Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of the plan-do-check-act(PDCA)cycle method in the nursing management of head ***:68 patients who were hospitalized in the general surgery department were used as research *** patients were divided into an experimental group and a reference group,with 34 cases in each group,by drawing *** experimental group was managed with the PDCA *** management satisfaction,nursing quality score,and nursing effect of both groups were compared with each ***:The patients in the experimental group were generally more satisfied with the nursing services compared to the reference group(P0.05)in the nursing quality scores such as ward safety management,nursing risk management,nursing document writing,rescue equipment management,and head nurse administrative management between the two *** the intervention,the experimental group had higher nursing quality ***,the nursing effects such as disease education,quality control,safety management,humanistic care,and service attitude in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the reference group(Pnursing management can improve management satisfaction,nursing quality,and nursing effect.

nursing work is an integral part of hospital *** the challenge of the COVID-19 epidemic,it is particularly important to establish a timely and efficient nursing management *** nursing department of our hospital used the theory and method of feedforward control to formulate the emergency plan for epidemic prevention and control and to conduct *** plan includes the establishment of the emergency management system for epidemic nursing and key prevention and control positions,rational allocation of human resources,and strengthening personnel training,so as to ensure the efficient operation of nursing epidemic prevention and control work and provide a reference for nursing management mode during the epidemic.

Objective:To explore the effect ofhospital nursing management based on ***:167 inpatients from different departments in our hospital from June 2020 to November 2019 were randomly selected and divided into control group and observation group.83 cases in the control group were treated with traditional nursing management mode;87 cases in the observation group used modem nursing information management system for information-based nursing management,and then compared the two groups in terms of nursing management efficiency,patient basic nursing,ward management,specialized nursing and nursing satisfaction,so as to verify the clinical application effect of information-based nursing ***:After the application of information-based nursing management mode,the construction and application of information management system made the nursing management process more standardized and ***,the clinical nursing efficiency,basic nursing,ward management,specialized nursing and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were better than those of the control ***:In the practice ofhospital inpatient nursing management,the scientific use of information technology and information management system can significantly improve the efficiency of patient nursing management and nursing satisfaction,and play a key role in improving the prognosis of ***,it is worth popularizing and applying in the whole hospital and even the national grass-roots hospitals.

Objective:To analyze the application effect of feedforward control in outpatient blood specimen ***:1,200 patients who had their venous blood collected in outpatient phlebotomy room of our hospital's outpatient clinic from January 2021 to April 2021 were selected as study subjects and divided into 600 cases in the control group and 600 cases in the observation *** two groups of patients were compared in terms of their satisfaction with the staff,the efficiency of the nurses and the quality of nursing care,turnaround time before specimen analysis,the rejection rate of the blood specimens,and the time of result ***:After the implementation of feedforward control,patients'satisfaction with staff,nurses work efficiency and quality of care,turnaround time before specimen analysis,specimen rejection rate,and result reporting time in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(Pmanagement of outpatient blood specimens has significant effect,which effectively improves patients'satisfaction,enhances the efficiency of nurses and the quality of nursing care,shortens the turnaround time of specimens before analysis and the reporting time of results,and reduces the rejection rate of specimens.

Through the phased construction,the breast specialty traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)nursing clinic of our hospital has achieved good *** 2017 to 2019,the number of patients increased by 7.6%,and the clinical cure rate increased by 9.4%.Take the breast specialty TCM nursing clinic of our hospital as an example,introduce the registration method of TCM nursing clinic,the TCM nurse home call qualification,service mode,and the clinical diagnosis and treatment effect of specialty TCM *** is pointed out that the construction of TCM nursing clinic needs to be guided by clinical efficacy,and to provide patients with professional TCM care through clear positioning,disease refinement,medical division of labor,and highlighting the technical characteristics of TCM *** reviewing the construction and development of breast specialty TCM nursing clinic in our hospital,we introduced the experience in detail,in order to provide ideas and guidance for the construction of other clinical specialty TCM nursing clinic.

Objective:Nurse’s dimission and attrition are globally considered as a public health ***,few studies have focused on the nurse shortage from the perspective of intent to stay,as previous studies have focused only on why they *** purpose of this study was to conduct an integrative review of the factors connected with why nurses in China,Japan,and Korea stay in their current ***:The review was done using three databases namely CNKI,Wanfang,and Web of *** relevant studies published by Chinese,Japanese,and Koreans from 2010 were also included in this *** screening and data extraction were performed by the two researchers,and the qualitative research methods were used for ***:A total of 17 studies were analyzed in this review and of these two were qualitative and 15 were *** themes and six sub-themes emerged from the synthesization of the data of 17 studies,which will help us to find the factors for nurses’intent to *** three aspects such as professional characteristics,nurses’individual characteristics,and organizational factors are the main contributing factors of nurses’intent to ***:This integrated review has thrown some important factors about nurses’intent to *** is increasingly clear that when(1)nurses have a good professional status,(2)nurses could enjoy a good working relationship,(3)the workplace could meet the needs of personal development,and(4)nurses have good organizational support and excellent leaders,they are inclined to stay in their current *** need to adopt targeted measures to improve nurses’intent to stay and to provide a practical reference for health care institutions and managers in different countries and areas to increase the retention rate of nurses and to alleviate the current situation of nurse shortage.
