator. In instruction condition 2, the participant (evaluator) was required to review all players’ behavior and evaluate a dictator. It has been investigated whether allowing indirect actions (mediations) leads to reduced punishment as a function of the instruction condition. While the punishment to the indirectness did not get smaller for instruction condition 2, the punishment to the indirectness tended to get smaller only for instruction condition 1.
