The purpose was to clarify the relationship between the main process parameters of micro-plasma cladding and the comprehensive quality(geometry,microstructure and wear rate of cladding track).Self-fluxing ferrous alloy powders were fabricated on Q235 *** on the uniform design,the distribution of the experimental samples was designed reasonably in the sample space,which greatly improved efficiency and reduced *** a series of microstructural characterization,there was no difference in the phase composition of all samples,but the average grain size had a significant difference,which resulted in the change of wear *** the relationship among micro-hardness,average grain size and wear rate of the track had also been ***,an optimization model was established and the optimal process parameters were obtained with excellent wear rate under the geometric *** correctness of optimization model was verified by experiments.

A strategy for the integration of production planning and scheduling in refineries is proposed. This strategy relies on rolling horizon strategy and a two-level decomposition strategy. This strategy involves an upper level multiperiod mixed integer linear programming （MILP） model and a lower level simulation system, which is extended from our previous framework for short-term scheduling problems [Luo, C.E, Rong, G, ＂Hierarchical apthis extended framework is to reduce the number of variables and the size of the optimization model and, to quickly find the optimal solution for the integrated planning/scheduling problem in refineries. Uncertainties are also considered in this article. An integrated robust optimization approach is introduced to cope with uncertain parameters with both continuous and discrete probability distribution.

The insulation thickness(IT)of double pipes buried in the soil(DPBIS)for district heating(DH)systems was optimized to minimize the annual total cost of DPBIS for DH *** optimization model to obtain the optimum insulation thickness(OIT)and minimum annual total cost(MATC)of DPBIS for DH systems was *** zero point theorem and fsolve function were used to solve the optimization *** types of heat sources,four operating strategies,three kinds of insulation materials,seven nominal pipe size(NPS)values,and three buried depth(BD)values were considered in the calculation of the OIT and MATC of DPBIS for DH systems,*** optimization results for the above factors were *** results show that the OIT and MATC of DPBIS for DH systems can be obtained by using the optimization *** analysis was conducted to investigate the impact of some economic parameters,i.e.,unit heating cost,insulation material price,interest rate,and insulation material lifetime,on optimization *** is found out that the impact of sensitivity factors on the OIT and MATC of DPBIS for DH systems is different.

To achieve carbon neutrality by 2060,decarbonization in the energy sector is *** is expected to be vital for achieving the aim of carbon neutrality for two reasons:use of power-to-hydrogen(P2H)can avoid carbon emissions from hydrogen production,which is traditionally performed using fossil fuels;Hydrogen from P2H can be stored for long durations in large scales and then delivered as industrial raw material or fed back to the power system depending on the *** this study,we focus on the analysis and evaluation of hydrogen value in terms of improvement in the flexibility of the energy system,particularly that derived from hydrogen *** electricity-hydrogen coupled energy model is proposed to realize the hourly-level operation simulation and capacity planning optimization aiming at the lowest cost of *** on this model and considering Northwest China as the region of study,the potential of improvement in the flexibility of hydrogen storage is determined through optimization calculations in a series of study cases with various hydrogen demand *** results of the quantitative calculations prove that effective hydrogen storage can improve the system flexibility by promoting the energy demand balance over a long term,contributing toward reducing the investment cost of both generators and battery storage and thus the total energy *** advantage can be further improved when the hydrogen demand ***,a cost reduction by 20%is required for hydrogen-related technologies to initiate hydrogen storage as long-term energy storage for power *** study provides a suggestion and reference for the advancement and planning of hydrogen storage development in regions with rich sources of renewable energy.

According to the principle of minimizing total cost, the three-echelon optimized medical inventory model with stochastic lead-time and two-echelon optimized medicine inventory model with fixed lead-time are established. The relationship between lead-time and inventory cost is studied by Matlab software. It shows that the variety of lead-time has an important effect on medicine inventory systems. Numerical simulation and sensitivity analysis of two models are presented by Lingo software. Based on analysis, it is concluded that the two-echelon model with lead-time results in inventory cost savings, and keeps the quality of care as reflected in service levels when compared with the three-echelon network structure.

The transportation sector is the most significant contributor to anthropogenic greenhouse gas(GHG)***,maritime transportation,which is predominantly powered by fossil-fuel engines,accounts for more than 90%of world freight movement and emits 3%of global carbon dioxide(CO_(2))*** is the world’s largest emitter of CO_(2 )and plays a key role in mitigating global climate *** order to tackle this pressing concern,this study analyses the port’s throughput,the current number of trucks and their emissions during the container truck purchasing *** studies about container truck purchasing plans mostly focused on the trucks’price and port *** objective of this study is to minimize the total cost of a port’s inland transportation using optimization technique such as the interval uncertainty planning model to convert container truck emissions into social *** study considers the port of Yangtze as a case *** study has designed two scenarios.(i)The base scenario(business-asusual,BAU)is used to quantify the relationship between pollutant emissions and system *** the base scenario,no environmental control facilities are used during the planning period,and there is no need to purchase new energy container trucks.(ii)The expected scenario(Scenario A)is for three planning *** Scenario A,the emissions levels are required to remain at the same level as the first planning period during the whole planning *** solving the above model,the number of all truck types,system cost,container throughput and truck emissions in the port area were *** results showed that if no emission reduction control measures are implemented in the next 9 years,the growth rate of pollutants in the port area could reach 20%.In addition,the findings showed clearly that truck emissions are reduced by purchasing new energy trucks and restricting the number of fossil-fuel(diesel)*** study could also help to minimize sy

＜正＞Supply chain management has been given much attention, and more and more technologies and concepts have been applied for improving and optimizing supply chain performance. In today industry, however, failure in designing supply chain is not uncommon. One reason for the failure is that there was not an integrated and effective analysis for all parts of supply chain before setting up a new supply chain. There are three main goals for an effective supply chain planning: low cost, high quality and short lead time. Based on the 3 aims, a 2-phase and multiple objectives model for optimizing supply chain performance is presented in this paper. Two new concepts in analysis of supply chain performance are identified and defined: （1） Internal process and External process, which are differentiated by the relation of sets. （2） Each set is separated into 3 flows: Product-Service value flow, control flow and time consume flow, which overcoming Talluri’s model shortcomings: （1） Difficulty in defining model Variables and （2） Complicated computation for Variables. Using this model, the supportive decision can be made to establish the framework of supply chain. This model can also be applied to both the design of value-added activities and the development of partnership with customers/suppliers. A simple illustrative study is conducted to demonstrate how to optimize the performance of supply chain utilizing the methodology proposed in this research.
