This paper results from an exploratory investigation regarding the tourist consumer behavior identifying which attractiveness factors from tourist destination define tourist consumer capacity and have importance in his choice In this investigation, a model elaborated based on a detailed situational analysis considering different aspects related with offering and demand that compose the tourist activity dimensions, such as infra structure, tourism potential, geographical factors, climate, economy, cultural and environmental resources public policies and sustainability was adopted. The competitive environment also was analyzed, once tourists have different destinations to their disposal which is attracted for destinations that offer optimum value and the greatest number of benefits. To reach the proposed objectives, an exploratory research through in depth personal interviews with 20 individuals was carried on using snow ball technique aims to identify the possible factors of attractiveness and related degree of importance of each of these possible factors in the tourist consumer behavior. After that, a confirmatory research was conducted with 150 individuals. The sampling process was done using convenience sample and data which were collected between November and December, 2009, through direct proportionally survey divided between man and woman

It is a tendency to construct a tourist destination into a tourist community. This appears to be an appropriate approach to practice sustainable tourism development. Classic tourism, ecotourism and community tourism may be the three stages in tourism development. Classic tourism focuses on how to amuse people and to get best economic benefit. Ecotourism with the concept of sustainable development suggests what we should do in tourism development. Community tourism tells us how we can do to get sustainable tourism development. The differences among them are illustrated in the paper. Having analyzed the formation mechanism of tourist resources, the author investigates classification, stability, and evolution of tourist communities. The four types of tourist communities: natural resources based tourist community, policy oriented tourist community, economy based tourist community, and history sediment tourist community have different stabilities. The paper describes the feedback mechanism and relationship among tourist flows. It also discusses basic development principles of tourist community and points out that the optimization of the structures of a tourist community is the key way to improve the efficiency of tourist flows.

Chongqing Z County E-sports Town was once included in the“first batch of sports and leisure characteristic town pilot project list”issued by the General Administration of Sports of *** several years of development,the e-sports industry in Z County e-sports town has struggled with issues such as a limited market,low popularity,poor business performance,and a lack of income generation *** challenges have severely hindered the town’s development,resulting in its exclusion from the recent“Chongqing characteristic town list.”Under the requirements of new policies,it can no longer promote itself,attract investment,or undertake project construction under the name of a“characteristic town”and must undergo *** paper employs case analysis and comparative investigation methods to conduct an in-depth empirical study on the development of Z County E-sports *** is proposed that under the new policy environment,the town should foster the deep integration of its existing e-sports industry and culture with tourism and agriculture,transforming Z County E-sports Town into a new characteristic tourist *** findings of this paper offer a reference for the development of similar towns facing stagnation and provide case support for the construction of tourist destinations featuring e-sports.

In the era of sustainable development,the ecological impact of the development of the tourism industry has attracted extensive attention from all walks of *** considered,tourism ecological security(TES)is an important link to realize the high-quality development of tourism destinations and promote the construction of ecological *** on keyword discrimination of TES,tourism ecological risk and tourism ecological health,and from the perspective of ecological civilization construction,this paper uses the databases of Web of Science and CNKI as data sources to systematically comb and analyze TES research from the aspects of development process,research methods and research content,and puts forward the prospects for future research on this *** analysis found that research in the TES field presents four main characteristics.(1)The phased characteristic of“germination-exploration-development”is significant,and a relatively standard research framework of“evaluation-influencing factors-early warning-regulation”has been formed.(2)The empirical orientation of the research methods is distinct.(3)The development trend is characterized by small-scale dominance and a large-scale surge.(4)The disciplinary integration and practical combination have been continuously *** with the development trends and hot spots of TES,this paper proposes that the direction and goal of deepening TES research in the future should be carried out from the aspects of strengthening research on thresholds,early warning and regulation,improving the application of big data,constructing the synergistic effect mechanisms between tourism and ecology,and realizing the longitudinal deepening and interconnection of scale research.

The forces of contraction and expansion about the seasons in tourism behave like an imaginary mechanical tourist *** article discusses tourist activities in Bulgaria from 2009 to 2020,predictions concerning Covid-19,and tendencies expected in the last quarter of 2021 till the end of 2022 on data published by the National Statistics Institute and *** system’s dynamics observed before the pandemic crisis in tourism resembles the action of a mechanical spring that shrinks and extends,and we can empirically analyze the process of tourism *** study of this elasticity process of the system allows establishing a model with positive characteristics of the dynamics and further dealing with problems,better clarity in analysis and modeling of prognosis based on the potential of an imaginary mechanical spring concerning the possibility of the tourist destination.

Based on the actual situation of Pai-Medog hiking route, the tourism environmental carrying capacity of this route was calculated in this study. According to the analysis and calculation results and referring to the common control measures of tourism environmental carrying capacity, corresponding control measures were put forward for the Pai-Medog hiking route.

Dongdaihe is a residential and tourist complex under the construction and supported primarily by investments from the Chinese ***,it has the potential for further development due to the current situation,which provides an excellent opportunity to present a new commercial offer to the Russian market of international *** paper focuses on the one of the most promising locations at Northern China as Dongdaihe district sea view resort,which with a proper development approach can become a desirable tourist destination for Russian tourists and make it as a worthy alternative to the existing *** work is devoted to the development of the marketing strategy of Dongdaihe district as a tourist destination,and further implementation of the project on the Russian *** main contents are:Firstly,with the reference to the related theories,the paper represents a complex analysis approach of the external and internal environment of the enterprise on the base of PEST,SWOT,4Ps and Porter's five forces ***,the usage of complex analysis as a main tool to identify strengths and weaknesses of the enterprise in the activities of its internal environment,while assessing the existing opportunities and threats in the external *** comparison analysis of Dongdaihe and Beidaihe resorts also emphasizes essential differences between two tourist destinations in the field of marketing ***,the significance of identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the enterprise,on the base of 4Ps model,propose the set of tactical marketing tools for the response in the target market and therefore set up essential improvements of the current marketing strategy of Dongdaihe district.
