Total Coumarin Content and Antioxidant Activity in Different Parts of Obazema, a yi Medicine

[Objectives]This study aimed to determine the total coumarin content and antioxidant activity in vitro of Obazema,a yi Medicine.[Methods]The extraction process of coumarin from Obazema was optimized by response surface method,and the total contents of coumarin in different sources and different parts of Obazema were compared.With Vc,chlorogenic acid and citric acid as positive controls,the antioxidant activity of the ethanol extracts of different parts of Obazema was determined.[Results]The optimum extraction process for coumarin from Obazema were as follows:80%ethanol,solid to liquid ratio 1∶67,extraction time 120 min and extraction temperature 57℃.The total contents of coumarin in roots,stems,leaves,flowers and fruit of Boenninghausenia sessilicarpa Levl.and B.albiflora(Hook.)Reichb.were 7.75,6.50,33.45 and 44.35,and 8.1,4.6,17.8 and 18.7 mg/g,respectively.The free radicle-scavenging activity of coumarin from Obazema had certain dose-effect relationship,and was slightly stronger than that of the positive drugs.Under the phenanthroline-Fe ^2+method,the free radicle-scavenging activity ranked as B.albiflora(Hook.)Reichb.>B.sessilicarpa Levl.>Vc>citric acid>chlorogenic acid;under the DPPH method,the free radicle-scavenging activity ranked as B.albiflora(Hook.)Reichb.>B.sessilicarpa Levl.>Vc>chlorogenic acid>citric acid;and under the ABSTS+method,the free radicle-scavenging capacity ranked was in the order as B.albiflora(Hook.)Reichb.>B.sessilicarpa Levl.>Vc>chlorogenic acid>citric acid.[Conclusions]There are significant differences in coumarin content between different sources and different parts of Obazema.When coumarin is used as the main active substance,Obazema is better harvested during the flowering period,and the free radicle-scavenging activity of B.sessilicarpa Levl.is higher than that of B.albiflora(Hook.)Reichb.The antioxidant activity of the flower-fruit ethanol extracts of B.sessilicarpa Levl.and B.albiflora(Hook.)Reichb.is stronger than that of the commonly used antioxidants such as Vc,chlorogenic ac

[Objectives] To study the original plant,traits and microscopic identification for yi medicinal material Campanula colorata,and provide experimental data for its identification and medicinal use. [Methods] Plant identification,trait identification,powder identification and paraffin slice identification were adopted in the study. [Results]It was found that the original plant of Campanula colorata was characterized by stiff hairs,slightly thicker root than stem,serrated leaf margin,tubular bell-shaped corolla and blue-purple color; traits were featured by odorlessness,and bitter taste after slight sweetness; the microscopic identification characteristics were that the laticifer was sporadic,containing reddish brown or yellow brown materials,and the oil droplets and nonglandular hairs were common. [Conclusions] The original plant,trait and microscopic identification characteristics were obvious for yi medicinal material Campanula colorata,which could provide a reference for developing quality standards and identifying the original plant of Campanula colorata,and provide the basis for further research and development.

Poverty alleviation by supporting industry is a key measure to promote the poverty alleviation of relocated households. Taking Xundian County, the first county in Yunnan Province that has been lifted out of poverty, as an research case, this article analyzes and summarizes the industry-supporting poverty alleviation achievements and successful experience of two typical relocation areas (Shanhou Village and Eyang Village) in Xundian County. Practice has shown that the key to industry-supporting poverty alleviation lies in targetedness to strengthen the participation of poor farmers in industrial development. The interests of poverty alleviation entities should be linked by market mechanism to establish a benign interaction between all parties for win-win situation, thereby effectively guaranteeing the long-term and healthy development of poverty alleviation by supporting industry.

Carrying out health poverty alleviation and ensuring the security of basic medical care for the poor are important contents for China to implement the strategy of targeted poverty alleviation and win the battle to get rid of poverty. Xundian Hui and yi Autonomous County in Yunnan Province is a national poor county integrating ' nationality,poverty,mountainous area and old revolutionary base area'. In recent years,based on the actual situation,Xundian County has explored an effective way of health poverty alleviation. It has effectively prevented the phenomenon of poverty caused by illness and returning to poverty due to illness,and effectively ensured that Xundian County has successfully achieved the goal of getting rid of poverty. Xundian County finally got rid of the shadow of ' poverty' for more than 30 years to become one of the first batch of counties in Yunnan Province to get rid of poverty. This paper makes great efforts to analyze and summarize the specific methods,main achievements,successful experience,lessons and reference about health poverty alleviation in Xundian County. At the same time,it also studies and analyzes the main problems existing in the model,and puts forward the corresponding measures and suggestions,in order to provide a reference for health poverty alleviation in other poor areas.

[Objcetives]To study on the original plant,medicinal materials and microscopic identification of yi Nationality crude herb Te-zhipa of Ageratum conyzoides L.,and provide experimental data for identification and application. [Methods] The original plant identification,character identification,microscopic structure identification,powder identification were adopted in theresearch.[Results] The characteristics of yi Nationality crude herb Te-zhi-pa were obvious in the original plant,crude herband microscopic characteristics. [Conclusions]The result was provided some reference for the formulation of quality standards and original plant identification for yi Nationality crude herb " Te-zhi-pa",and provided the basis for the further research.

追寻彝族女性的历史足迹,不难发现彝族妇女不仅在政治、军事上有过抗元王朝统治的杰出领袖奢节和明代西南最有作为的女政治家奢香,而且有过著名的文学家和文艺理论家。如果从女性的角度看文学,或从文学的角度看女性,则彝族的女性在文学生的造诣及影响丝毫不逊色于在政治上的贡献。然面以往彝学研究的注意力有明显地偏露于女政治家面忽视女文学家的倾向。事实上,历代彝族的女文学家曾为她们所热爱的民族献出过很多的爱,在彝族文学史上占有很高的位置,不应以冷漠的态度对待她们和她们的传世佳作。值得提及的是,本文所论的女性文学,包括女性作者及以女性为主体骨容的文学作品。
