本文基于视觉语法，以《完美星球》第五集为例，根据图像的再现意义、互动意义及构图意义对其影像进行定性和定量的多模态话语分析，旨在分析出影像在视觉语法视角下构建的意义、构建的意义所占比例以及纪录片制作者的意图。希望该生态纪录片的多模态话语分析能给人们敲响警钟，让人们认识到生态系统的现状并采取相应措施去保护环境，关爱动物，及时止损。

电视剧海报是一种集图像、色彩、文字等多种模态于一体的传播载体，具有凝聚与宣传电视剧内容、吸引读者注意力、勾勒角色特征的作用，读者对海报非文字信息符号的阅读、理解过程，本质上是对多模态话语的解码过程。本研究将基于多模态话语理论，以Kress & Van Leeuwen的视觉语法为理论框架，从再现意义、互动意义及构图意义三个维度分析电视剧《狂飙》的宣传海报，试图探究该剧的宣传海报如何通过不同模态的相互作用来传达电视剧主题并实现宣传效果。

Objectives:This paper focuses on the underlying mechanisms of women's perceptions of persuasive visual health ***:In the image viewing process,a separation between the image producer and the image viewer occurs,and the connection between the two is *** mixed method research included modal discourse analysis(coding based on visual grammar theory),an eye tracking experiment,a questionnaire survey,and in-depth semi-structured *** interactive meanings of journalistic images related to the human papillomavirus(HPV)vaccine were identified through four sets of *** addition,the perceptions of female viewers were ***:In the first set of stimuli,i.e.,the infographic,the female participants focused most of their attention on information about the nine-valent HPV *** analysis of the interactive meaning of two sets of journalistic pictures,i.e.,fictional pictures and nonfictional pictures,indicated that the image producers did not implement useful viewer involvement strategies to persuade ***,female viewers focused their attention on the"similar other"during the viewing process,gazing at the patient the longest as the primary area of interest(AOI).Conclusions:The study indicates that the current persuasive visual information about the HPV vaccine needs further improvement due to the high demand for information about HPV from the Chinese female audience.

Eudora Welty's One Time,One Place snapped Mississippi featuring Jackson,Hinds County,Yazoo County,Utica and so *** photographs of daily life stories,most of which were taken without the awareness of the people photographed,show an aesthetic vi-sion that reveals the real life of Mississippi in the 1930 *** also show that a fiction writer's camera records people's life and citylandscapes that are somewhat different from what we see in newspapers or geography *** unique angles chosen and the specialmoments captured by Welty make these photographs worth a careful *** grammar is used to examine and analyze the innerworld of the people photographed by *** analyzing three photographs through action processes,reactional processes,and symbolicprocesses as well as by studying the systems of Contact and Social Distance of the photographs,representational meaning and interactivemeaning are *** system of information value is also studied to find out how the compositional meaning is realized in the *** a thorough study,the lost inner worlds of the people photographed by Welty can be exposed.

Because of the high speed of the development of technology,the traditional way to transmit information through language is gradually replaced by the newly appeared multimodal way of *** paper takes one cosmetic advertisement of STEERO-REAR as an example,aiming to analyze those adopted modalities in the *** analyzing,it is found that the elements,like color and position of the participants,contribute to the meaning construction in an organic *** meaning and purpose of the producer are realized through the construction of representational meaning,interactive meaning and compositional meaning.

Traditional discourse analysis basically focuses on language rather than non-linguistic symbol resources in terms of meaning construction. The latter emerging multi-modal discourse analysis breaks this limitation into a large extent. This paper analyzed Peng Liyuan’s dress with semiotics of Saussure and visual grammar of Kress and Van Ixeuwen as theoretical framework.
