From the crystal chemistry and icosahedral phase, two kinds of coordinational polyhedron with 8-fold rotational symmetry——hexakaicahedra and bicapped antiprism were possibly suggested and their one- and two-dimensional quasilattices were deducted. According to the principle of Bravais in conventional crystallography, four kinds of two-dimensional unit cell have been defined in 5, 8, 10, 12-fold rotational symmetry quasicrystal. The authors considered that quasicrystal is a kind of crystal which possesses an incommensurable translational period. This kind of translation is carried out by inflation or deflation symmetry operation.

32 cases of double primary cancer had been treated in our hospital from January, 1984 to March, 1994. Among them, 21 cases in male and 11 cases in female, the ratio of male and female is 1.9:1, the age ranged from 37 to 84 years old, the median age was 60 years old. 8 of them were synchronous carcinoma and 23 were metachronous carcinoma, the period from first to second cancer ranged 8 months to 8 years and 3 months. 26 of the 32 patients were performed radical resection and radiotherapy and/or chemotherapy treatment. The postoperative survival rate of 1, 3 and 5 year's were 100.0%, 65.3% and 42.3% respectively. 2 patients survived over 10 years with no tumor. The other 6 patients were later stage when fund the second primary cancer, palliative operation. were only performed for them and they survived ranging from 5 to 15 months.

In this paper, operation.characteristic of condensate polishing system is studied during startup, based on generator blowdown limit, given limit ion concentration in condensate during condenser leakage. Further give conclusion about condensate polishing system configuration and operation.requirement： full flow condensate polishing system （CPS） is necessary to the units cooled by sea water, and it is better that one or two series put in service during normal operation.other than all of them in hot standby. While continuous condensate tube leakage is 256 L/h, the units cooled by fresh water will be shutdown immediately, for this level leakage, whichever condensate polishing system capacity is 50% （30%） or 100%, action level 2 will be preformed, so 50% （30%） is enough for fresh water cooled units.
