金合欢属auriculiformis提取物三萜烯皂甙对精子的制动作用

皂角甙是甾体和三萜系化合物的配糖体,具有杀精剂的性质。采用石油醚(60~80℃)和90%的乙醇从金合欢种子中分离出两种水溶性皂甙(Tg)并以此为实验材料进行了几方面的杀精子实验研究。以改良的Sander-Cramer法进行杀精实验。
