A Research on University Postgraduates＇ Innovation Practice Ability promotion strategy

There is no doubt that college postgraduates should improve their ability of innovation practice, keep pace with the times, and strive for realism the innovation, in order to keep up with the development pace of the times. So far, our country postgraduates＇ innovation practice ability is not desirable, which are not completely get rid of the dependence on teachers. For this reason, how to improve postgraduates＇ innovation practice ability become a realistic problem in front of educators in colleges and universities. This paper fries to put forward several strategies of enhancing university postgraduates＇ innovation practice ability.

With the application of the internet,big data,and artificial intelligence(AI)in education,a new form of textbook construction has been developed,promoting digital textbook ***,problems during digital textbook construction still *** study analyzes the necessity of intelligent textbook development and explains the educational characteristics of intelligent textbooks,such as intelligent adaptation learning,intelligent guidance,accompanying evaluation,and in-depth learning interaction from the perspective of instruction ***,combining the technical advantages of AI,including knowledge mapping,learning analysis,online tracking,learner digital profiles,and in-depth interaction,and taking existing achievements for reference,it describes the methods and strategies of intelligent textbooks to achieve corresponding educational functions and also makes interpretation with specific *** the educational and engineering characteristics of intelligent textbooks,this study analyzes the strategies for promoting the construction of intelligent textbooks from adhering to the instruction theory,paying attention to the iteration of practice,and adopting technical methods to supervise and regulate.

The aim of this paper is to identify and study the recent problem encountered by University of Central Lancashire in China,and their respective staff members who are stationed inside and outside of China,in their recruitment of mainland Chinese students in various programs and schemes that fall within the umbrella of *** a major problem of UCLan（and the one that is expressed directly by many different people）is the dropping of rankings in various league tables in the past five years,there are other avenues through which students may be recruited and influenced outside the simple statement of ranking-especially in comparison with other schools holding a higher ranking than *** correctly and responsibly solve these problems,two different marketing theories are explored through various academic literature and online academic and professional *** main theory explored in this research is promotional *** this paper looks at the current story of UCLan within China in this area of higher education promotion,both in China and *** this section,the current problems that are facing UCLan are also analyzed ***,the case analysis section presents a target market analysis,a partial PEST analysis on the sociocultural condition of potential consumers,an in-depth competitive analysis of 3 different major competitors are explained,and finally an analysis of the current promotional strategy of ***,several short-term and long-term solutions were developed to solve the problem of recruitment for UCLan which included an increased budget and focus on video/social media direct marketing,a decrease in focus on the over-professional public account,a re-training of public relation officials of UCLan,and two new program offerings: combination of internship and master’s program for international students,and a restructuring of the pre-sessional program to allow for easier entry requirements for potential *** addition,i

For the future development of a commercial aircraft corporation, this paper focused on the research and technological innovation model in an industrial chain and explored how to promote the sustainable development of technological innovation on the basis of the Chinese aviation industry. It puts forward several ways to reinforce cooperation, such as strengthening policies and regulations, government＇s support for research cooperations, accelerating construction of the production-teaching-research oriented public technology platform and service system, and firming the industry awareness of universities and research institutes, and so on.

Goal Evolution and promotion Strategies of Rural Revitalization in the View of Common Prosperity

Rural revitalization is not only an important development goal for the Chinese government, but also a path to development. It is a crucial strategic choice of socialism with Chinese characteristics in a new epoch that to achieve both urban-rural and intrarural prosperity in the course of promoting rural revitalization. In the context of common prosperity, the key to achieving rural revitalization is to strive for the year 2050 long-term objectives of “robust agriculture, beautiful countryside and well-off farmers”, while also accelerating efforts to meet the mid-term targets of “improving the quality and efficiency of agriculture, making rural areas suitable to live and work, and ensuring farmers are affluent and well-off”. In terms of a strategic path, it is vital to combine endogenous growth with a sharing mechanism, with the former aiming to stimulate the internal vitality of rural areas and unleash their growth potential, and the latter to ensure that wealth is shared among all people and access to basic public services is made equal. To implement the strategy, it is suggested to take a regionally differentiated approach and a classification differentiated approach by scientifically grasping rural differences and identifying policy priorities, and explore innovative and diversified mechanisms of rural common prosperity.

It has been 30 years since the first mobile phone entered Chinese market in 1989. As it has changed from "luxury" of a few people to common consumer goods with high popularity, market competition of mobile phone sales industry is becoming increasingly fierce. College students have formed a special consumer group due to their unformed sales habits and great plasticity. They have limited consumption ability but pursue new things. Their consumption status is quite different, which is of great research value. Therefore, this study designs a marketing decision support system for college students. Starting from the mobile sales management business and combining with the decision support system, this study deeply studied the key technologies and implementation approaches of the mobile sales decision support system, including data mining, data warehouse technology and model library to help enterprises better seize the student market and gain competitive advantages.

从管理走向治理，是应对中国转型时期环境高风险的必然选择，也是提升环境综合治理能力，进而推动国家治理能力与治理体系现代化的重要保障。基于风险治理的研究视角，以中国环境风险治理转型的缘由为研究出发点，重点关注转型背后的动力机制，并据此提出四个具体的推进策略。通过研究发现，环境风险治理转型的动力机制只有依赖于外部动力与内部动力的有效对接与耦合，才能实现合法性与有效性的统一。其中，外部动力包括环境风险诉求的拉力、国家价值认知变迁的引导力、传统风险管理体制的压力以及风险治理理论的支撑力；内部动力包括利益需求的驱动力、参与激励的推动力与治理能力的保障力。
