Many researches have shown that over 80 percent of the accidents in coal mines may be caused due to human unsafe *** of the main contributing factors to unsafe behavior of miners was operation technique,*** incorrect operation and peccancy,which resulted in *** article proposed a practicable solution to how we can make the miners operate expertly and correctly and check their operation *** is a most newly interactive virtual *** the development of interface of the intuition figure,developers can use the Virtools to construct the complex procedure of interaction application,which can simultaneously satisfy the needs of the non-procedure background designer and the high-level *** it was combined with 3DSMAX modeling software,the simulation of miner’s safety behavior on the computer could be *** research emphasized particularly on the application of virtual reality technology in the miners’ behavior and it was designed to realize the movement simulation of miners’ safety behavior by means of the Virtools *** system was proved that simulation effect was good,exploitation flow was fast,and it was easily *** was also verified that it had the functions of controlling virtual behavior,and interaction form was various,which lively added a third dimension to miners and made miners be personally on the scene.

Building on recent work in occupational safety,the present research investigated the relationship between leader-member exchange (LMX) and in-role safety *** predicted that higher quality LMX may produce employees’ stronger motivation for reciprocity,which may lead to not only more extra-role safety behavior (Hofmann,et al.,2003),but also more in-role safety *** were collected among work units in a power supplying company in *** findings indicated a moderating effect of safety climate on the hypothesized relationship between LMX and safety behavior,so that LMX was positively associated with safety behavior when safety climate was high,while it was negatively associated with safety behavior when safety climate was *** of our findings for social exchange theory and safety management were discussed.

In this paper, the key factors and their interrelationship influencing the coal mining workers’ safety behaviors were analyzed. By adopting Systematic Dynamics （SD） theory and method, the dynamic analysis was made of these factors;based upon stimulation, prediction of the developmental trend in human safety behaviors was also made in coal mine enterprises under the conditions of a certain safety investment. As a consequence, the quantitative and dynamic relationship between safety investment increasing rate and the human safety behavior level was comparatively analyzed, with the hope of helping the managers make scientific decision on safety investment and providing a new thinking for the mining safety management decision.

Oral but not written test anxiety is related to social anxiety

AIM To examine the associations of test anxiety(TA) in written vs oral exam situations with social anxiety(SA).METHODS A convenience sample of 204 students was recruited at the Technische Universit?t Dresden(TU Dresden,Germany) and contacted via e-mail asking to complete a cross-sectional online survey based on established *** study protocol was approved by the ethics committee of the TU *** data of n = 96 students were available for dependent t-tests and correlation analyses on the associations of SA and TA respectively with trigger events,cognitions,safety behaviors,physical symptoms and *** were run using *** Levels of TA were higher for fear in oral exams than for fear in written exams(M = 48.1,SD = 11.5 vs M = 43.7,SD = 10.1 P 0.05;Pearson's r = 0.223,P > 0.05).Compared to written TA,triggerevents were more often reported for oral TA(18.2% vs 30.3%,P = 0.007);which was also accompanied more often by test-anxious cognitions(7.9% vs 8.5%,P = 0.001),safety behavior(8.9% vs 10.3%,P < 0.001) and physical symptoms(for all,P < 0.001).CONCLUSION Written,but not oral TA emerged being unrelated to SA and may rather not be considered as a typical facet of SA disorder.
