A polymer-based carbon nano-tubes (CNTs) composite with high electromagnetic (EM) wave shielding effectiveness (SE) and with high mechanical property is developed for packaging of electronic modulus or *** liquid crystal polymers (LCP) and melamine formaldehydes (MF) polymer are used to study the orientation effect of CNTs in various polymeric *** influences of orientation,aspect ratio,and mass fraction of CNTs upon the shielding effectiveness (SE) of CNTs-composites are *** higher the orientation,aspect ratio,and weight percentages of nano-materials are, the higher the SE of the carbon *** highest SE for the CNTs/LCP nano composite obtained is more than 62 dB. This results may lead to the developing for CPU IC chip packaging.

Wood packaging waste with a high recycling value is one of the main components of packaging ***,most research has been focused on natural wood,and less is known about the recycling of wood-based panel waste commonly used in *** paper examined the pyrolysis of common urea-formaldehyde(UF)resin particleboard,including the decomposition characteristics of its nitrogen-containing adhesives,the product types,and how they are *** samples and pyrolysis products were analyzed by infrared *** results showed that the UF resin was the main contributor to the release of ammonia(NH3)and hydrogen cyanide(HCN).At low temperatures,more NH3 was released than the HCN,and at high temperatures,the reverse was true.A high heating rate promoted the release of the NH_(3) and *** UF resin and wood in the particleboard interacted and caused the release of the NH3 and *** results provide a reference for further study of the thermochemical regeneration of wood-based packaging waste.

Light emitting diodes(LEDs)have accounted for most of the lighting market as the technology matures and costs continue to *** a new type of e-waste,LED is a double-edged sword,as it contains not only precious and rare metals but also organic packaging *** previous studies,LED recycling focused on recovering precious and strategic metals while ignoring harmful substances such as organic packaging *** crushing and other traditional methods,hydrothermal treatment can provide an environment-friendly process for decomposing packaging *** work developed a closed reaction vessel,where the degradation rate of plastic polyphthalamide(PPA)was close to 100%,with nano-TiO_(2)encapsulated in plastic PPA being efficiently recovered,while metals contained in LED were also recycled ***,the role of water in plastic PPA degradation that has been overlooked in current studies was explored and speculated in detail in this *** impact assessment revealed that the proposed recycling route for waste LED could significantly reduce the overall environmental impact compared to the currently published *** the developed method could reduce more than half the impact of global ***,this research provides a theoretical basis and a promising method for recycling other plastic-packaged e-waste devices,such as integrated circuits.

Effects of Substitution of Sm for Bi in BiFeO3 Thin Films Prepared by the Sol-Gel Method

Bi1-xSmxFeO3 films with x= 0, 0.03, 0.05, 0.07 and 0.10 are prepared on LaNiO3/Si（100） substrates by the sol-gel method. X-ray diffraction patterns reveal that pure phase films with random orientations are fabricated. The results of SEM indicate that films with denser surfaces are obtained by Sm substitution. At the doping level of x=0.05, remnant polarization Pr increases to 3.19 μC/cm2 from 1.12 μC/cm2 of the un-substituted BiFeO3 film and shows enhanced ferroelectricity at room temperature. Because of the low leakage current density in the high electric field region, a polarization hysteresis loop with remanent polarization of 5.15 μC/cm2 is observed in the 0.10 Sm-substituted BiFeO3 films at the applied electric field of 226 kV/cm. Through the substitution of Sm, the leakage current density is reduced for the films with x= 0.07-0.10.

The sputtering parameter mediated composition （SPMC） effect of 3.0-μm-thick SmCo-based films is experimentally and theoretically studied. The experimental results give a clear indication that the Sm concentration increases with the decreasing sputtering power or with the increasing Ar gas pressure, which are in agreement with the calculated values when the preferential sputtering effect is disregarded. The SPMC effect provides an opportunity for the same composite target to fabricate films with an Sm concentration varying from 13.8at.% to 17.3at.%, which is reasonable for the magnetic phase transformation （Sm2Co17→SmCo7→SmCo5） and the enhanced coercivity.
