As economic development level keeps improving in China, quality-oriented education reform is being conducted deeply. talent training of colleges should not just meet teaching objective, but also need to adapt social demand and industrial demand. Social demand becomes the driving force and objective of education reform and can decide the level and quality of professional talent training. As social production goes deep, the demand for marketing talents is on the rise. It is especially necessary to train marketing talents. This paper mainly analyzes current situations and methods of marketing talents in Chinese colleges, in the hope of offering some reference for relevant education departments.

Research on the Talent training mode of Early Education Specialty Under the Background of Industry-Education Integration

With the continuous progress of the society and the rapid development of the industry,the Talent training mode of early education has become an important commodity of education reform.Under the background of the integration of industry and education,the training direction of early education professionals needs to be adjusted and planned.The practice of industry-education integration requires the deep combination of early education specialty with early education institutions and the technical standards of the equivalent industry,so as to build a high-quality platform for the growth of early education professionals.This paper focuses on the current situation of the integration of industry and education,and then makes an in-depth analysis on several reform strategies,so as to lay a solid foundation for the training of early education talents.

Enlightenment of the Talent training mode of Japan's Colleges and Universities to China's five-year Higher Vocational Education

Since Jimei navigation College of Fujian Province started five-year junior college education in 1984,five-year higher vocational education has become one of the important forms of Higher Vocational Education in China.In the 1960s,with the rapid development of Japan's economy,there was a shortage of technical personnel.In order to cultivate a large number of technical personnel in a short period of time,Japan's specialized colleges and universities recruited junior high school graduates,studied in school for five years,and obtained an associate's degree after graduation,which provided a large number of technical personnel for the development of Japan's basic industry manufacturing industry.By combing the development process of Japan's colleges and universities,this paper studies Japan's colleges and universities from the aspects of school running subjects,talent training objectives,training methods and evaluation methods.It can provide the basis and implementation methods for China to better promote the convergence of secondary and higher vocational education,strengthen the training of secondary and higher vocational education,and provide theoretical basis and practical experience for improving the quality of five-year higher vocational education.

In order to adapt to fast development of computer science and technology and the needs of society for applied talents, we put forward the accordance of construction mode of talent cultivation, analyze quality, ability and knowledge frame of applied talents, and present a series of innovation methods of training patterns for applied talents with high qualities in this paper. Experimental results reveal the efficiency of the mode.

在技能型社会建设视域下，技能人才培养不仅是人才强国战略实施的重要抓手，还是保持国际竞争优势的有效路径。遵循当前技能型社会建设和人才强国政策逻辑，培养高质量的技能人才——现场工程师是职业本科教育这一高层次类型化教育的历史使命。从理论逻辑看，人才培养的目标与规格是准确定位职业教育类型化发展路径的依据，现场工程师的核心能力标准体系应契合其跨界性、实践性等职业属性。从实践逻辑看，国际高等工程教育改革强调“回归工程实践”，现场工程师培养须以实践性知识为核心，整体性变革人才培养模式。以全国首批32所职业本科院校321个与工程相关的专业人才培养方案为样本，分析发现当前现场工程师培养普遍存在人才培养目标和高技能劳动力需求不匹配、校企合作育人机制不健全、课程结构对接核心职业能力乏力、教学模式在支持实践性知识生长上失能以及复合型评价体系建设滞缓等问题。为此，未来应围绕现场工程师培养进行路径优化：在目标定位上，进一步强调和区域经济发展的耦合；在培养模式上，革新基于校企互融共生的现代学徒制；在课程建设上，构建符合工程岗位实践取向的模块化课程体系；在教学模式上，重塑基于现场真实工作场域的实践教学模式；在教育教学评价上，完善突出全程性质量监管的多维立体评价体系。通过路径优化，增强现场工程师对经济社会发展、产业转型升级的支撑性和适应性。

College students’innovation and entrepreneurship education has been widely concerned by the society in recent years.Many important research achievements have been made in the theory and practice of innovation and entrepreneurship.A large number of articles on innovation and entrepreneurship education in China published in academic journals in the past 20 years were analyzed.These documents from different aspects discussed the basic concept of innovation and entrepreneurship education,curriculum setting,teaching syllabus,teacher training,Talent training mode,innovative thinking and entrepreneurial ability training.Using literature research method and comparative research method,this paper mainly reviews the literature on the basic connotation of innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students,the reform of Talent training mode,cultivation of innovative thinking and entrepreneurial ability,so as to lay a foundation for further research on innovation and entrepreneurship education.

随着产业结构的不断优化升级，对企业职工的专业素养和技术技能提出了新的更高要求。目前，我国企业职工职业继续教育存在诸多问题，迫切需要加快改革、创新校企合作办学模式和人才培养模式。福建开放大学企业职工“二元制”继续教育是全国首创把职业教育“双元制”引入成人教育领域的创新研究项目，该项目将开放教育与职业教育理念相结合，以企业职工能力与学历双提升为目标，创建以7个“二元”为主要特征的人才培养新模式，通过4年多的探索与实践，取得了良好的成效。针对2017年以来探索与实践中存在的不足与问题，从政策、企业、学校三个端口入手，提出进一步优化办学环境、推进产教融合、提升人才培养质量等改进策略与措施。
