Introduction Sensitive linear sweep voltammetry to have been applied to the catalytic kinetic analysis may be helpful for the application of some organic reagents to the analysis of inorganic ones by voltammetry, The catalytic reaction-linear sweep voltammetric method for the determination of noble metals, such as Ag, Os, Ru and Ir has been developed, but no report about the method for the determination of rhodium has been published so far.

Cyclic six membered a-aminonitrile have proved to be very versatile synthetic intermediates and have been widely used in the construction of a large number of indole alkaloids. In order to obtain some information about the mechanisn of electrochemical synthesis of aaminonitrile. Electrochemistry behaviors that include cyclic voltammetry and linear sweep voltammetry of cyclic tertiary amines which including N-benzylpiperidine (NBP), 1-(l-Methoxycarbonyl ethyl) piperidine (MCEP), N-methylcarbonylppiperidine (NMCP), Nethylpiperidine(NEP) was studied.

The use of electrochemical sensors for sensitive disease diagnosis and detecting various species with pharmacological,therapeutic,industrial,food-related,and environmental origins is now widely accepted.A catalytic or binding event resulting from the sensor’s electroactive component recognizing its analyte creates an electrical signal proportionate to the analyte concentration,which is then monitored by a *** development of morphologically distinct metal and metal oxide nanoparticles formed from first-row transition elements(Mn,Cr,Fe,Co,Ti,Ni,Cu,Zn)and noble metals(Pt,Au,Ag,Pd)is described in this *** effect of these metal nanoparticles has been studied using Tetracyanoquinodimethane(TCNQ),Ferrocene,and other organic compounds as electroactive species using carbon paste-modified *** sensors,mostly based on ferrocene,are exceedingly sensitive,selective,affordable,and for detecting numerous biomolecules like glucose,dopamine,NADH,ascorbic acid,and a few dyes and are simple to *** recent decades,charge transfer organic species-based chemosensors have become a prominent study *** paper outlines current developments in electrochemical biosensors based on transition metal nanoparticles,covering glucose,ascorbic acid,uric acid,and other inorganic and organic *** importance of transition metal and transition metal oxide nanoparticles as potential electrode modifiers for developing sensors is highlighted.A discussion of the present problem and possible solutions,and plausible future directions marks the review’s conclusion.

In a 0. 10 mol/L HAc-NaAc buffer solution (pH = 4. 59), a sensitive reduction peak of bleomycin was observed by linear sweep voltammetry at a Co/GC ion implantation modified electrode. The peak potential was-0. 73 V(iw. SCE). The peak current was proportional to the concentration of bleomycin over the range of 5.0 × 10-8-1.0× 10-6 and 1.0× 10-6-1. 0 × 10-5 mol/L with a detection limit of 2.0 × 10-8 mol/L. The electrochemical behavior of the reduction peak of bleomycin at the Co/GC modified electrode was studied by linear sweep and cyclic voltammetry and applied to the determination of bleomycin in urine. This method is simple, rapid and reliable. The reduction process is quasi-reversible. The experiments of AES and XPS showed that Co was surely implanted into the surface of GCE and the depth distribution of Co was in good agreement with Gooses normal distribution; the implanted Co at GCE improved the electrocatalytic activity.

A simple and sensitive electroanalytical method was presented for the determination of 4-n-octylphenol （OP） based on multi-walled carbon nanotubes （MWCNTs） modified glassy carbon electrode （GCE）. OP was directly oxidized on the MWCNTs/GCE, and the electrochemical oxidation mechanism was demonstrated by a one-electron and one-proton process in the reaction. The oxidation peak current of OP was significantly enhanced by the use of MWCNTs/GCE compared with those of bare glassy carbon electrode, suggesting that the modified electrode can remarkably improve the performance for OP determination. Factors influencing the detection processes were optimized. Under these optimal conditions, a linear relationship between concentration of OP and current response was obtained in the range of 5 × 10-8 to 1× 10-5 mol/L with a detection limit of 1.5 × 10-8 mol/L and correlation coefficient 0.9986. The modified electrode showed good selectivity, sensitivity, reproducibility and high stability.

A novel electrochemical immunosensor with amplification effect based on the enzyme inhibition of silver deposition was proposed. In this method, the capture antibody was first immobilized onto a gold electrode via a self-assembled layer. After a sandwich immunoreaction, HRP labeled antibody was bound to the gold electrode. The HRP on the electrode inhibited silver deposition when the electrode was incubated in hydroquinone-H2O2 solution and silver ion solution. The linear sweep voltammetry was chosen to detect the deposited silver and the result showed that the peak current was linearly proportional to the content of IgG in the range of 50 to 2500 ng/mL with a detection limit of 35 ng/mL.

Two new 1,3-dithiole derivatives, 4,4＇-{9-[4,5-bis（methylthio）-1,3-dithiol-2-ylidene]-9H-fluorene-2,7- diyl} dipyridine（2a） and 3,3＇-{9-[4,5-bis（methylthio）-1,3-dithiol-2-ylidene]-9H-fluorene-2,7-diyl} dipyridine（2b） were synthesized and characterized by Fourier transform infrared（FTIR）, 1H NMR, 13C NMR and mass spectroscopies. The crystal structure of compound 2b was also studied. The optimized conformations and molecular orbital diagrams of compounds 2a and 2b were illustrated via density functional theory（DFT）. By the time-dependent DFT（TD-DFT） method, electronic absorption spectra of compounds 2a and 2b were predicted and the results achieved were in good agreement with the experimental data. The formation of the cationic radical during the electrochemical oxidation process was also proposed.

Electrochemical investigation of Bleomycin (BLM) and its interaction with DNAat a Co/GC ion implantation modified electrode was reported for the first time. The electrochemicalbehavior of BLM at Co/GC modified electrode has been studied by linear sweep and cyclicvoltammetry, The reaction of BLM with DNA formed an electrochemically nonactive complex, whichresulted in a decrease in the BLM equilibrium concentration and its reduction current. The decreasein peak current was proportional to DNA concentration and could be used to determination DNAconcentration. The equilibrium constant of DNA-BLM complex β was determined to be 5.16 x 10^(16).The experiments of AES and XPS showed that Co was surely implanted into the surface of GCE( glassycarbon electrode) and the depth distribution of Co was in good agreement with Gaussian normaldistribution; the implanted Co at GCE improved the electrocatalytic activity.

Electrochemical Studies of Paclitaxel Interaction with Tubulin

A highly sensitive linear sweep voltammetric method was developed for the determination of paclitaxel and the mechanism of the binding of paclitaxel to tubulin was studied. Tubulin dimer formed with paclitaxel an electrochemically nonactive complex with a combination ratio of 2:2. Its stability constant was 2.85 x 10(22). So the tubulin dimer had two binding sites for paclitaxel. The experiment showed that the binding sites of paclitaxel to tubulin dimer were different from that of Ca2+ to tubulin dimer.

In this work,carbon nanosheet（CNS） based electrode was designed for electrochemical biosensing of *** has been obtained by the pyrolysis of barley at 600-750℃ in a muffle furnace：it was then purified and *** CNS has been characterized by scanning electron microscopy（SEM）.X-ray diffraction（XRD） and Raman spectroscopic *** electrochemical activity of CNS-based electrode was investigated by linear sweep vollammetry（LSV） and square wave voltammetry（SWV）,for the oxidation of glucose in 0.001 M H2SO4（pH 6.0）.The linear range of the sensor was found to be 10-4-10-6M（1-100 μM） within the response time of 4 ***,its sensitivity reached as high as 26.002±0.01 μA/μM *** experiments revealed that the proposed electrode offered an excellent electrochemical activity towards the oxidation of glucose and could be applied for the construction of non-enzymatic glucose biosensors.
