＜正＞Three complete RNA genomic sequences of tobacco vein banding mosaic virus （TVBMV） isolates of China,designed as TVBMV-SDYS1,SDFX1 and SDZC1,had been *** complete genomic RNA sequence of each isolate was 9570nt excluding the poly（A） *** identities of genomic sequences and predicted gene products of them were 97.58%～98.65%and 98.96%～99.32%.No matter the complete genomes or every region of the genomes compared,the three isolates shared much closer identities with isolate HN39 than isolate *** address the most likely part for genetic engineering,we compared the CP and 3’-UTR nucleotide sequences of Chinese TVBMV isolates from GenBank,and the 3’-UTR sequences were much more conserved that can be used to culture transgenic TVBMV-resistant *** study reported three new TVBMV isolates obtained from China besides HN39 and YND published before,and firstly found the potentially best genome sequence to develop transgenic.

＜正＞To develop a multiplex real-time PCR assay using TaqMan probes for the simultaneous detection and quantification of tobacco etch virus（TEV）,Potato virus Y（PVY） and tobacco vein banding mosaic virus（TVBMV）.Specific primer and probe combinations for TEV and TVBMV were developed from the coat protein region of the viral *** detect PVY,a primer and probe combination PVY-Univ F,PVY-Univ R and PVY-Univ P for amplifying the coat protein region of the virus genome was *** detection limit of multiplex real-time PCR for these viruses was 10 copies number/μl of the standard *** multiplex reaction was successful in detection of these three pathogens,with no non-specific amplification and cross-reaction was *** multiplex real-time PCR provides a rapid, effective,specific and sensitive method for the simultaneous detection and quantification of the three pathogens on infected tobacco *** multiplex real-time PCR not only will be useful for diagnostic, ecological,epidemiology and pathogenesis studies,and investigations of host/virus or virus/virus interactions, especially when the host is infected with more than one virus.
