摘      要:Based on the investigation of organ-pesticides residue in bamboo shoot samples from Zhang jiang province,the result were as follows:3 types of organochlorine pesticides including BCH,DDT, pentachlornitrobenzene were determined,and the detection rate of both BCH and DDT is up to 100%.None of pyrethroid and Organophosphorus pesticides were *** average of all organ-pesticide residue is lower than 50μ***,and excess standard rate of all organ-pesticide is lower than 18%.The Nemerow index and cluster showed that tested shoot samples can be divided into two types:unpolluted and safety shoot(P1),accounting for 82.14%;and slightly polluted shoot,accounting for 17.86%.All indicated that organochlorine pollution of bamboo shoot from zhejiang province was universal,but not *** addition,management level,management types and topographty influenced organochlorine pollution in some extent,especially organ material of land covering.
