The joint European Space Agency and Chinese Academy of Sciences Solar wind Magnetosphere Ionosphere Link Explorer(smile)mission will explore global dynamics of the magnetosphere under varying solar wind and interplanetary magnetic field conditions,and simultaneously monitor the auroral response of the Northern Hemisphere *** these large-scale responses with medium and fine-scale measurements at a variety of cadences by additional ground-based and space-based instruments will enable a much greater scientific impact beyond the original goals of the smile ***,we describe current community efforts to prepare for smile,and the benefits and context various experiments that have explicitly expressed support for smile can offer.A dedicated group of international scientists representing many different experiment types and geographical locations,the Ground-based and Additional Science Working Group,is facilitating these *** include constructing an online smile Data Fusion Facility,the discussion of particular or special modes for experiments such as coherent and incoherent scatter radar,and the consideration of particular observing strategies and spacecraft *** anticipate growing interest and community engagement with the smile mission,and we welcome novel ideas and insights from the solar-terrestrial community.

The smile(Solar wind Magnetosphere Ionosphere Link Explorer)project(http://***/smile/,https://***/web/smile/mission)is a joint spacecraft mission of the European Space Agency(ESA)and the Chinese Academy of Sciences(CAS)with an expected launch in *** aims to study the global interactions of solar wind–magnetosphere–ionosphere innovatively by imaging the Earth’s magnetosheath and cusps in soft X-rays and the northern auroral region in ultraviolet(UV)while simultaneously measuring plasma and magnetic field parameters in the solar wind and magnetosheath along a highly-elliptical and highly-inclined *** special issue is composed of 22 articles,presenting recent progress in modeling and data analysis techniques developed for the smile *** this preface,we categorize the articles into the following seven topics and provide brief summaries:(1)instrument descriptions of the Soft X-ray Imager(SXI),(2)numerical modeling of the X-ray signals,(3)data processing of the X-ray images,(4)boundary tracing methods from the simulated images,(5)physical phenomena and a mission concept related to the scientific goals of smile-SXI,(6)studies of the aurora,and(7)ground-based support for smile.

目的研究飞秒激光小切口角膜基质透镜取出术(smile)后角膜后表面高度的变化及其影响因素。方法回顾分析smile近视矫正患者285例(559眼)。比较术前、术后1天、术后1周、术后1月顶点及以顶点为圆心2mm、4mm、6mm直径范围上0°、90°、180°、270°角膜后表面高度的变化。计算术后与术前的差值,分析变化量与年龄、术前等效球镜度数、角膜厚度、透镜厚度、角膜帽厚度、透镜直径、残余角膜厚度、角膜帽厚度/角膜厚度、透镜厚度/角膜厚度及后表面曲率的相关性。结果术后1天、术后1周、术后1月时角膜顶点、2mm环、4mm环、6mm环处的后表面高度较术前差异均有统计学意义(F=52.01,P0.05)。术后1天、术后1周、术后1月在顶点和2mm环处表面高度变化为后移,与术前角膜后表面K1、K2、Km值呈正相关(r>0,Psmile术后发生后表面扩张的可能性小。对于角膜后表面曲率过大或过小的患者选择手术时应慎重。

评估smile和FS-LASIK两种手术方式对高度近视患者角膜稳定性及视觉质量的影响。方法采用回顾性分析选取我院于2020年6月-2021年6月期间收诊的96例高度近视患者,根据治疗方式分为smile组与FS-LASIK组,各48例。比较这两种方法对患者角膜稳定性和视觉质量的影响。结果术后1、3mo的跟踪观察中,与术前相比,两组患者的角膜最薄点显著降低(p0.05)。在术后1mo,smile组的角膜最薄点高度高于FS-LASIK组(psmile组的该高度低于FS-LASIK组,差异不显著(p>0.05)。在术后1、3mo,smile组的角膜后表面高度普遍低于FS-LASIK组,无统计学意义(p>0.05)。术后1mo,两组患者客观散射指数(OSI)与术前比较升高,且smile组低于FS-LASIK组(psmile组低于FS-LASIK组,无统计学差异(p>0.05)。术后1mo,两组患者的调制传递函数截止频率(MTF cut-off)较术前降低,且smile组高于FS-LASIK组(psmile组高于FS-LASIK组,无统计学差异(p>0.05)。smile组的斯特列比(SR)在术后1、3mo均高于FS-LASIK组,但无统计学差异(p>0.05)。结论 smile手术在术后早期对高度近视患者的视觉质量改善方面显示出一定的优势,特别是在OSI和MTF cut-off值方面。但就角膜稳定性而言,smile和FS-LASIK手术之间无显著差异。这表明smile手术是高度近视患者的一个更佳选择,尤其是在考虑早期视觉质量改善方面。

[目的]探讨不同程度近视患者行飞秒激光小切口角膜基质内透镜取出术(smile)术后不同时间干眼情况。[方法]收集行smile的近视患者150例,按照近视程度分为三组:高度近视组、中度近视组、低度近视组,每组50例,取右眼数据进行研究。比较三组患者术前及术后1周、1个月、6个月、1年的干眼指标[泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、泪液分泌试验(ST)读数、眼表疾病指数量表(OSDI)评分]。[结果]三组患者术前干眼指标无统计学差异(P>0.05),术后1周、1个月高度近视组BUT短于低度、中度近视组,ST读数低于低度、中度近视组,OSDI评分明显高于低度、中度近视组(均P0.05);术后6个月、术后1年三组的各干眼指标比较无统计学差异(均P>0.05)。[结论]不同近视程度患者进行smile,高度近视者术后6个月内干眼情况比低度、中度近视者严重,6个月后不同近视程度患者的干眼情况相似,smile术后远期干眼情况与近视程度不存在明显关联。
