Fabrication of multifunctional catalysts has always been the pursuit of synthetic chemists due to their efficiency,cost-effectiveness,and environmental ***,it is difficult to control multi-step reactions in one-pot,especially the spatial compartmentalization of incompatible active ***,we constructed metal-organic framework(MOF)composites which regulate the location distribution of metal nanoparticles according to the reaction path and coupled with the diffusion of substrates to achieve tandem *** designed UiO-66-Pt-Au catalyst showed good activity and selectivity in hydrosilylation-hydrogenation tandem reaction,because the uniform microporous structures can control the diffusion path of reactants and intermediates,and Pt and Au nanoparticles were arranged in core-shell spatial distribution in *** contrast,the low selectivity of catalysts with random deposition and physical mixture demonstrated the significance of artificial control to the spatial compartmentalization of active sites in tandem catalytic reactions,which provides a powerful approach for designing high-performance and multifunctional heterogeneous catalysts.

We report the development of a new class of multifunctional chiral guanidine/Pd(0)catalyst system for 1,4-addition/arylation tandem reaction.A variety of tetra-substituted allenes were readily accessible from three-component“one-pot”transformations of acyclic or cyclic 2-activated 1,3-enynes,malonates and halobenzenes under mild reaction *** levels of yield and enantioselectivity were achieved in the construction of stereogenic center and axis using readily available acyclic *** mechanistic studies suggest that the guanidine/Pd(0)collaboration has obvious synergism to both base-dominated conjugate addition,and Pd(0)-dominated Heck-type reaction.

An efficient synthesis of functionalized 4H-chromenes by the tandem reaction of β,γ-unsaturated α- ketoesters with 2-naphthols, 1 -naphthols, and 1,3-dihydroxynaphthalenes has been accomplished with high selectivity and excellent yields in the presence of a catalytic amount of bismuth triflate [Bi（OTf）3, 5 mol%] under mild conditions. The functionalized 4H-chromene synthesis and our previous 2H- chromene hemiacetal synthesis could complement each other to enrich reaction diversity.

Aurones(3) have exhibited a wide range of biological activities and have been used as antifungal agents,tyrosinase inhibitors,antioxidants,and *** to the importance of aurones,recently we focused on the catalytic synthesis of aurones and developed different methods for the construction of aurones(Route A&B) On the other hand,in comparison with most of examples using surfactant-free nanoparticles as catalysts,there are few examples reported about the ligand effect on coinage metal nanoparticle-catalyzed ***,several ligand-promoted or ligand & support-promoted,coinage nanoparticle-catalyzed reactions were reported by our groups and the others,3 in which the utilization of ligands proved to be the key role to the ***,we hope to utilize this strategy to achieve a cascade oxidation-cyclization reaction to synthesize aurones directly with 1 as starting material(Route C).It is worthy to note that Cu NPs worked as a bifunctional catalyst in the tandem reaction and were dually activated by bpy ligand and water.
