摘      要：From the perspective of internal and external environment analysis,we construct the risk identification index system for overseas investment *** with the theory of comprehensive evaluation and risk early warning,the risk location system of overseas investment is *** risk intelligence decision model is constructed by rough set theory,and the risk identification,risk location and risk decision of overseas investment are studied,and are empirically analyzed with cases in overseas investment.
