Improvement of Dynamic and Steady Characteristics of Pneumatic Position Servo with fuzzy-pi control

This paper provided a fuzzy-pi control. It makes use of the advantages of fuzzy controller for dynamic characteristics, and the advantages of pi control for steady characteristics of pneumatic position servo. Experimental results show that positioning accuracy meets the conventional industrial needs, and prove that the fuzzy-pi controller to be correct and more effective than the usual piD controller. The control method improve the dynamic and steady characteristics of the system.

Recently,lots of researches have been investigated for the BLDCM *** purpose of this paper is to design a controller which can reduce the torque and speed fluctuation when load changes *** advantage of traditional pi controller is that there is no static error,but the dynamic performance is not good especially the load changes *** advantage of fuzzy controller is the dynamic performance is good when the load changes suddenly,but there exists static *** to traditional pi and fuzzy controller,the new algorithm based on fuzzy-pi can improve the dynamic performance of the system. Also,the speed and torque fluctuations are reduced at the same *** results show that the validity of the proposed *** new control algorithm can be used in BLDC control *** results can provide reference for the actual BLDC control system.

A piecewise control strategy is proposed to realize the position-posture control of a planar four-link Active-PassiveActive-Active（APAA） underactuated manipulator（UM）. Specially, the particle swarm optimization（PSO） algorithm is used to obtain the target angle of all links based on the constraints of control objects of the system. The overall control process of the system is divided into two stages: Firstly, we design a fuzzy-pi controller for the first link to realize the control target of the passive link, and the error between the current angle and the desired angle of the passive link is converged to zero by adjusting the velocity of the first link. Secondly, the position mode of the servo controller is adopted to control the active links move to their target angles, respectively. Finally, the experimental results of the real system verify the effectiveness of the proposed control strategy.
