A new crystal of O,Oˊ-dipropyl-α-（2,4-dichlorolphenoxyacylamido）-α-（4-methoxyphenyl） methylphosphonates has been prepared at room temperature and characterized by elemental analysis and IR,MS,1H NMR spectra,13C NMR spectra and X-ray single-crystal *** complex crystallizes in triclinic,space group P1 with a = 7.858（2）,b = 12.621（4）,c = 12.621（4）,α = 96.17（3）,β = 90.960（3）,γ = 90.960（3）°,V = 1243.9（7）3,Dc = 1.346 Mg/m3,Z = 2,μ = 0.362 mm-1and F（000） = 528.

A series of novel bis（trifluoroethyl）phosphonomethyl ether derivatives of acyclovir was synthesized and their in vitro anti-HBV activity was evaluated in HepG2 2.2.15 cells. In contrast to acyclovir, most of the described phosphonates emerged as potent inhibitors of HBV replication. Especially, the most active compound 11 with IC50 value of 2.92 μmol/L was 33 times more potent than acyclovir with ICso value of 100 μmol/L.

Poly(ethylene phosphonate)was synthesized via the living ring-opening polymerization of cyclic phos-phonate monomer catalyzed by *** pendant vinyl ftmctionalities were employed to perform the pho-tochemical click reactions wi&*** demonstrated that both small thiol molecules and macromolecular thiols could be efficiently coupled into the PPE side chains,enabling the rapid and efficient functionalization of polyphos-phoesters(PPE).

（＋）-cis-（1S, 2R）-Epoxypropylphosphonic acid, the enantiomer of fosfomycin, which is the industrial side-product in the preparation of the antibiotic fosfomycin, was converted into （-）fosfomycin by a seven-step procedure. The esterification of the dihydroxyphosphonic intermediate was the key step. The title compound was obtained in good yield and its optical purity was up to the medicine quality standard of Chinese Pharmacopoeia.

A series of novel N-[（p-substituted phenyl）dialkoxyphosphoryl]methyl-2-amino-2-deoxy-1,3,4,6-tetra-O-acetyl-β-D-glucopyranose 4 were synthesized by the addition reaction of the imines 3 with the *** through subsequent alcoholysis of compounds 4,new 2-aminoglucopyranose derivatives 5 were obtained.1HNMR and31P NMR spectra indicated that compounds 4 wre mixtures of ***’isomers,4 d’and 4i’,were isolated and purified by recrystalization,*** molecular structure of the isomer 4i’wasdetermined by X-ray *** biological tests showed that some of these compounds possess inhib-iting activities agaimt L1 210and HL-60 cells in vitro and S-180 cancer in vivo.
