In order to solve the problem of E-Business project decision,a new decision method is proposed by analyzing project including uncertain ***,the set of factor is established including condition attribute and decision ***,experts qualitatively describe risk factors and establish a decision database,called decision ***,the attribute reduction algorithm based on Rough Sets is used to eliminate the redundant risk factor and its value of decision ***,the minimum decision rules are abstracted based on data mining *** method is more convenient and practical compared with the traditional one.

Edge Device Fault Probability Based Intelligent Calculations for Fault Probability of Smart Systems

In a smart system, the faults of edge devices directly impact the system’s overall fault. Further, complexity arises when different edge devices provide varying fault data. To study the Smart System Fault Evolution Process (SSFEP) under different fault data conditions, an intelligent method for determining the Smart System Fault Probability (SSFP) is proposed. The data types provided by edge devices include the following: (1) only known edge device fault probability;(2) known Edge Device Fault Probability Distribution (EDFPD);(3) known edge device fault number and EDFPD;(4) known factor state of the edge device fault and EDFPD. Moreover, decision methods are proposed for each data case. Transfer Probability (TP) is divided into Continuity Transfer Probability (CTP) and Filterability Transfer Probability (FTP). CTP asserts that a Cause Event (CE) must lead to a Result Event (RE), while FTP requires CF probability to exceed a threshold before RF occurs. These probabilities are used to calculate SSFP. This paper introduces a decision method using the information diffusion principle for low-data SSFP determination, along with an improved method. The method is based on space fault network theory, abstracting SSFEP into a System Fault Evolution Process (SFEP) for research purposes.

Multiple unmanned aerial vehicles（UAVs） cooperative search is a typical task in *** paper focuses on self-organizing search ***,the environment model of the mission area and the UAV model are ***,in order to make full use of the UAV’s detection information to guide search,the updating rules of probability map and uncertainty map are established in this ***,the distributed decision method based on receding horizon techniques is used to make decisions on the search direction of each UAV,and the improved genetic algorithm is used to *** show that the self-organizing search strategy is more efficient than formation search and random search,and the environment model adopted in this paper is more efficient compared with the single probability map *** show that the distributed decision method not only ensures the search effect,but also reduces the computation and communication of the fusion center,which makes UAVs search system more robust.

为解决服务驱动下的云制造物流资源协作问题，首先在明确云制造物流资源是非独立存在的，以及不同经营模式下的资源聚集目标不同的基本特点基础上，总结服务需求驱动下的资源协作能力评价指标，形成各资源聚集节点间协作能力评价的二级指标体系；然后引入可能-满意度理论对预选资源集能否满足云制造物流协作能力需求进行科学决策；最后采用改进的免疫进化算法分析云制造协作资源聚集过程和聚集方法，实现物流资源全局搜索和组合。研究结果表明：文章提出的资源协作评价与聚集方法能有效帮助云制造协作企业实现开放性资源平衡，提高企业联盟的整体效益。

针对传统Kano模型分类过于主观武断的局限，提出模糊Kano模型以进行改进。基于模糊Kano模型对第三方物流服务质量要素进行分类，通过IPA分析顾客感知满意度与感知重要度指标，确定提升服务质量要素的优先级及相应策略，为第三方物流企业提高其服务质量提供决策依据。最后通过实例研究证明决策规则的有效性，指出第三方物流企业应遵守提升决策规则，合理有序运筹内部资源，以此在最大程度上提高绩效。
