The influence of poly（methylmethacrylate-co-N-vinyl-2-pyrrolidone）, P（MMA-co-VP）, on corrosion of carbon steels（J55, N80, P110 SS and C110 steels） in 3.5 wt% NaCl solution saturated with CO2 was evaluated using static high pressure and high temperature（HPHT） autoclave. The surface was further evaluated by X-ray diffraction（XRD）, scanning electron microscopy（SEM） and contact angle measurements. Quantum chemical calculations have been used to evaluate the structural, electronic and reactivity parameters of the inhibitor on the steels surface. SEM, XRD and contact angle measurement studies reveal that the surface of metals are quite unaffected after use of inhibitor in 3.5% NaCl solution saturated with CO2.

The multiphase reaction process of pressure leaching is mainly carried out in the liquid phase. Therefore, gas holdup is essential for the gas–liquid–solid phase reaction and the extraction rate of valuable metals. In this paper, a transparent quartz autoclave, a six blades disc turbine-type agitator, and a high-speed camera were used to investigate the gas holdup of the pressure leaching process. Furthermore, experiments determining the effects of agitation rate, temperature, and oxygen partial pressure on gas holdup were carried out. The results showed that when the agitation rate increased from 350 to 600 r/min, the gas holdup increased from 0.10% to 0.64%. When the temperature increased from 363 to 423 K, the gas holdup increased from 0.14% to 0.20%. When the oxygen partial pressure increased from 0.1 to 0.8 MPa, the gas holdup increased from 0.13% to 0.19%. A similar criteria relationship was established by Homogeneous Principle and Buckingham's theorem. Comprehensively, empirical equation of gas holdup was deduced on the basis of experimental data and the similarity theory, where the criterion equation was determined as ε=4.54×10^(-11)n^(3.65)T^(2.08)P_g^(0.18). It can be seen from the formula that agitation rate made the most important impact on gas holdup in the pressure leaching process using the mixed-flow agitator.

We developed a set of in-situ Micro-Raman spectroscopy system for autoclave experimental apparatus because of the scientific significance of in-situ Micro-Raman spectroscopy system under the high-pressure hydrothermal *** used this system to measure the Raman spectrum of water-fluid and quartz crystal at the temperature ranging from 125 to 420℃.The signal-tonoise ratio of the Raman signal is good.

According to the operation characteristics of autoclave, the possible defects are analyzed by damage modes, the inspection methods are selected contrapuntally, and the causes of the defects affecting the safe operation of the equipment are analyzed. This study effectively improves the quality of inspection work and plays an important role in strengthening the management of equipment use and reducing accidents.

The present study aims to the development of Out of autoclave (OoA) Carbon Fiber Reinforced Polymers (CFRPs) with increased interlaminar fracture toughness by using MWCNTs. The introduction of MWCNTs into the structure of CFRPs has been succeeded by using carbon nanotube-enriched sizing agent for the pretreatment of the fiber preform using an in-house developed methodology that can be easily scaled up. The positive effect of the proposed methodology on the interlaminar fracture toughness of the CFRP laminate was assessed by the increase of Mode I and Mode II interlaminar fracture toughness of the composites. Different wt% MWCNTs concentrations were used (namely 0.5%, 1%, 1.5% and 2.5%). It was found that the nanomodified composites exhibit a significant increase of the interlaminar critical strain energy release rate GIC and GIIC of the order of 103% and 62% respectively, in the case of 1.5 wt% MWCNTs weight content. Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) of the fracture surfaces of CFRP samples revealed the contribution and the associated synergistic mechanisms of MWCNTs to the increase of the crack propagation resistance in the case of nano-modified CFRPs compared to the reference material.

Optimization of the curing process can not control the deformation of composite part prepared in autoclave accurately. And traditional ＂trial-and-error＂ tool surface compensation approach is low efficiency, high cost and can not control part deformation quantificationally. In order to address these issues, tool compensation approach based on FEA is presented. Model of multi-field coupling relationship in autoclave is realized. And finite element analysis model of composite part＇s curing process is developed to analyze part deformation. According to displacement of the part surface nodes after deformation, tool surface which compensated by the displacement of composite part which analyzed by FEA is used to control part deformation. A cylindrical composite part is ana- lyzed to verify the approach, and the result proves the correctness and validity of the approach.

Study of Deformation of Composite Parts during autoclave Process

Based on the porous media theory and the principle of effective stress, a three dimensional multi-physics thermal-stress-flow field coupling consolidation numerical model was developed by the volume averaging method(VAM) for the autoclave curing process, assuming that the prepregs are deformable porous medium. This numerical model was solved by finite element method(FEM). Arbitrary Lagrangian-Eulerian(ALE) moving mesh method was used for solving moving boundary problem. The fiber deformation, change of the volume fraction and permeability varied with the volume fraction of fiber was fully taken into account in this model. The result shows that: this model has good agreement with experimental data;the composite laminate was compressed pile by pile, the phenomenon is the same with experiment. The quantity of resin discharged and the variety of volume fraction of fiber in the different piles can be obtained by this model.
