＜正＞In order to adapt to the rapidly changing competitive environment,market competition of enterprise has be- come competition of *** and evaluation of suppliers in the supply-chain have become a key problem that enterprise must pay attention to while establishing supply-chain with competitive *** on-time delivery ratio of suppliers is a very important indicator in the selection and evaluation systems of *** can be regarded as a computing method estimating whether cooperative relationship between bilateral partners is smooth or ***, it is calculated according to the ratio between on-time delivery in batches and total batches delivered or the ratio between on-time delivery quantity and total quantity in the ***,the algorithm is too simple to exactly and objectively evaluate the on-time delivery ratio of *** to the characteristics of more complex,more outer materials, big difference of products in discrete manufacturing,this paper synthetically takes the product quality,the delay days and the quantitative contrast of other factors into consideration based on former algorithm,combining with the practice of concession management of unqualified products in enterprise on the basis of the quality characteristics,the degree of im- portance,and the economic value of outer materials often,and finally establishes a quantitative evaluation model of on- time delivery ratio of suppliers based on the concession management of unqualified *** calculating and analy- zing this model,this paper discusses the strategy that enterprise encourage suppliers how to improve their on-time deliv- ery ratio in the environment of supply-chain,analyzes and approves the validity and rationality of the model applied in suppliers performance evaluation with actual case.

In this paper, decision making in complex environment is considered and an approach integrating quantitative decision model with qualitative judgment is proposed. The concept of belief degree for quantitative decision model in a complex environment is presented. The integration in formulation and reasoning of quantitative model with qualitative judgment is studied. The combination of various belief degree generated by quantitative model and qualitative judgment is discussed. A decision rule of tradeoff between optimality and belief degree of optimality is proposed.

The stretching process of some Tertiary rift basins in eastern China is characterized by multiphase rifting. A multiple instantaneous uniform stretching model is proposed in this paper to simulate the formation of the basins as the rifting process cannot be accurately described by a simple (one episode) stretching model. The study shows that the multiphase stretching model, combined with the back-stripping technique, can be used to reconstruct the subsidence history and the stretching process of the lithosphere, and to evaluate the depth to the top of the asthenosphere and the deep thermal evolution of the basins. The calculated results obtained by applying the quantitative model to the episodic rifting process of the Tertiary Qiongdongnan and Yinggehai basins in the South China Sea are in agreement with geophysical data and geological observations. This provides a new method for quantitative evaluation of the geodynamic process of multiphase rifting occurring during the Tertiary in eastern China.

Betavoltaic cells(BCs)are promising self-generating power cells with long life and high power ***,the low energy conversion efficiency(ECE)has limitations in practical engineering *** semiconductors(WBGSs)with three-dimensional(3-D)nanostructures are ideal candidates for increasing the ECE of *** paper proposes hydrothermally grown ZnO nanorod arrays(ZNRAs)for ^(63)Ni-powered BCs.A quantitative model was established for simulation using the parameter values of the dark characteristics,which were obtained from the experimental measurements for a simulated BC based on a Ni-incorporated ZNRAs *** Carlo(MC)modeling and simulation were conducted to obtain the values of the β energy deposited in ZNRAs with different nanorod spacings and *** the simulation and optimization of the 3-D ZNRAs and 2-D ZnO bulk structures,the performance of the ^(63)Ni-powered BCs based on both structures was evaluated using a quantitative *** BCs based on the 3-D ZNRAs structure and 2-D ZnO bulk structure achieved a maximum ECE of 10.1%and 4.69%,respectively,which indicates the significant superiority of 3-D nanostructured WBGSs in increasing the ECE of BCs.

The relationships of cooling rate with microstructure and thermal conductivity of vermicular graphite cast iron(VGI) cylinder block were studied, which are important for design and optimization of the casting process of VGI cylinder blocks. Cooling rates at different positions in the cylinder block were calculated based on the cooling curves recorded with a solidification simulation software. The metallographic structure and thermal conductivity were observed and measured using optical microscopy(OM), scanning electrical microscopy(SEM) and laser flash diffusivity apparatus, respectively. The effects of the cooling rate on the vermicularity, total and average areas of all graphite particles, and the pearlite fraction in the VGI cylinder block were investigated. It is found that the vermicularity changes in parabola trend with the increase of cooling rate. The total area of graphite particles and the cooling rate at eutectoid stage can be used to predict pearlite fraction well. Moreover, it is found that the thermal conductivity at room temperature is determined by the average area of graphite particles and pearlite fraction when the range of vermicularity is from 80% to 93%. Finally, the quantitative models are established to calculate the vermicularity, pearlite fraction, and thermal conductivity of the VGI cylinder block.

Counter-rotating electrochemical machining(CRECM)is a novel shaping method with advantages in processing revolving parts,especially engine ***,few researchers have studied the anodic behaviour of the counter-rotating *** paper aims to analyse the anode dissolution behaviour of TA15 and obtain desired surface qualities in *** anodic characteristics were measured by polarization and cyclic voltammetry curves,and the passive-trans passive behaviour of TA15 was *** electrode surface structures at different stages were analysed using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS),and a quantitative dissolution model was established to illustrate the electrochemical dissolution and structural evolution of the revolving surfaces.A series of CRECM experiments were conducted,and three stages(pitting corrosion,pitting expansion,and smoothing)were detected according to the current *** the first stage,an oxide film with small pores was formed initially on the metal surface when exposed to *** air-formed oxide film was broken down locally during the electrochemical reaction process,resulting in the occurrence of *** the increase of electricity,the oxide layer became thinner,and the pitting areas expanded and began to connect with each *** this stage,the surface quality was poor owing to the uneven material *** the amount of electricity approximately reached a constant,the oxide layer was completely removed,and a very thin salt film was generated at the metal-electrolyte *** this stage,the material was dissolved uniformly,and the surface was smooth without pitting *** on the obtained results,anode workpieces with grid-like convex structures were fabricated using *** the revolving surface and the sidewalls of the convex structures can be controlled from pitting to smoothness.

MicroRNA （miRNA） plays key roles in post-transcriptional regulations. Recently, a competing endogenous RNA （ceRNA） hypothesis has been proposed that miRNA targets could communicate and regulate each other through titrating shared miRNAs, which provides a new layer of gene regulation. Though a number of ceRNAs playing biological functions have been identified, the ceRNA hypothesis remains controversial. Recent experimental and theoretical studies argued that the modulation of a single RNA species could hardly change the expression level of competing miRNA targets through ceRNA effect under normal physiological conditions. Here, we reviewed a common framework to model miRNA regulations, and summarized the current theoretical and experimental studies for quantitative understanding ceRNA effect. By revisiting a coarse-grained ceRNA model, we proposed that network topology could significantly influence the competing effect and ceRNA regulation at protein level could be much stronger than that at RNA level. We also provided a conditional independent binding equation to describe miRNA relative repression on different target, which could be applied to quantify siRNA off-target effect.

Rapid Survey of Total Protein Content in Mycelia of Oyster Mushroom Based on Near Infrared Spectroscopy

Using the total protein content in mycelia of oyster mushroom cultured in plate medium as the index, the spectral information in 1 000-1 799 nm region was collected to establish a quantitative prediction model for the parameters of strains through partial least squares regression combined with chemometrics. The results showed that the optimal spectral pretreatment method was the combination of Savitzky-Golay smoothing＋Savitzky-Golay derivative＋MSC＋Mean-Centefing. Parameters of the quantitative model including RC, SEC, RP, SEP, MF, SEP /SEC were all in the reasonable regions. The correlation coefficient of the real value and predictive value of the model was 0.672 63. The prediction model had better reliability, robustness and predictive effects, so it could be used for protein content detection in mycelia.

An architecture for online discovery quantitative models system of service performance management is proposed. The system is capable of constructing the quantitative models without prior knowledge of the managed elements. The model can be updated continuously in response to the changes made in provider configurations and the evolution of business demands. Due to the existence of strong correlation between the distributed service metrics and response times, linear and hyper-linear quantitative models are constructed, which respectively, use stepwise multiple linear regression algorithm. The simulation results show the effectiveness of a quantitative model constructing system and model constructing algorithms.
