摘 要:In the curing process of composite parts,due to the heat transfer anisotropy of the composite material and the complexity of the curing reaction of the composite material,the composite material parts are deformed outside the design after the molding is *** at the deformation problem caused by the formation of resin-based composite autoclave,two thin composite parts with different materials are taken as the research objects,and the finite element simulation model of the curing process is established by comprehensive analysis of the external heating of the parts and the internal heat generation of the curing *** types of deformation and distortion occurred in after the autoclaving process is also presented in this article.A case study of a simulation to study the effect of the mold on composite part is presented.
