BACKGROUND： Drug-associated conditioned stimuli are a key factor to induce morphine relapse. To date, limited evidence is available regarding the impact of drug history on propensity or vulnerability to relapse after long-term abstinence. OBJECTIVE： To determine the effect of morphine pre-exposure on acquisition, maintenance and reinstatement of morphine-induced conditioned place preference （CPP） in rats. DESIGN, TIME AND SETTING： A randomized, controlled, animal experiment was performed at the Laboratory of Behavior Pharmacology, Institute of Psychology, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, from March to September, 2006. MATERIALS： Morphine hydrochloride was purchased from Qinghai Pharmaceutical, China; CPP software was designed and developed by Taiji Software Company, Beijing, China. METHODS： A total of 64 Sprague Dawley rats were randomly assigned to eight groups （n = 8）. Four morphine pretreatment regimens were used （subcutaneous injections, twice daily for 5 consecutive days and a total of 10 times）：（1）＂intensive＂（morphine injections with doses escalating from 10 to 60 mg/kg; （2）＂moderate＂（one morphine injection at 5 mg/kg dose and one saline injection at 1 mL/kg daily for 5 days）; and （3）＂single＂（nine saline injections at 1 mL/kg followed by one morphine injection at 5 mg/kg; （4） control （ten saline injections at 1 mL/kg）. At 5 days after morphine pretreatment, animals were divided into two subgroups that underwent morphine conditioned or saline conditioned training. The test for acquisition of CPP was performed 24 hours after CPP training. The retention of morphine CPP was measured by repeated tests performed weekly for 1 month after the initial test of place preference. After extinction by pairing each chamber with saline, the reinstatement of place preference by low doses of morphine （0.05, 0.15, 0.45 mg/kg） was tested. Objective We recently reported that the entorhinal cortex（EC）-dorsal dentate gyrus（d DG） pathway mediated context-induced reinstatement of heroin seeking in rats. Besides the EC-d DG pathway, the ventral CA1（v CA1） and medial prefrontal cortex（m PFC）（prelimbic cortex（PL） and infralimbic cortex（IL） regions） were activated after the reinstatement. Considering that the v CA1 is critical for encoding environment-and emotion-associated information, the PL and IL receiving glutamatergic projections from the v CA1 are involved in drug seeking behavior. The present study was aimed to examine whether the v CA1-IL or v CA1-PL pathway was functionally participated in context-induced reinstatement of heroin seeking. Methods We used rat heroin selfadministration（SA） reinstatement model to simulate human relapse induced by drugpaired context, combined with the electrophysiological, neuropharmacological, chemogenetic and molecular biological methods to elucidate the roles and mechanisms of the vCA1-PL/IL projection and GluA2-AMPARs trafficking in the context-induced reinstatement of heroin seeking. Results Re-exposure to heroin-paired context selectively activated the v CA1-IL glutamatergic projections and facilitated the induction of long-term depression（LTD） in the pathway. Simultaneously, this process was associated with a decrease of synaptosomal GluA2 and an increase of phosphorylation of GluA2 at tyrosine 876（Y876 GluA2） in the IL. Further, inactivation of the vCA1-IL pathway could block the LTD induction, reversed the changes of synaptosomal GluA2 and Y876 GluA2 in the IL, and that suppressed heroin seeking behavior without affecting the natural reward learning or locomotor activity in rats. Conclusion These findings provide new evidence for understanding the neural mechanisms of context-induced reinstatement of heroin seeking, and imply that multiple neural pathways contribute to heroin relapse.

＜正＞The development of cocaine addiction involves long-lasting changes in neural plasticity and histone modification has been implicated as a potential mechanism for cocaine-induced alterations of neural *** this study,we used sodium butyrate（NaBu）,a potent histone deacetylase inhibitor,able to cause hyperacetylation of core histones,to explore whether the changes in histone acetylation are relevant to cocaine-induced behavioral *** self-administration paradigm was used to test the effects of NaBu on cocaine taking and seeking *** results showed that NaBu had no significant effects on sucrose-induced lever presses,but it increased cocaine-induced lever presses during cocaine self-administration and the reinstatement of drug seeking behavior induced by cocaine priming or conditioned cues（light and tone） contingent after extinction of cocaine self-administration or cocaine ***,our study shows that NaBu could alter cocaine-induced behavioral plasticity and suggests that histone acetylation may play an important role in cocaine-induced behavioral plasticity.

尽管意大利民法仍然坚持物权变动的意思主义原则，理论与司法实务在解释和适用《民法典》第2644条确立的“登记优先”规则时，却间接地承认至少在不动产一物二卖的情形下，不动产物权的变动适用登记生效规则，这也为后续一系列违约责任、损害赔偿等问题的展开确立了逻辑起点。而在对第一受让人的救济方面，意大利民法则走得更远：通过出让人的合同责任、第二受让人的侵权责任、损害赔偿的“原物返还”方式以及第一受让人的撤销之诉一环扣一环地展示出让人与第二受让人的主观状态与损害赔偿责任之间的关系。此外，意大利民法灵活务实的规则、完善的救济手段都具有启示性且引人深思。
