＂众创空间＂是创新2.0时代创新创业服务机构的集合式概念,是由创客空间、孵化器、加速器等组成的创新新创业服务生态系统。创新2.0时代,欧美国家正积极探索众创空间生态模式,逐渐建立起＂创客空间＋孵化器＋智能化创新（Living Lab）＂的垂直、多元化众创空间生态主体结构。相比之下,我国众创空间生态体系尚不健全,＂孵化器＂一元主导的结构模式明显,在众创空间发展模式、经营主体、功能绩效等方面与国外众创空间存在较大差距。创新2.0时代,我国应积极借鉴国外众创空间发展经验,布局社区化创客空间,建立创新创业智能化升级机制,延长创新创业服务链条,完善众创空间生态体系;积极推进创新创业服务机构市场化改革,发展创新创业服务中介组织,提升众创空间专业化水平,形成市场为主、政府为辅的多元化众创空间新形态,建立起中国特色的众创空间生态体系。

In Krisis,and in many of the preparatory papers for his last published work,Edmund Husserl repeatedly declares his allegiance to the enlightenment,but,at the same time,always expresses his misgivings about its concrete purport.Like Horkheimer and Adorno,but for somewhat different reasons,he thus succumbs to what Ferrone has termed the philosopher’s conception of the enlightenment,as opposed to that of the historian of ideas.No doubt Husserl is explicit about not aiming to write a history of ideas,but in so doing he misses the essential thrust of the enlightenment as being a part of what he himself describes as the European tradition.In accordance with his own notion of generativity,the enlightenment must be seen as going well beyond the Greek beginnings by epitomizing,in the 18th century,the idea of human rights,as well as that of universal critique.Indeed,it is the discovery of the(rights of the)Other which justifies Husserl’s claim for Europe being the bearer of a universal meaning.These days,however,enlightenment values,by means of a genuine dialectics,have been brought,in the guise of the so-called Social Justice Theory,to enter into contradiction with themselves,one of the victims of which is Husserl’s notion of Europe.Since the new struggle for enlightenment,like the classical one,has to be fought out in the Public Sphere,we need to develop a novel Ethics of communication.

The transition period of Chinese society has spawned many psychosocial problems in China,which are characterized by high incidence,universality and growth. Compared with social and economic development,the devel-opment of social psychology has been relatively slow for a long time,which has led to the prevalence of psychosocial problems and the lack of modernity cultivation in China's modernization. Xi Jinping theory on socialism with Chi-nese characteristics(SCC) in the new era is a scientific plan for the all - round development and modernization of SCC,and it contains rich ideas of modernity. It is also the ideological inheritance and innovation of Marx's "full and free development of human beings",and the basic strategy of cultivating the modernity of the new era. Therefore,it is an important way to solve the current psychosocial problems in China through the Marxist theory and the "unfulfilled enlightenment" of the theory of the new era.

随着发达国家创意城市的蓬勃发展，国外创意城市发展的理念、模式和路径等逐渐对创意城市旅游业产生深远影响，推动了创意城市旅游业的快速发展。在对所获得的国外有关创意城市旅游业研究的代表性成果进行分析的基础上，该文从创意城市对旅游吸引物、旅游产品开发、旅游空间、旅游产业、旅游营销和旅游者的影响等方面进行了系统地分析，由此提出创意城市对旅游业发展的相关启示，以推动中国创意城市旅游业的可持续发展。

The 20th century witnessed a strong cultural enlightenment movement in China, starting with the industrialization movement in the late 19th century Qing dynasty （1616-1912） and continuing in the May Fourth movement in 1919. The cultural enlightenment movement was strongly influenced by Western ideas such as democracy and the primacy of science. The Chinese modern cultural enlightenment can be compared with the European enlightenment that began with the Renaissance. One typical characteristic of this Chinese enlightenment that I wish to emphasize is the determining function of ideas and cultures, especially in light of the many criticisms of traditional Confucianism by intellectuals who blamed it for all the failures of Westernization in the 20th century. This is what I call the ＂Confucian Cultural Fallacy.＂ This fallacy has influenced many famous intellectuals, such as Tu Wei-ming. In this paper, I set out to analyze how this fallacy influenced Tu in two of his major arguments： the third stage of the Confucian revival movement, and the idea of ＂cultural China.＂ Throughout my analysis of different versions of the Confucian cultural fallacy in modern China, I also discuss how best to understand the Chinese cultural enlightenment movement in relation to Western enlightenment movements.

This study proposed obstacles in the brownfield development and analyzed 3 classical cases of brownfield development:German Ruhr Industrial Area,the American Automobile City and 798 Art Zone in China.Based on the comprehensive elaboration and evaluation of the driving factors,patterns,rehabilitation benefits,costs and prospects of brownfield development,its enlightenment on urban development of China was summarized from 4 perspectives:inhibiting urban sprawl,improving environmental quality of brownfield,promoting urban renewal and reserving cultural heritage.
