摘      要：Enterprise organizational capability is the source to maintain enterprise competitive advantage and cultivate enterprise core *** to scientifically evaluate the effect of organizational capability is the key to keep on top of organizational ***,this paper introduces the enterprise circumstances and the concept of the enterprise organizational ***,in reviewing enterprise organizational capability and the evaluation index,construct evaluation index system of enterprise organizational capability ***,through the application to AHP,examples demonstrate the application of this evaluation method,in order to provide reference for enterprise organizational capability evaluation.
