The second edition of the expert consensus on pediatric nutrition was formed based on a global update of pedia-tric nutrition guidelines or consensus worldwide,the management of congenital heart disease,and the results of multi-center clinical nutrition research for congenital heart disease following theﬁrst Chinese consensus edition of *** consensus was also shaped by the results of three discussion sessions and two questionnaires con-ducted by the 13-member collaboration *** process was informed by both clinical guidelines and expert *** quality of literature,both in English and Chinese,and the level of recommendations were evaluated using the Grading of Recommendations Assessment,Development,and Evaluations(GRADE)system.

Xiyanping injection,a traditional Chinese medicine injection made of andrographolide sulfonate,consisting of well-defined ingredients with antiviral,antibacterial,anti-inflammatory and antipyretic efficacy,has been widely used for treating infectious diseases of respiratory and digestive ***,its wide applications may easily lead to unreasonable clinical *** order to guide the precise clinical application and rational use of Xiyanping injection,experts in related fields conducted systematically literature review,evaluated and deliberated the application of Xiyanping injection in treating acute infectious diseases using evidence-based medicine method,and jointly drafted the consensus to summarize types of acute infectious diseases in children and adults that can be treated with Xiyanping injection,and recommend the intervention time,usage and dosage,course of treatment and combined medication of the ***,the consensus elucidates the safety,precautions and contraindications of the injection,so as to provide guidance for clinical use.

expert consensus on the role of hematological markers in the earlyclinical screening of hepatocellular carcinoma

The disease burden of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) in China is heavy, and the prognosis is stillunfavourable. Therefore, early screening of high-risk groups of HCC through simple methods is the key toachieving early diagnosis and treatment and improving survival. At present, alpha-fetoprotein and otherhematological tests are still the main methods in the early screening of HCC, but the sensitivity andspecificity are limited, and the risk of missed diagnosis is high. In recent years, with the continuousdevelopment of science and technology, the improvement of traditional detection methods and theemergence of novel markers such as methylated deoxyribonucleic acid and microRNA have brought hopefor further improving the sensitivity and specificity of early HCC screening. This consensus summarizesthe research progress of traditional and new hematological test methods and puts forward expertguidance on the role of hematological markers in the early screening of HCC to provide a basis forimproving the prevention and control level in China.

The polymyxins are important antimicrobial agents against antibiotic-resistant gram-negative *** 2020,the Clinical and Laboratory Standards Institute modified the clinical breakpoints for polymyxin susceptibility test by eliminating the"susceptible"interpretive category,only reporting intermediate(≤2 mg/L)and resistant(≥4 mg/L).However,the European Committee on Antimicrobial Susceptibility Testing recommended the use of clinical breakpoints of W2 mg/L as susceptible and>2 mg/L as *** first-line laboratorians and clinicians in China have been perplexed by the inconsistence of international polymyxin clinical breakpoints and discouraged by the difficulty of conducting polymyxin susceptibility ***,it is urgently needed to make it clear for the laboratorians in China to know how to accurately carry out polymyxin susceptibility testing and standardize the interpretation of susceptibility testing *** this end,the experts from relevant fields were convened to formulate this consensus statement on the testing and clinical interpretation of polymyxin *** recommendations are proposed accordingly for laboratorians and clinicians to streamline their daily work.

With the spread of novel coronavirus pneumonia (NCP) in December 2019, the management and rehabilitation of elderly patients with hip fractures and protection of medical staff face new challenges, and need to be adjusted appropriately under this very circumstances. Hip fractures in the elderly account for more than half of osteoporotic fractures. expert group formulate this consensus so as to make better decision against this epidemic and protect patients'' families and medical staff. This consensus elaborates not only epidemic condition of NCP, but also general principles of medical admission, treatment and protection for both medical staff and patients, in order to provide some reference and promote the standardization of clinical diagnosis and treatment of elderly patients with hip fractures under the condition of NCP.

Since December 2019, coronavirus disease(COVID-19) has spread rapidly from Wuhan, Hubei province, to other regions of China. To reduce and prevent cross-over infections in the interventional diagnosis and treatment of tumor patients. The Interventional Oncology Branch of the China Anti-Cancer Association organized specialists to compile the corresponding expert consensus. The consensus summarizes the critical points for COVID-19 prevention, focusing on the management of outpatients, inpatients, and interventional operating room in this particular time.
