基于instant(International Nusantara Stratification And Transport)观测资料的分析,龙目和翁拜海峡不同深度流量的季节内变化具有不同的显著周期。根据这一特征,龙目海峡水体输送可分为150 m以浅和150~300 m两层,其显著周期分别为30~70 d和30~40 d,前者由第二斜压模Kelvin波引起,而后者受第一斜压模Kelvin波影响;翁拜海峡水体输送可分为4层,300 m以浅为准40 d和50~75 d振荡,300~600 m为30~45 d和55~75 d振荡,600~1 000 m为30~40 d、准50 d、60~75 d振荡,1 000~1 200 m为30~40 d振荡以及较弱的20 d以下高频振荡。起源于赤道中印度洋的季节内Kelvin波的传播过程是引起龙目和翁拜海峡海洋季节内变化的重要因素,它在水平向东传播的同时,在垂直方向也会引起位相的传播,且率先抵达深层。据估算,海洋季节内变化从赤道中印度洋传播至龙目和翁拜海峡的速度约为1.59~2.95 m/s,由第一和第二斜压模Kelvin波构成。苏门答腊-爪哇岛沿岸风对季节内Kelvin波的传播也有重要影响。

The multidimensional analysis engine data management platform is constructed using big data distributed storage and parallel computing,data warehouse modeling technology,realizing the optimal management and instant query of distributed oil and gas production dynamic big data.The centralized management and quick response of the production data of more than 36×10^4 oil,gas and water wells is realized.Multidimensional analysis subject model of oil,gas and water well production is built to pretreat the relevant data.At the level of China National Petroleum Corporation(CNPC),the rapid analysis and applications such as oil and gas production tracking,early production warning of key oilfields,analysis of low production wells and long shutdown wells,classification of reservoir development laws have been realized,and the processing time has been shortened from 1 d to 5 s.The basic unit of oil and gas production analysis is refined from oilfield to single well,making the production management more detailed.The process can be traced step by step according to CNPC,oil field company,field,block and single well,and the oil and gas production performance of each unit can be mastered in real time.

The Study of the Graft Hemodynamics with Different instant Patency in Coronary Artery Bypassing Grafting

In coronary artery bypass grafting(CABG),graft’s poor instant patency may lead to an abnormal hemodynamic environment in anastomosis,which could further cause graft failure after the surgery.This paper investigates the graft hemodynamics with different instant patency,and explores its effect on graft postoperative efficiency.Six CABG 0D/3D coupling multi-scale models which used left internal mammary artery(LIMA)and saphenous vein(SVG)as grafts were constructed.Different types of grafts were examined in the models,including normal grafts,grafts with competitive flow and grafts with anastomotic stenosis.Simulation results indicated that comparing with SVG grafts,there was a greater difference between normal LIMA graft and non-patent LIMA graft.Also,the backflow occurred even in LIMA systolic flow.The wall shear stress(WSS)in the graft of the competitive flow LIMA model had an appreciable decrease comparing with the normal graft.In addition,the WSS in the stenosis region of the anastomotic stenosis LIMA model was much higher than its adjacent regions.In contrast,the WSS distributions in the SVG models were much smoother than in the LIMA models.For oscillatory shear index(OSI),there was little difference between normal LIMA and SVG.But when the graft had competitive flow or anastomotic stenosis,much higher OSI occurred in some regions in LIMA than SVG.There are significant differences in hemodynamics between normal grafts and non-patent grafts both in LIMA and SVG.The hemodynamic environment in a normal LIMA is better than that in a normal SVG.However,in the situation of the two types of non-patent grafts,the hemodynamics of SVG is better than LIMA.

Fenugreek and carob seed were germinated in the dark for 4 days and 15 days respectively. The two species are rich in vitamins A, B1, B3, B8. Germination promotes the increase in their concentrations. To ensure preservation and increased bioavailability of the vitamins, it is necessary to apply a DIC of 30s to 400 kPa making it possible to support the cellular expansion and the decontamination of germinated seeds. Vitamin A content in germinated carob seed increased by 82.54%, which is not the case for fenugreek. A decrease in vitamin A concentration of 4 μg/100 g of dry matter. DIC increase vitamin B1, B3 and B8 in germinated fenugreek seeds. A slight decrease of B vitamins in germinated carob seed after treatment with DIC has been noticed. This loss can be explained by the low bioavailability caused mainly by the botanical structures of the seeds.

The aim of the study was to develop protein enriched instant fish soup mix and analysis of the quality of various conditions. The study used a mechanical dryer for maintaining a constant air flow and temperature at its drying and dehydration stage. Powder was made after drying. An appropriate composition was used as an indicator. Various compositions like 75%, 65%, 55% and 45% fish powder were used as formulation 0, formulation 1, formulation 2, and formulation 3 respectively. Then these were reconstituted by boiled water for soup mix preparation. The result indicated that mixer 2 was the best composition. The finding suggested that 55% fish powder mix is the best composition for protein enriched instant soup mix. It will help to produce the instant soup mix and an alternative source of various costly animal and plant protein as a value-added material.
