In order to improve the emergency management capability of urban rail transit system and reduce accidents during metro operation,an emergency management capability evaluation method combining analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and technique for order preference by similarity to ideal solution(TOPSIS)is *** on the Prevention Preparation Response Recovery(PPRR)model,factors influencing the emergency management capability of the urban rail transit system are summarized from the perspective of‘human,machine,environment and management’.Then,an emergency management capability evaluation index system containing of 20 secondary indicators is constructed in four stages:emergency prevention,emergency preparation,emergency response and emergency *** weights of indicators are calculated using the AHP method,and the closeness of each indicator to the optimal solution is analysed with the TOPSIS ***,take the Beijing Metro Line 13 as an example to investigate the level of emergency management capability of urban rail *** results show that the emergency management capability of Beijing’s urban rail transit system is‘well’,among which hazard prevention measures(0.31)and emergency response team(0.34)have a greater weight on the emergency management capability of rail *** model can more accurately assess the emergency management capability of urban rail transit and provide a basis for emergency management.

Along the route of urban rail transit(URT),the subway depots,parking lots,and elevated subway stations are equipped with sufficient photovoltaic(PV)generation *** access of PVs in the URT power supply system should not only make full use of nearby renewable energy,but also improve the economic operation of the *** order to quantify the impact of PV access on the URT power supply system,this paper proposes a method to evaluate the voltage quality and energy saving benefits of the URT power supply system,considering PV ***,by fully considering the random fluctuations of PV output power,as well as the intermittency and impact of traction load,the URT power supply system with PV access is ***,such values as system voltage and power are calculated through the hybrid AC/DC load flow calculation *** with the results of the load flow calculation,the indicators describing voltage quality and power saving benefits of the system are proposed to quantify the influence of PV access on the ***,a case study concerning a certain section of a subway line is presented to verify the proposed *** shows that the proposed method can effectively quantify the voltage quality and power saving benefits of the system after PV access,providing valuable insights for design and maintenance personnel to comprehend system state and operating characteristics.

The multi-port energy router(ER)is an effective topology for integrating train traction load,AC load,the energy storage system and photovoltaic(PV)*** start and stop process of urban rail transit trains and the access of distributed energy sources to rail transit ER lead to serious fluctuations of DC bus power,so it is necessary to route energy between different ports,involving multi-operating modes,while seamless switching is a major *** this paper,a hierarchical coordinated control strategy is proposed to enable the multi-port ER to operate in a coor-dinated fashion under the conditions of train parking,acceleration,constant power driving and deceleration,and to switch seamlessly under various working *** energy central dispatching layer sends working condi-tion instructions by sampling the state information of each port,while the microgrid control layer adopts central-ized control,receiving upper working condition instructions and sending drive signals to the local control layers to maintain the balanced energy flow of each *** the local control layers,the PV adopts the improved perturbation and observation method of power control(PC-P&O),while the ES system adopts voltage loop control with an SOC influence factor,voltage loop control with switching factor and power loop control according to the different working conditions,so as to transmit the required train load power accurately and maintain the stability of the DC bus ***,the effectiveness of the proposed hierarchical coordination control is verified by MATLAB/Simulink simulations.

Coupling analysis of passenger and train flows is an important approach in evaluating and optimizing the operation efficiency of large-scale urban rail transit(URT)*** study proposes a passenger–train interaction simulation approach to determine the coupling relationship between passenger and train *** the bases of time-varying origin–destination demand,train timetable,and network topology,the proposed approach can restore passenger behaviors in URT *** priority,queuing process with first-in-first-serve principle,and capacity constraints are considered in the proposed simulation *** approach can also obtain each passenger’s complete travel chain,which can be used to analyze(including but not limited to)various indicators discussed in this research to effectively support train schedule optimization and capacity evaluation for urban rail ***,the proposed model and its potential application are demonstrated via numerical experiments using real-world data from the Beijing URT system(i.e.,rail network with the world’s highest passenger ridership).

Environmental noise beside an elevated box girder bridge for urban rail transit

Noise generated by trains running on elevated lines creates many disturbances to the normal lives of surrounding residents. Investigations have shown that people living along elevated lines complain that the noise is sometimes unbearable. To better control the noise and optimize the acoustic environment, noise spectrum characteristics were analyzed and compared with a field test and a numerical simulation. Through an energy analysis of the noise on the bridge side, the energy distribution characteristics of the noise at specific measuring points in different frequency bands were obtained. The influence of the Doppler effect on frequency shift was analyzed. Based on the partial coherence theory, a multi-input and single-output program was compiled to calculate the correlation and contribution degree of the bridge structure-borne noise and wheel/rail noise at the one-third octave center frequency. The results show that the peak noises of the bridge and the wheel/rail are concentrated at 31.5–63 Hz and 400–800 Hz, respectively. For environmental noise on the bridge side, the frequency band above 250 Hz is mainly affected by the wheel/rail noise. In areas of noise source strength, the relative ratio of noise energy above 250 Hz can reach 83.4%. Noise in the near ground and far bridge area is mainly low-frequency, and the relative energy ratio is about 8.9%. The Doppler effect has an influence of less than 6% on the frequency shift with a speed of 67.9 km/h. In the low-frequency band below 250 Hz, the noise in the acoustic shadow area near the bridge and the ground is mainly contributed to by the vibration-radiated noise of the bridge, of which the contribution of the bottom panel is the most prominent. The noise in the comprehensive noise area of the far bridge is mainly caused by the structure-borne noise of the bridge, and the contribution of each bridge panel is different. In order to study the interaction among the traction power supply,the train group and the operation dispatching of urban rail transit,a coupling simulation system of power supply system,trains and dispatching management is *** order to solve the problems of different timescales and difficult cooperation operation for related subsystems,a multi-bus distributed real-time network architecture based on hierarchical management of communication data is established,and simulation management software is developed to facilitate the free expansion of the simulation ***,the track line,train operation and other large timescale subsystems are realized by the pure digital *** the time-sensitive subsystems,such as train traction system,braking system,auxiliary power supply system and network system etc.,are built by the semi-physical *** this article,the system structure and the main implementation principle of each simulation subsystem are given in detail,and the system is tested and verified at the *** results show that the simulation system can meet the expected requirements.

The determination and optimization of Automatic Train Operation(ATO) control strategy is one of the most critical technologies for urban rail train operation. The practical ATO optimal control strategy must consider many goals of the train operation, such as safety, accuracy, comfort, energy saving and so on. This paper designs a set of efficient and universal multi-objective control strategy. Firstly, based on the analysis of urban rail transit and its operating environment, the multi-objective optimization model considering all the indexes of train operation is established by using multi-objective optimization theory. Secondly, Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm II(NSGA-II) is used to solve the model, and the optimal speed curve of train running is ***, the intelligent controller is designed by the combination of fuzzy controller algorithm and the predictive control algorithm, which can control and optimize the train operation in real time. Then the robustness of the control system can ensure and the requirements for multi-objective in train operation can be satisfied.

The train plan of urban rail transit under multi-routing mode can be divided into three parts： train formation, train operation periods and corresponding train counts of each routing in each period. Based on the analysis of passen- ger＇s general travel expenses and operator＇s benefits, the constraints and objective functions are defined and the multiobjective optimization model for the train plan of urban rail transit is presented. Factors considered in the multi- objective optimization model include transport capacity, the requirements of traffic organization, corporation benefits, passenger demands, and passenger choice behavior under multi-train-routing mode. According to the characteristics of this model and practical planning experience, a three-phase solution was designed to gradually optimize the train formarion, train counts as well as operation periods. The instance of Changsha Metro Line 2 validates the feasibility and efficiency of this approach.
