Study on Positioning System of the risk early warning for Enterprise Overseas Investment

From the perspective of internal and external environment analysis,we construct the risk identification index system for overseas investment *** with the theory of comprehensive evaluation and risk early warning,the risk location system of overseas investment is *** risk intelligence decision model is constructed by rough set theory,and the risk identification,risk location and risk decision of overseas investment are studied,and are empirically analyzed with cases in overseas investment.

Small and medium sized enterprises（SMEs） in emerging markets have high delisting risk due to their own characteristics,which seriously hinders the supervision and development of emerging ***,this paper aims to help regulators and investors identify risky enterprises,to promote the development of emerging *** at the imbalance,high noise,and fuzzy classification boundary of start-ups data,we construct an enterprise delisting risk early warning model combining RFE,easyensemble,and *** specifically,the RFE algorithm is used as the prescreening algorithm to reduce the impact of high *** is integrated into easyensemble framework to solve the problems of imbalance and fuzzy classification *** paper takes China’s NEEQ as an example to verify our *** experimental results show that the early warning accuracy and AUC of model RFEE-RF reach 81.50% and 88.50% respectively,and the recognition rate of delisted enterprises reaches 99.60%.The algorithm performs well and is of great significance for the sustainable development of emerging markets.

Against the background of national policies supporting Internet innovation, the rapid development of Internet finance requires the establishment of an Internet financial risk warning system for risk prevention. This article starts from big data, according to the characteristics of Internet financial data, follows the data-centric system design principle, divides the system level according to the data processing method, and builds an Internet financial risk early warning system based on big data analysis. By using big data management tools and analysis methods, potential financial risks in Internet finance can be discovered in advance, thereby providing risk management basis for Internet companies, which is conducive to ensuring the healthy and sustainable development of Internet finance companies.
