To further utilize bioactive substance such as bovine colostrum sIgA and IgG, sIgA and IgG were isolated and purified simultaneously by salting out, ultrafiltration and gel chromatography, etc. The analysis of results were showed quantitatively by nonhydrogenized SDS-PAGE, and quanlities of sIgA and IgG were respectively detected by Western Blot. The results showed that the purity and yield of bovine colostrum sIgA were 85.3% and 42.8%, respectively, while the purity and yield of bovine colostrum IgG were respectively 97.2% and 64.4%. This preparative method provides theoretical and experimental foundation for sIgA industrial production.

The application of cross flow ultrafiltration(CFF) techniques to separate colloidal organic carbon(COC) from truly dissolved organic carbon(TDOC) was investigated; COC and TDOC were determined by the high temperature combustion method(HTC) and UV/persulphate method. It was found that CFF can quantitatively separate COC from seawater. The determination results by the HTC and UV/persulphate method for COC and TDOC showed little difference, which suggested that the oxidation efficiency of the two methods are identical. Colloidal particles have no remarkable influence on the oxidation efficiency of the UV/persulphate method.

随着轻度污染水源（如井水）的匮乏和对处理更复杂的水源（如地表水、工业废水以及市政污水）的紧迫需要,采用超滤（UF）和微滤（MF）作为反渗透（RO）预处理的工艺技术愈来愈受到重视.在RO预处理过程中,UF/MF膜技术作为有效的分离屏障比传统的石灰沉降、加药过滤预处理方法可提供理想的高质量给水.日东电工/海德能公司介绍的可反洗的微滤和超滤新技术极大地改善了以往的预处理工艺及效能.日东电工/海德能公司的HYDRAcap中空纤维超滤膜技术提供中空丝内径为0.8和1.2 mm两种选择,截留分子量为100 000～150 000道尔顿,膜材质为改性的亲水性聚醚砜,水流方式为内压式（由中空丝内流入）.此文我们将介绍HYDRAcap中空超滤技术的设计和运行结果以及各种应用业绩.
