Recently, the scale of higher education for adults is expanding and at the same time, the teaching quality is declining, which has been increasingly focused on. In order to improve the teaching quality, at first, it is necessary to build up a set of integrative and complete teaching quality evaluation.system, which is composed of class, course major and college respectively from the aspects of learning and teaching because of the particularity of the students and teaching modes of higher education for adults.

For the effective management of SC risk, risk conduction characteristic needs to be evaluated quantitatively. Based on classic energy theory, the probability influence diagram of R&D project supply chain risk conduction was established from topology layer, functional layer and numerical layer, the applicability of which was analyzed as well. Considering the decision-making aspect, the evaluation.frame of R&D project supply chain risk conduction was designed finally.

In order to evaluate the scheme of complex systems and choose the best scheme reliably and *** discussed the fuzzy evaluation.process of complex system’s scheme（Fig.1）,the method for determining the weight and the mark methods of index,established the evaluation.model by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.*** analyzed the software development,gave the block diagram（see Fig.3 and Fig.4）and flow chart（Fig.5）.The results has a certain reference value to the practice of scheme evaluation.for complex systems.

Concerning the economic development situation of Zhejiang Province, a set of evaluation.indicators urgently need to be established to reflect the regional development demand and fit for the regional innovation of the Province. Yet, since the economic and social development in Zhejiang is unbalanced, there are still obvious differences in regional innovation among the 11 prefecture-level cities. Thus, how to objectively evaluate the creativity of one region and make countermeasures to raise the regional innovation in accordance with the differences among the regions has become an urgent theoretical problem and practical requirement. The paper constructs an evaluation.system of Zhejiang’s regional innovation by theoretical and empirical selection. Based on the evaluation.indicator system and combined with the specific data material, the paper conducts practical measurement and horizontal comparative analysis to the regional innovation of the 11 prefecture-level cities of Zhejiang Province.

Purpose: The adaptation of BPI-B into North/Northeast of Brazil. The purpose of this study was the translation and adaptation of the BPI to Portuguese language, as spoken in Brazil, aiming at its posterior usage to measure both intensity and interference of pain in cancer patients’ life. Methods: The BPI-B was developed from the original BPI, using back-translation and committee review. The Back Translation was compared to the original BPI, as a result, the North/Northeast Brazilian version proved to have the same goals, and is similar to other current versions, observing its psychometrics properties. The inventory presented a final sample of 475 patients, whose average age was 54.37 years old (DP = 14.56), most female (58.9%). One hundred ninety-six patients in elementary school took part. It had its objective to group multiple indicators that responded to validation, precision and parsimony criteria. The patients answered the BPI at the very moment they were diagnosed as cancer cases. All of them were above 18 years old and they were also undergoing treatment at Cancer Ambulatory in a Hospital in Ceará, Brazil. The retest was carried, after about a month of the first application. In order to verify the reliability of inventory adaptation, the exploratory factorial analysis was used as the oblique rotation axis. Results: Exploratory factor analysis confirmed two underlying dimensions, pain severity, and pain interference, with Cronbach’s α 0.833 and 0.733, respectively. Conclusion: A proposition of a north/northeast Brazilian version of BPI turned out to be adequate, gathering evidences of adaptation and internal consistency similar to already validated versions.

The capability of sustainable development of Wuchuan County is evaluated comprehensively with theories and methods of regional sustainable development capability evaluation. which are extensively applied at home and abroad. The results indicate that the developing speed and patterns of Wuchuan County cannot satisfy the demand of the regional sustainable development. Moreover, the patterns, distributions, tree species, growing patterns, and other aspects must consider the restriction of ecological water utilization. It is put forward that the standards for selecting the converting lands are slope, desertification degree, and *** addition, the control of soil erosion and the prevention of land desertification are selected as the dualpurpose of the converting project.
