The past 50 years have witnessed a massive expansion in the demand and application of ***,pesticides are difficult to be completely degraded without intervention hence the pesticide residue could pose a persistent threat to non-target organisms in many *** aim at the problem of the abuse of pesticide products and excessive pesticide residues in the environment,chemical and biological degradation methods are widely developed but are scaled and insufficient to solve such a *** recent years,bio-degradative tools instructed by synthetic biological principles have been further studied and have paved a way for pesticide *** the customized design strategy and standardized assembly mode,the engineering bacteria for multi-dimensional degradation has become an effective tool for pesticide residue *** review introduces the mechanisms and hazards of different pesticides,summarizes the methods applied in the degradation of pesticide residues,and discusses the advantages,applications,and prospects of synthetic biology in degrading pesticide residues.

The potential of Confocal micro Raman spectroscopy in the quantitative analysis of pesticide(Chlorpyrifos,Omethoate)residues on orange surface is investigated in this *** analysis models were established by partial least squares(PLS)using different preprocessing methods(Smoothing,First derivative,MSC,Baseline)for pesticide *** pesticide resi-dues,the higher correlation coefficients(r)is 0.972 and 0.943,the root mean square error of prediction(RMSEP)is 2.05%and 2.36%,*** is therefore clear that Confocal micro-Raman spectroscopy techniques enable rapid,nondestructive and reliable measurements,so Raman spectrometry appears to be a prormising tool for pesticide residues.

Rapid detection of organophosphorus pesticide residue on Prussian blue modified dual-channel screen-printed electrodes combing with portable potentiostat

A novel electrochemical method for the rapid detection of organophosphorus pesticide residues was realized on a dual-channel screen-printed electrode （DSPE） that was integrated with a portable smartphone-controlled potentiostat. The two carbon working channels of DSPE were first modified by electrodepositing of Prussian blue. The channels were then modified with acetylcholinesterase （ACHE） via Nation. The inhibition ratio of AChE was detected by comparing the electrical current of acetylthiocholine （ATCh） that was catalyzed by the enzyme electrodes with （channel 1） and without （channel 2） organophosphorus pesticide. Inhibition ratios were related with the negative logarithm of the organophosphorus pesticide （trichlorfon, oxamyl, and isocarbophos） concentrations at optimum experimental conditions （pH 6.9 of electrolyte, 0.2V working potential, 2.5μL AChE modification amount, and 15 min inhibition time）. The linear equations were 1%=32.301gC＋ 253.3 （R=0.9750） for isocarbophos, I% = 35.991gC＋ 270.1 （R = 0.9668） for chlorpyrifos, and 1% = 33.701gC＋ 250.5 （R = 0.9606） for trichlorfon. The detection limits were calculated as 10-7 g/mL. Given that the inhibition ratios were only related with pesticide concentration and not with pesticide species, the proposed electrodes and electrometer can rapidly detect universal organophosphorus pesticides and assess pesticide pollution.

Identification of pesticide residue level in lettuce based on hyperspectra and chlorophyll fluorescence spectra

[Objectives]To understand the quality safety of vegetables produced in vegetable planting bases around Lhasa City.[Methods]Four vegetable planting bases in the east,west,south,and north of Lhasa City were randomly selected for testing using rapid measuring instrument for agricultural residues and solid-phase microextraction-gas chromatography-mass spectrometer,with 120 vegetable samples *** testing samples included seven categories:green leafy vegetables,eggplants,melons,onions and garlic,root vegetables,beans,and fungi,totaling 29 types of *** samples were tested for 8 common prohibited and restricted pesticides in organic phosphorus and carbamate esters,including methamidophos,parathion,methyl parathion,monocrotophos,isocarbophos,methamidophos,aldicarb,and carbofuran.[Results]The pesticide inhibition rate of 6 kinds of vegetables detected by the rapid measuring instrument for agricultural residues was relatively high,with green leafy vegetables being the majority,reaching over 25%.By further establishing a solid-phase microextraction-gas chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method,the accuracy of the data was verified *** experimental results indicated that the inhibition rate of vegetable samples in this experiment did not exceed 15%,and it was determined as a pollution-free vegetable.[Conclusions]According to the restriction standard of national pesticide use,the inhibition rate of vegetable samples was less than or equal to 40%,indicating that the quality of vegetables was qualified.

Based on the investigation of organ-pesticides residue in bamboo shoot samples from Zhang jiang province,the result were as follows:3 types of organochlorine pesticides including BCH,DDT, pentachlornitrobenzene were determined,and the detection rate of both BCH and DDT is up to 100%.None of pyrethroid and Organophosphorus pesticides were *** average of all organ-pesticide residue is lower than 50μ***,and excess standard rate of all organ-pesticide is lower than 18%.The Nemerow index and cluster showed that tested shoot samples can be divided into two types:unpolluted and safety shoot(P<1),accounting for 82.14%;and slightly polluted shoot,accounting for 17.86%.All indicated that organochlorine pollution of bamboo shoot from zhejiang province was universal,but not *** addition,management level,management types and topographty influenced organochlorine pollution in some extent,especially organ material of land covering.

Determination of 14 Organophosphorus pesticide residues in Mutton by Gel Permeation Chromatography-Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry(GPC-GC-MS)

[Objectives]This study was conducted to purify mutton samples by gel permeation chromatography(GPC).[Methods]Fourteen organophosphorus pesticide residues in samples were qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)in selective ion scanning mode(SIM).[Results]The organophosphorus pesticide standard solutions showed good linearity in the mass concentration range of 0.1-10.0μg/ml with correlation coefficients(r)not lower than 0.999,and the detection limits(S=3 N)ranged from 0.01 to 0.05 mg/*** average recovery values were in the range of 80.2%-99.7%,with relative standard deviations(RSDs,n=3)in the range of 1.8%-6.3%,at the addition levels of 0.5,1.0 and 2.0 mg/kg.[Conclusions]The method is simple,sensitive and accurate,and can be used for the determination of organophosphorus pesticide residues in mutton.

Remediation of amide pesticide-polluted soils by combined solarization and ozonation treatment

Agriculture has a close relationship with nature,but it can also be the source of negative and permanent environmental *** use of pesticides in modern agriculture is a common practice,but their side effects on the environment cannot be *** this study,we evaluated a combination of solarization and ozonation techniques for the elimination of six amide pesticides(boscalid,chlorantraniliprole,cyflufenamid,fluopyram,napropamide,and propyzamide)in *** experiments were performed with four different soils to assess the efficiency of this methodology at different soil temperatures and ozone dosages under laboratory conditions,and then a greenhouse pot experiment was conducted under controlled conditions during *** days after the onset of the experiments,higher degradation percentages of amide pesticides were observed in ozonized soils than in other treated soils,particularly when ozone was applied at 10 cm soil *** results show that the utilization of ozonation,along with solarization,represents a valid method for degrading residues of the studied pesticides and suggest that this combined technology may be a promising tool for remediating pesticide-polluted soils.

In this study,for the first time a suitable pesticide residue detection system for dandelion(Taraxacum officinale L.)was established based on electronic nose to determine and study the concentration of pesticide residue in *** were sprayed with different concentrations of pesticides(avermectin,trichlorfon,deltamethrin,and acetamiprid),*** collection was performed by application of an electronic nose equipped with 12 metal oxide semiconductor(MOS)*** analysis was conducted using different methods including BP neural network and random forest(RF)as well as the support vector machine(SVM).The results showed the superior effectiveness of SVM in discrimination and classification of non-exceeding maximum residue limits(MRLs)and exceeding MRLs ***,the model trained by SVM has the best performance for the classification of pesticide categories in dandelion,and the classification accuracy was 91.7%.The results of this study can provide reference for further development and construction of efficient detection technology of pesticide residues based on electronic nose for agricultural products.

Photocatalytic degradation of pesticide residues with RE^(3+)-doped nano-TiO_2

The photocatalytic degradation effects of carbofuran solution under concentration of 0.2,0.4,0.8 g/L Re3+-doped nano-TiO2 were *** highest degradation rate of 54.89% was obtained after 4 h degradation when the concentration of nano-TiO2 was 0.4 g/*** field trials of photocatalytic degradation with suspension nano-TiO2 were *** photocatalytic degradation effect of organic phosphorus and carbamate pesticides in tomato leaves and soil with different concentratio catalyst(0,0.2,0.4,0.6,0.8 g/L) were *** results showed that nano-TiO2 could significantly increase photocatalytic degradation rate of pesticide residues in tomato leaves and *** residues degradation rate could be increased by 20%-30% on the tomato leaves and 15%-20% in soil,and the best concentration of photocatalytic degradation was 0.2-0.4 g/L.
