As working for the nurse is believed to be one of the most stressful professions,nurses are particularly at risk of experiencing *** during the COVID-19 pandemic,fatigue among nurses may affect physical and mental health seriously,which is attracting increasing attention of researchers and clinical practitioners tofind effective prevention measures to alleviate nurses’*** study aims to investigate the mediational effect of resilience on the relationship between nurses’perceived organizational support and fatigue.A total of 476 nurses from secondary and above hospitals in Hebei province,China during March and April in 2020,were investigated with perceived organizational support Scale,Resilience Scale and Work Fatigue *** equation modeling was conducted to explore the mechanisms of nurses’perceived organizational support on *** revealed that perceived organizational support can decrease the nurses’mental/physical/emotional fatigue through the mediating role of *** guide for hospital managers to identify effective prevention strategies to alleviate the fatigue of clinical nurses.

Mediating Effect of perceived organizational support on the Resilience and Mental Health of ICU Nurses

Objectives The aim of this study is to explore the relationship between workers’ professional identity,organizational support and work engagement,and the mediating role of perceived organizational support in the relationship between professional identity and work engagement,for providing intervention strategies to improve the work engagement of petrochemical enterprise *** In 2017,the cluster sampling method was used to recruit 1888 enterprise workers to complete questionnaires in Shenyang,a complete response from 1737 participants was obtained(effective response rate:92.0%).General situation,perceived organizational support,professional identity and work engagement of enterprise workers were *** hierarchical regression and asymptotic and resampling strategies were used to explore the contributing and mediating factors related to work *** The results of the study show that professional identity and perceived organizational support and work engagement are positively *** perceived organizational support of workers played an intermediary role in the relationship between professional identity and work *** explained 10.0%of variance in work *** The professional identity has a positive impact on work engagement,and workers’ perceived organizational support plays an intermediary role in the relationship between professional identity and work *** is suggested that enterprise managers should enhance individual organizational support and professional *** the promotion of workers’ work engagement level.

Objective:To investigate the mediating effect of organizational support on the relationship between resilience and anxiety-depression-stress by researching ICU ***:A total of 675 ICU nurses in Shaanxi Province were surveyed using the organizational support scale,the resilience evaluation scale for medical staff,and the Depression-Anxiety-Stress Scale(DASS-21).Results:The resilience of ICU nurses had significant correlation with the level of organizational support(r=0.448,Porganizational support of ICU nurses was also negatively correlated with depression(r=-0.452,Porganizational support played a mediating role between the resilience of ICU nurses and their depression-anxiety-stress,the mediating effect accounted for 78%of the total ***:The perceived organizational support and resilience is an important external protective factor for the mental health and ability of ICU *** management departments should continue to pay attention to the mental health of ICU nurses,take effective measures to improve the sense of organizational support and resilience of nurses,and ensure the good mental health of ICU nurses.

Burnout is an important issue which has attracted the attention of physicians and health practitioners. Several studies have reported the negative effect of physician burnout and the adverse effect it has on the individual and health institutions. This study therefore examined the moderating effect of perceived organizational support on the relationship between teamwork and physician burnout in the Chinese context. Using a survey data consisting of a sample of physicians from hospitals within the Jiangsu Province of China, we estimated three models in a hierarchical framework and identified that in the presence of respondent’s demographic characteristics as control variables, perceived organizational support, play a very vital role in improving teamwork while reducing burnout among physicians.

To improve the management of the new generation of employees, the authors have discussed the relationship between the personal-organizational values fit and job involvement of the new generation of employees,and made perceived organizational support as a mediating variable. The empirical results found that the personalorganizational values fit had a significant positive effect on job involvement of the new generation of employees and the perceived organizational support became as the mediating variable.

Background and objective The spread of major emerging infectious diseases（MEIDs）, including SARS,H7N9 avian influenza, and Coronavirus disease 2019（COVID-19）, had put prisons across the globe into an emergency state where extraordinary measures have been taken. Chinese prison system contained the spread of MEIDs inside its walls by demanding officers work on lockdown shifts inside for an extended and indefinite period of time. This strategy had proved effective markedly in terminating the prevention and control of COVID-19 epidemic recently, but placed a heavy burden on the personal physical and mental health of the *** further explore the physical and psychological impact of a MEIDs outbreak, this study compared the mental health status and psychological distress between frontline and non-frontline prison officers in China. Methods This case-control study recruited 818 frontline and 818 non-frontline prison officers during the prevention and control of COVID-19 epidemic（November 22 to 30, 2022）. A set of online questionnaires were used to measure physical health（i.e., self-assessment of physical fitness, loss of appetite, stomach pain, hemorrhoids, insomnia, oral ulcers and other physiological diseases）, and psychological distress including perceived pressure, perceived organizational support, and emotional exhaustion for prison officers. Results Frontline prison officers had higher rates of any physical problem, that was self-assessment of poor health（28.95% vs. 16.63%, χ = 40.53, P perceived pressures of frontline prison officers were work and family life can't be balanced（94.73%）, overloaded work（77.24%）, and being inspected and held

With the globalization, market-oriented and information era's coming, the scope and depth of social competition is becoming more and more outspread. Many enterprises continue to work on staff's efficiency and higher quality requirements in order to compete in an increasingly competitive environment to seek survival and development. But it also brought more and more job stress for the employees. As one of the nation's important economic department, the bank have some characteristics, like strong integration, high requirements, heavy duty, and so on. So bankers often work under high stress. It not only brought a series of physiological problems to the staff, but also had a negative impact on the job satisfaction of employee.Based on these situations, the thesis chose the Dalian Commercial Bank employees as the investigated object, and do a questionnaire survey to collect information on Job Stress, perceived organizational support and Job Satisfaction. With the help of SPSS 16.0, the author analyzed the relationship of variables with factor analysis (FA), correlation analysis, and regression analysis, and reached the corresponding conclusions in the end. The main conclusions include following aspects:(1)At present time, the overall level of the banker's job stress in Dalian area is in the medium slant next level, and the level of job satisfaction is at the medium.(2)We can obtain that the job stress has a distinction between positive and negative, in which positive stress has a significantly positive correlation with Job Satisfaction, while negative stress and Job Satisfaction are significantly positive correlation. As the relationship between perceived organizational support and Job Satisfaction, the three dimensions of organizational support and Job Satisfaction are significantly positive correlation.
