Microlens arrays(MLAs)based on the selective wetting have opened new avenues for developing compact and miniaturized imaging and display techniques with ultrahigh resolution beyond the traditional bulky and volumetric ***,the selective wetting lenses explored so far have been constrained by the lack of precisely defined pattern for highly controllable wettability contrast,thus limiting the available droplet curvature and numerical aperture,which is a major challenge towards the practical high-performance *** we report a mold-free and self-assembly approach of mass-production of scalable MLAs,which can also have ultrasmooth surface,ultrahigh resolution,and the large tuning range of the *** selective surface modification based on tunable oxygen plasma can facilitate the precise pattern with adjusted chemical contrast,thus creating large-scale microdroplets array with controlled *** numerical aperture of the MLAs can be up to 0.26 and precisely tuned by adjusting the modification intensity or the droplet *** fabricated MLAs have high-quality surface with subnanometer roughness and allow for record-high resolution imaging up to equivalently 10,328 ppi,as we *** study shows a cost-effective roadmap for mass-production of high-performance MLAs,which may find applications in the rapid proliferating integral imaging industry and high-resolution display.

The genus Laureola was established by Barnard(1960)for some species previously ascribed to the genus Akermania Collinge,*** genus is mainly defined by the head with a well-developed frontal shield and a pair of long antennae;the foliaceous body with long spines or spiniform tubercles on the dorsum,all the epimera are pointed except for the first pereonite with a blunted round epimera,pereonites 1,2 and often 3 with ventral lobes,and all the pereopods are long and frail;most species with triangular telson except for ***(Vandel,1973)and *** Schmalfuss&Ferrara,1983 have rectangular distal parts,uropod protopodite is normally triangular,and the exopodite is well-developed;epimera of pleon segments 3–5 with acute apical tips,all the pleopods exopodites are present,and equipped with pseudotracheae(Schmalfuss&Ferrara,1983).

Electrophysiological recording is a widely used method to investigate cardiovascular pathology,pharmacology and developmental *** arrays record the electrical potential of cells in a minimally invasive and highthroughput ***,commonly used microelectrode arays primarily employ planar microelectrodes and cannot work in applications that require a recording of the intracellular action potential of a single *** this study,we proposed a novel measuring method that is able to record the intracellular action potential of a single cardiomyocyte by using a nanowell patterned microelectrode array(NWMEA).The NWMEA consists of five nanoscale wells at the center of each circular planar *** pulse electroporation was applied to the NWMEA to penetrate the cardiomyocyte membrane,and the intracellular action potential was continuously *** intracellular potential recording of cardiomyocytes by the NWMEA measured a potential signal with a higher quality(213.76±25.85%),reduced noise root-mean-square(~33%),and higher signal-to-noise ratio(254.36±12.61%)when compared to those of the extracellular *** to previously reported nanopillar microelectrodes,the NWMEA could ensure single cell electroporation and acquire high-quality action potential of cardiomyocytes with reduced fabrication *** NWMEA-based biosensing system is a promising tool to record the intracellular action potential of a single cell to broaden the usage of microelectrode arrays in electrophysiological investigation.
