Study of seismic behavior of phc piles with partial normal-strength deformed bars

Nine phc piles with partial normal-strength deformed bars were prepared in present study,and cyclic loading tests were implemented to evaluate these piles’seismic performance.The influence of the axial compression ratio and the amount of normal-strength deformed bars on failure modes,crack patterns,strength,stiffness,and ductility were examined.The test findings indicate that the change of axial compression ratio has a noticeable influence on the failure mode of phc piles.A larger axial compression ratio results in a higher cracking bending resistance,ultimate bending resistance,and initial stiffness,but the propagation heights of flexural cracks decrease as the axial compression ratio increases.Furthermore,increasing the amount of normal-strength deformed bars causes a slight decrease in ductility.Finally,a calculation formula was proposed to predict the flexural capacity of phc piles with partial normal-strength deformed bars.

DNA was extracted from NIH 3T3 cells transformed with DNAs from human primary hepatic cancer （phc） and Hepatoma 7402 cell line. The transformant DNA was analyzed by Southern transfer and hybridization withP-labeled probes of various oncogenes.The EcoRI 7.2 and 9.0 kb bands characteristic of human N-ras gene were identified in transformed NIH 3T3 cells derived both from phc and 7402 DNA. The BamHI 6.6kb band characteristic of human c-Ha-ras I was present only in 7402 transformants, but not in phc transformants.UsingS-methionine incorporation, immunoprecipitation with anti-p21 monoclonal antibodies, SDS-PAGE and autoradiography, it was demonstrated that p21 synthesis was remarkably enhanced in 1402 cells as well as in transformed cells derived from both 7402 and phc DNA.Taking the data together, it. strongly implies that N-ras is one of the transforming genes for human liver cancer.

In the peroid of confusion after the Korean War, there was an absolute shortage in the volume of food. The intake of energy and all other nutrients fell short of the recommended dietary intake. To solve the food shortage, there were many food assistant programs through the government channel. With the economic developments during past years, now, there are enough foods for everyone. Thus, food assistant program, which has been the only nutrition program in the government, is no longer needed except for low-income families.Currently, there are not enough nutrition programs in the government. In 1994, about 30 public health center start nutrition programs with the help of Korean Dietetic Association.In this study, kinds of nutrition programs, age, sex and number of participants, the content of programs are studied. The effects of nutrition programs are partially evaluated.Also, problems with current nutrition programs are discussed. Finally, future directions of nutrition programs in the public health centers are discussed

Patient satisfaction is a crucial measure of healthcare quality and plays a vital role in ensuring effective healthcare systems. This study aims to assess the level of patient satisfaction with primary healthcare services in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, identify social factors affecting satisfaction, and determine the reasons behind dissatisfaction and how to improve satisfaction. The study employed a cross-sectional observational design and included a random sample of 400 patients from primary healthcare centers in Riyadh. Data were collected using an electronic questionnaire and analyzed using SPSS software. The study found that patients were generally satisfied with the primary healthcare services provided in Riyadh, with high levels of satisfaction reported for booking appointments, triage services, and emergency care. However, some aspects of the healthcare experience, such as long waiting times and the physical design of healthcare centers, need improvement. These findings can be used to inform the development of policies and interventions aimed at enhancing healthcare quality in Saudi Arabia.

软土地区土体工程性质较差,土体所能提供的桩侧阻力较小,限制了phc管桩承载性能的发挥.预应力高强混凝土竹节桩(PHDC桩)桩身每隔一定距离存在一个突出的竹节节点,竹节节点能够增加桩基的桩侧承载性能,从而提高桩基的极限承载力.为了研究PHDC桩在软土地基中的承载性能,进行了一系列PHDC桩和phc管桩的现场静载试验,通过对试验结果的分析,得出以下结论:PHDC桩施工过程对桩周土体的扰动程度较大;当休止期为15 d时,PHDC桩周围的土体强度未恢复,PHDC桩的极限承载力远低于设计值;当休止期增加到40 d时,350(400)mmPHDC桩的极限承载力与400 mm直径的phc管桩的极限承载力相同,说明当PHDC桩的桩周土体强度恢复时,PHDC桩的承载性能优于phc管桩的承载性能;休止期为40 d时,3号和4号PHDC桩达到极限承载力时的桩顶位移值分别为桩身直径的9.46%和7.37%,大于phc管桩达到极限承载力时所需要的桩顶沉降值.

THE EXPRESSIONS OF HBV X GENE AND ets-2, IGF-Ⅰ, c-myc AND N-ras ONCOGENES IN HUMAN HEPATOCELLULAR CARCINOMA AND TUMOR-ADJACENT TISSUES

The results showed that specific 17 and 28 kD HBV X gene products (HBxAg) were existed in a portion of PHC and tumor-adjacent tissues. The 17 kD HBxAg was detected in the sera of 3 patients who also had 17 kD HBxAg in their liver tissues. Multiple expressions of oncogenes such as ets-2 c-myc and N-ras were observed in PHC and tumor-adjacent tissues that had HBxAg expressed indicating HBxAg might function as a transactivator in the course of intracellular proto-oncogene activation. It is also observed that in some tumor-adjacnet tissues the expressions of ets-2 c-myc and N-ras were higher than those in corresponding PHC. The relationship of HBxAg to the expression of est-2 IGF-Ⅱ c-myc and their possible roles in the carcinogenesis of PHC are discussed.

地铁车辆段站场后期土方填筑量较大,若路基地基加固不到位,常常会发生较大的工后沉降,这种现象在软弱地层中更易发生。以杭州软弱地层地铁车辆段phc桩加固地基工程为例,探讨了软弱土层力学特性对管桩的影响,提出了地铁车辆段管桩加固地基关键施工技术,分析了管桩的施工效果。结果表明:不同地层对管桩承载力影响较大;管桩的极限承载力随着时间的增长而增大,且管桩施工完成后,前7天时间内,承载力增长速率较快;phc桩单桩承载力极限试验值曲线在1050kN上下波动,均大于设计值1000kN。通过工程实践,说明phc桩在软弱土层中应用效果较好。

目的:探讨血清鳞状细胞癌抗原(SCC)、糖类抗原125(CA125)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、微小RNA-29a(miR-29a)水平联合检测对原发性肝癌(phc)患者诊断效能的影响。方法:选取我院2019年8月-2022年2月收治的82例phc患者为phc组,同期82例良性肝病患者为良性肝病组。比较两组入院时、不同病理学参数phc患者血清SCC、CA125、CEA、miR-29a水平,并分析血清SCC、CA125、CEA、miR-29a水平与病理学参数相关性以及联合检测对phc的诊断价值。结果:与良性肝病组相比,入院时phc组血清SCC、CA125、CEA、miR-29a水平较高(P无门静脉癌栓,肿瘤直径≥4cm高于肿瘤直径4.55ng/mL)、CA125水平(>54.85U/mL)、CEA水平(>11.05ng/L)、miR-29a水平(≥0.61)为phc发生的危险因素(Pphc的AUC为0.898,优于各指标单一诊断(Pphc患者血清SCC、CA125、CEA、miR-29a水平呈高表达状态,联合应用时具有较高诊断价值,可为临床早期制定治疗方案提供可靠依据。
